Cons: "Delta flies a lot of the CRJ planes, even on relatively longer trips. Traveling first class, the seats are a little wider than in coach and have a little more leg room, but calling it "first class" is a bit of an exaggeration. It's more like what coach used to be before the days of the flying sardine cans."

The problem was never fixed and we haven’t flown home yet. We have new flights booked on Delta but only because Delta took pity....West Jet does no refunds or reticketing. If flights are missed you're out on of luck!"

No reasons were provided beyond the incoming flight from LGA hadn't come in. Why hadn't it come in? When could we expect to leave YUL? No answers."

British Airways is significantly better."

Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again."

Then, after he finally arrived with a tray full of coffees, there was an issue with the jet's computer and had to reset it and we had to wait even more. When we finally arrived, our Gate was taken by other plane already and we had to wait (more) for the first one to be available for us. Then, when we finally got our Gate, there was another issue, now with the "finger". They weren't able to move it and connect it to the plane to get off of it. So we had to wait AGAIN. And finally as soon as we got off the plane, they were supposed to give us our carry ons on the aisle (Because it was a small plane CR700) , but again, we had to wait almost 10 minutes so that they could send the luggage... To make things worse, I had a first class ticket and I couldn't get the perks of it at the airport. Because they said I wasn't flying in an international flight. Come on?! Canada->USA->Mexico is not International??? You lost me AA."

They told us our bags would be ok going to Chicago and they we would make the flight, but we did not. I do not know why didn't wait for us considering there were 8 others that also missed the connecting flight. We had to fly to Denver and stay overnight with no luggage and catch a 7:00am flight to Chicago. The last surprise I received was my damaged bag when I got back to Chicago. Thank you for making this trip memorable in a terrible way. I will never book or recommend Kayak or use American Airlines again."

Cons: "We were not able to board the plane. We left our morning flight from Madrid on time and arrived as expected. We hurried through the airport and went exactly where we were directed. Despite this, the gates closed on us while we were running to the gate. TAP sold us a service they could not provide."

Cons: "Wait time on buses from-to airplane to terminal was long."

Cons: "The entertainment system did not work and could not be switched off. This issue could only be solved by the crew placing blankets over the screens. This happened both in my seat and my wife’s seat. I don’t think this is acceptable for very expensive business class tickets."

Pros: "The flight was very late taking off, but the crew was very helpful organizing assistance upon deplaning"
Cons: "The flight should have been on time. I was very nervous about missing our connection, but lucky for us that plane was also very late!"

Cons: "The layover situation needs to be improved. When you give 50 minutes, there really isn’t enough time to deplane, get through the check point, and make it to the terminal. We were told to run like animals in the airport in order to not miss the flight."

Cons: "Good flight, on time. Service ok. Captain did a good job communicating. Nice touch with wine at dinner."

Pros: "Would appreciate a voucher for how bad the Flight was. Seriously UAL is using a plane last built in 2004? UAL only cares about taking people’s money not a wonderful flying experience!!!"

Pros: "TAP airline didn’t charge me for a checked bag on my flight to Lisbon. On the way back to Rome I was met with blank faces and no options. They demanded the extra $70 for a checked bag. On my way to Rome, a group of students were yelling and crawling all over the seats and blocking the aisle. Worst"

Cons: "Bags restrictions without us knowing. Delayed flight but we still manage to get to our destination on time. The same did not happen before where I had to wait until 2am for my tap flight that was supposed to leave at 11:30pm. I have been flighting TAP for many years now and it used to be one of my favorite airlines. No longer is the case. Over the years there has been a decline on service."

Cons: "The fact that people in coach class up to rows 28 as 2 choices of food and from row 29 and up have no choice we have to eat what they have twice to me"

Cons: "I did not like having to pay 75 Euro for one checked bag. That should Have been more clearly set out when booking a flight. The entertainment could have been better. Poor reception for some shows."

Pros: "Given the weather in the UK we were expecting delays but we were pleasantly surprised! It was one of the smoothest journeys we have ever had from leaving our hotel to getting home and TAP featured highly in this. We even landed 35mins ahead of schedule - amazing flight with lovely crew."
Cons: "If I have to be picky I would ask that the crew on board speak more slowly when providing inflight information, particularly when English is not their first language as us oldies have difficulty understanding what is being said."

Cons: "my luggage was opened somewhere along the way. My gift for my child was stolen. Ugly ! Very ugly !! I got home, I unzipped my bag and I do not have a pair of sneakers that were a gift for my baby and some other sweets, my luggage was half empty! The face of my disappointed kid broke my soul, that should not have happened."

Pros: "I love flying TAP because I love having extended layovers in Lisbon. Lisbon itself, including the airport, is easy to navigate. The food is great and the culture and architecture is gorgeous. For shorter trips TAP doesn't have as many amenities as other airlines, but on this trip the typical video screens with movies, music, etc. was available."
Cons: "In this particular flight there was a male airline attendant who was fabulous and who could speak many languages, including German. I noticed the other airline attendants seemed to be giving him a really hard time and weren't friendly at all. In fact, I rang a bell to ask for attendant help at one point and no one came to help. I was just a seat back from the area where the helpful airline attendant was available. I think that overall TAP flight staff could be a bit more open to being friendly. However, on the ground in Lisbon I've found the staff to be amazingly helpful."

Cons: "Half an hour late and waiting additional 15 minutes before being able to leave the aircraft"

Pros: "Food is worst I ever had in business class in 15 years of frequent flying. Worse than even many economy classes. Worse than many shirt hauls. Service is poor. Seats are super old. Only upside: on time"

Cons: "They gave my 70-year old mother only a few hours notice that they were changing her one-stop four-hour 6AM flight into an 8AM multi stop 14-hour marathon. In fact, she was already asleep when they changed her flight, so she was already at the airport when she found out about the change. To do this to a 70-year old woman is reprehensible. Worse, after 2-hours with customer service, nobody there made any real attempt to remedy the situation or offer any compensation. Worst airline experience EVER."

Cons: "Late flight, and my life flashed before my eyes on the landing."

Pros: "I had a flight from Madrid --> Lisbon airport with a final connection from Lisbon --> NYC JFK and we were delayed in Madrid therefore arriving at boarding time of our other flight in Lisbon. The crew was so professional and prepared that when we landed in Lisbon there was a bus that brought about 25 of us who were connecting with final destination to JFK to the closest door to go through passport control and board onto our flight to JFK that they held for a good 30-45 minutes until all of us made our connection. Very professional and organized. Much appreciated that I didn't miss my final connection! Love flying TAP and will continue to do so!"

Cons: "...do I really have to say anything else? I'm in a foreign country, jet lagged, and still wearing the clothes I've been marinating through multiple time zones. I'm not happy at all with this flight, and over 12 hours later, I feel disgusting, and my first day in Barcelona has been miserable because of it. I place all of the blame on the Lisbon connecting terminal. I am not happy."

Pros: "Much cleaner/larger and better flight out of Milan to Boston. Weird boarding procedure. Took over 1/14 hours to board the plane. Slow!!! they do ask you to be there an hour prior to boarding beginning. The entertainment was fabulous and the food was much better. Had a hot meal and later a snack."
