Flight actually left Orlando early once all passengers were on board
The Air Canada app to have access to the entertainment on board did not work.

Flight delay led us to miss our connecting flight. Air Canada then lost our luggage for 6 days on our honeymoon!
I almost missed my connection. No one cared. Staff in airport were downright cranky - all due to late incoming aircraft and yet more de-icing... why ever don't they allow time for that in November!!!
Great service, on time departures and arrivals, lie flat seats in business class. The planes were relatively new. Waiting lounges at Delhi and Frankfurt are well stocked with food.
Food was just ok
Lufthansa arranged for pickup with a van upon disembarking from my late flight from Pisa and took me through a special passport and security checkpoint so that I was able to catch my MUC-SFO flight. Flight departed late, but pilot made up all tge lost time in flight. Crew was professional, very polite and efficient.
flight crew hit my chair all the time with the troller. Bought the places with bigger space on the legs, that was true, but was dissapointed with the type of chair that is totally closed at the sides, with no scape room for the legs laterally.
We liked that no one was sitting behind us.
Food wasn’t great
Mostly the crew made me feel welcomed. They were polite and courteous, when I ordered hot food, they advised there would be a delay, but promptly delivered it after. When they forgot my drink, they did not seem put out to get it for me.
When I boarded, I was asked by a lady at the gate how many months I was pregnant, I felt her manner could have been more polite, and that, since she had noticed I was pregnant and I was quite tired, I might have been given a bit of priority to get to my seat, but I was stood in the queue and had quite a wait.
The crew were very friendly, and the flight was smooth and on time.
Boarding was a nightmare. There was not enough room for people to wait, no queuing in place nor priority boarding. We were in row 19 (so mid way through the plane) and by the time the refreshment trolley got to us a large majority of the food AND drink was sold out - seemed very strange!

The flight was to Heathrow which was not prepared to accept us at all. We waited 45 minutes in passport control. I expect BA to make sure the port of destination is prepared to receive its passengers
Minor fault identified and notified to passengers prior to take-off, and dealt with immediately. Crew excellent
Cramped seating, the feel of a budget airline now in economy, with seat choice, refreshments and stowed baggage all ‘extra’
Because of a problem at the car rental place we were not able to check our bags until 50 minutes before the flight. British Airways would not take the bags and we missed our flights Neither webjet who had booked our flight or British Airways would help us figure out a new flight. We had to buy a whole new flight.
