C$ 975 Find cheap flights from Nairobi to Vancouver

West Jet has a horrible boarding process and the seats have no cushion.

Our flight was delayed in Atlanta. The staff could have gave us an explanation for the delay and how long it would be.

They did a fine job. Can't wait to use Delta in the future.

I usually have a positive experience with Delta. Complimentary upgrades are always nice!

Boarding was great. The flight landed early. It took the crew over an hour and a half to bring out drinks. I paid to upgrade my seat to Comfort+ only to be near a crying/screaming baby who was seldom quiet. Noise-cancelling earbuds didn’t even help. Waste of money to upgrade.

The flight crew was amazing. I’m very tall and they moved me to an exit row unsolicited!!! Amazing service.

Airline stewardess service is good. The check-in attendant had a bad attitude and was unprofessional. We did not complete the trip as originally planned. Very dissatisfied☹️ We didn't get on this flight

715PM departure was 2.5 hours late. Received hotel & food voucher but after we already booked a room. Entire team just seemed like they were 2-3 steps behind in execution, and notifcations.

The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

Generally good. The crew is excellent. The food could be better.

Excellent apart from transport to actual plane 10 minutes from the actual gate , walking out in the tarmac in the rain and having to climb stairs to enter while holding luggage.

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Food could have been better especially the breakfast. Overall it was a good flight

No birding was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.

Crew was terrific. In flight entertainment system is very slow and the touch screen can be not sensitive enough or too sensitive. It was such a pain to pause a movie in case when I unpaused it accidentally thought I presses stop. This happened 3 times. I gave up and went back to my phone for entertainment.

Flew SEA-CA, then CA-NRT. First flight was short but very uncomfortable, dirty, and had very small overhead storage space. The seats and fans were not cleaned and had visible dirt on them. Second flight was perfect.

it was our first flight with Air Canada. The flight was very good. The arrived 10 minutes early. The crew was attentive and very professional. The seats were comfortable and the food was fine. There were a lot of movies and TV shows to choose from. The boading was OK, but it is more about the Montreal airport procedures, but not about Air Canada.

Everything went smoothly and as expected. We were on time and one flight arrived early.

I couldn't rate food or entertainment as neither were a factor in my short flight. I was impressed with with respect of time and schedule. Also, this was an incredibly smooth flight from terminal to terminal. My only minor complaint was being woken up for refreshment service. This was the end of a very long day, and I was happy to miss a juice box and pretzels for a little rest.

It was overall above average experience. If there is only one thing i could complain about was the lack of wifi availability on my flight from Vancouver to San Francisco

I think all and all they are doing a good job. Flight crew worked hard and very helpful,polite and attentive

Was in business class. After dinner service, I think the stewards figured everyone should be a sleep as the stewards dissappeared. Had to fend for ourselves for a while.

Flight was delayed 1.5 hrs due to problem with a previous flight to mine; I was informed appropriately via Text & Email, however, website did not keep up with messages sent by nearly an hour. When checking-in warm & friendly reception at check-in desk until female Air Canada Rep noticed my flight number and instantly pivoted to a condescending & sarcastic comments about getting my bag checked in since I’m running so late; then tone instantly changed again few minutes later when she muttered, “Oh, they’ve delayed it” another sign systems & worse front line staff, not fully informed or simply not reading their flight status updates. Flight crew were very friendly & did a great job trying to make up lost time due to the delay.

It was great, love the experience and will definitely recommend 👌. Communication was great

The bad part was 2 hour delay and we were seating in the airplane it was getting hot and uncomfortable But after they fixed the problem everything went so smooth Crew were amazing very nice polite and caring

Overall great flight experience- on time, lots of food and movies.

Check-in very easy and smooth. Plane and crew were nice. Seat open next to me created more space. Food was fair but plentiful. Lots of movies and I was able to sleep some on the way to Munich. Very tight connection, about an hour. Fast through passport control and a bit of a walk to last G terminal gate but I made my connection to Palma. Unfortunately, my luggage did not make it. It is now almost 24 hours since I anded and still NO luggage. I know it landed last night on another flight. Local delivery should be today to my hotel in Palma but nothing yet. I asked about the tight connection when I checked in and was assured they would get my luggage to the connecting flight. Very disappointing it missed my flight but more disappointing that it has taken so long to arrive. Failure on the airlines and service to get my luggage to date.

We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.

That was no easy way to get on board in the plane was very hot and I couldn’t talk to the crewmember there super rude and they couldn’t fix the AC. They felt very uncomfortable for 3 1/2 hours flight. I would not use airline next time. Thank you.

Air Canada from Edmonton to Toronto was disappointing but Lufthansa from Toronto to Frankfurt was excellent.

So far so good. I missed my flight because of the Lufthansa diversion. United helped me to figure out how to get accommodations from Lufthansa for my long layover. They help me book appropriate onward flight.

The special meal was not correct. But the female stewardess who handled the problem did such a good job correcting the issue. She deserves recognition for understanding and providing customer service and having patience.

I'm Canaadian. I hate Air Canada. I used to give them a pass on their international service. No longer, They suck across the board now! Old planes, exhausted staff bad food and shitty entertainment. Your seats need reupholstered! Start with that...
