C$ 639 Find Cheap Flights from Nanaimo to Bangkok – Compare and Save

Planes arriving on time would be better. Apparently flights are delayed almost all the time, making your connection impossible then having to rebook on another flight at another time. There is no regard for customers who need to travel somewhere at a certain time. Connection flights are not held by the same airline, even though they know the plane can get there within 30 minutes or less. Airline staff is amazing, but the excuses Air Canada gives for delays is not truthful. Some messages will say mechanical problems and the next message for the same plane will say air traffic control issues. So what is true? They don't need to refund anyone if they use these two excuses. So if travel from B.C. to Montreal with delays like this is common, I will consider not flying there anymore. When we missed our connecting flight, the next flight had one seat (4.5 hours later) and the next flight was a red eye at 10:45. Big difference from our 12:15 initial flight.

Extremely disappointing. My original Denver–Vancouver–Bangkok itinerary was cancelled due to a mechanical issue. I was not proactively supported and had to drive back home after already reaching the airport. Communication was poor throughout, and attempts to contact customer service resulted in being on hold for nearly three hours without reaching anyone. Instead of being rebooked on the same direct routing the following day, I was rerouted onto a much longer itinerary via multiple cities and airlines, which resulted in arriving approximately 30 hours later than scheduled. At Denver airport, there was no visible Air Canada representative available to properly assist. Ground staff offered no real support beyond directing passengers to a phone number. There was no clear communication, no ownership, and no meaningful customer care during a major disruption. The final journey involved three flights instead of the original two, significantly increasing travel time and stress. Overall, the handling of the cancellation and lack of customer support was unacceptable. What could have been better? Clear communication during the cancellation Accessible customer service (phone support that actually answers) Proper in-person assistance at the airport Rebooking onto a comparable routing rather than a significantly longer one

My flightbwas delayed three times consequently I had no other choice then to take a 19 hour flight to Toronot and slept on a bench in Toronto airport before I could get on my 5 hour flight to Mexico City I got food vouchers in Toronto but they were not honored then my luggage was lost My trip was a terrible experience

Flight was cancelled. Not enough agents to deal with the people in the line. We left and found our own way to Vancouver.

My outbound trip on Air Canada was cancelled due to the strike. I had to cancel my return flight after booking with other carriers.

Food was not good, and the crew ran out of choices.

It was all great! Everyone was pleasant and cheerful! I was happy to find that the seatbelt fit me....I found last year on another non-Air Canada small plane that I had to request a seatbelt extender and, as a fairly 'normal' menopausal woman who is definitely medically 'obese' and yet not unusually overweight, having to ask for a seatbelt extender was very uncomfortable. I was happy that Jazz, being also a smaller plane with smaller seats, that I did not need to deal with the discomfort and embarrassment because the seatbelt did fit me! I am grateful as even though this seems like a small thing, it has had an impact on me and I've since chosen not to go with that other carrier. I'm sure that Jazz personnel would have been very polite in accommodating me if it had been necessary, just as the other airline's stewards were, however it's in the 'not having to ask' that I have felt much more welcomed and taken care of. Good flight. Comfortable seating, Nice crew. Lots of selection of entertainment.

I am not sure how you can sugarcoat at 15 hour + flight. The crew did their best to accomodate such a long flight.
