Except for the uncleaned tray, and the delay in serving food for our section (which may have been due to the location of our row) everything else was good. The crew were very professional and responded to our requests promptly throughout the flight. We as a family were not disappointed by Emirates.

It was great, a little more leg room would have been better particularly since we were in premium economy

I am very bothered by the events today. I can't believe the flight attendants allowed someone to take my seat and made me move. It was embarrassing. I was in the right. The lady just didn't want move. I can't believe delta would allow this to stand and disrespect my rights as a passenger. The lady complained about her leg and that she couldn't move. Firstly somehow she was able to make it to row 24. Not sure how much her leg could have hurt. Secondly, I'm in plenty of pain myself. I just finished chemotherapy a several weeks ago. My body is constantly sore. Yet deltas flight attendants didn't appropriately protect my rights. In the end they found me a seat on the plane but I want to understand how delta can operate this way. They in essence allowed a bully to get their way.

After a 5 hour delay waiting at the gate (3 delays adding up) with no clear reason provided, we finally boarded flew 3/4 of the way to Toronto then were turned back to New York. As we neared New York, the pilot declared that it was his fault, something to do with timing and him not being allowed into the country???? How could the airline let his happen? They had hours to prepare and make sure they had a crew available for the flight! We ended up in Toronto a day late with no sleep.

Terrible and im avoiding them in the future. My initial flight was delayed causing me to rebook my flight and when speaking with the representative to rebook I explained this is the second time my flights were delayed and they did nothing to help me. I wasn't booked to comfort plus or given a voucher or anything. I was almost late for my meeting that I needed to attend on Monday because of the games delta played delaying my flights even more and putting me in the very back of the plane next to an extremely intoxicated passenger

We had an unfortunate experience where we had to leave the aircraft after boarding, shortly before the scheduled takeoff time, and re-board. The reason given was that a passenger felt ill and had to cancel their plans and therefor their luggage had to be found and removed.

Overall good experience. I got first row seats with extra legroom. It does make a difference. Entertainment system was working. However, they kept serving me a VEGAN meal instead of a VEGETERIAN meal. I asked them and showed my tickets that Vegeterian meal is selected but the staff didn't care. VEGAN meal was medicore and not enough to fill tummy. Also unhealthy with butter made from palm oil.

Again, once we landed in Jaipur (wrong city), there was little to no information on timing or what was happening. Then we heard that the crew was reaching their 24 hours. We sat on the place, on the tarmac for another 3 HOURS, with no food and not enough water for everyone on the flight. Then, they kicked us off the plane with no plan, in the wrong city. We went thru customs, got our bags (thank goodness), and had to ask a bunch of staff what was happening and what to do. Eventually, their soltuion was to bus people back to Delhi (like 6 hours we were told) but not everyone would fit on the bus, and unknown timing on when it would leave. At this point it was 9PM (we were scheduled to arrive in Delhi at 11AM...). My husband and I decided to risk it and take a cab that we had to pay ourselves (about $200 US dollars) to get to Delhi (about 5 hour drive). We both had terrible trips back to the US as well - almost missed connecting flight, forced to pay for carry-on luggage (a small back pack!) and duty-free goods by the Air India staff last minute. Just terrible experience all around. Never again with AI! The ONLY good thing was the air hostesses were kind and patient - example: they made sure people with food allergies got their correct.
