My flight was delayed by over an hour and the turbulance was horrible.

The flight was delayed over an hour which got us into DFW at approximately 2:20 am

Terrible Flight was cancelled last minute with no other flights available

Terrible. Spirit cancelled the flight with 3 hours notice and were absolutely no help getting another flight. Had to make my own reservation on another airline and arrived in Dallas 12 hours later.

More comfortable seats, free snacks and soft drinks, some sort of entertainment or WiFi.

They cancelled the flight due to crew unavailability. The next day they cancelled the flight again.

That gate is like a ducking shelter at Newark No where to sit Outlets that don’t work Bathrooms that are dirty

Flight was cancelled. But kayak thought it was still on time.

I know Spirit gets a lot of criticism, but I've taken three flights recently and all were very good, and tremendous value. On my most recent one, they randomly assigned me to a very comfortable exit row seat! The flight was on time and the boarding process was smooth, and the crew was friendly. No complaints!
