My flight was great but my inbound flight from Toronto to Sault st Marir delayed more than 2 hours and we had to change the airoplan.
This was a fraudulent transaction. Kayak was at fault for accepting a stolen credit card. Kayak needs to change their verification process.
Airport staff super friendly. Even put us on an earlier flight because we arrived early.
It went well until they lost my baggage in Toronto. Bagging tracking stopped after my bag was unloaded in Toronto. My bag tag has been inactive since. I had over a 2 hour layover and there is no excuse for lost baggage with that time frame and only after one flight
I really didn't flight from Toronto to Sydney Because my flight was cancelled for the snow But you guys help me lot and put me in the flight from Toronto to Halifax I give you at 10/10 because was really good Just I had to drive 4 hours to be home

It was on time. It's all good when the expectation is met.
For such a series of long flights the crew was attentive and professional. I would fly Air Canada anytime I get the opportunity.
This website did not advise the prices were in $USD, when the flyer (me) was flying within Canada only and only a Canadian resident, and booking this flight in Canada. Furthermore, the area to board the plane was unusually hot and sweaty.
