Budget Air is not leaving any spaces between the the first and middle name, which caused a real problem for Elisa, as she was refused boarding. It wasn't until I got a hold of the management that things got solved"

Cons: "Our trip was from NY to Cartagena connecting to Medellin. Our original lay over was suppose to be for 2 hours it became 7 hours!!! I missed the time in renting my car. That office closed at 8pm We also missed most of the remaining day to our day at the hotel Los Recuerdos in Guatape. Just awful!!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed three hours without explanation. No weather problems, etc. old plane with ashtrays. Baggage took a very long time to arrive. Even though we were on the plane for a long time waiting to deplane."

Cons: "We initially picked exit seats but they ended up unasigning my son's seat because he is 2 years old, both times they gave us the worst possible seats in the plane. When initially assigned my son, it said: "No one under 2 is allowed to seat in emergency seats" a bit misleading and inconvenient. Other than this we had a great experience."

Pros: "Thought they screwed up twice, the airline had great customer service and tried their best to give me a good itinerary once I called them back. With the lost luggage, they ultimately delivered my bag to the hotel I was staying at. On my return flight I flew business class. They did a great job all around."
Cons: "I booked a direct flight from JFK (NYC) to Cartagena (Colombia) and a few days out from my flight I got a notification from AVIANCA that my itinerary had changed from a 5 hr trip to a 24hr trip with not one but two 8-hour layovers before reaching my destination the next day! I called the Airline and they set me up with a new flight, that was not direct, with a single layover. Once I got to my final destination, I came to find that my checked bag had been left at my previous layover."
Pros: "Comfortable newer aircraft On time departure on both outbound and return flights Full meal service with free beverage including wine and beer offered in economy class. Two free checked bags per passenger in economy class. All of the above are far superior to any airline at a competitive price"

Cons: "Got to the airport and they told me my flight was cancelled without prior notice. The ticketing agent told me they would fly me to an airport 40 minutes from Cartatenga. It ended up being 2.5 hours away. Just terrible."
