Cons: "Went to ticket counter at 5:33 and talked with Tyler L, whose boss Jerry had instructed him to not let passengers check in after 5:30. The flight was at 6:10. Tyler smugly smiled while refusing to print a boarding pass, then was unable/uninterested in helping me rebook. I had gone through security and couldn't find boarding pass email. I went through checkin the night before but apparently it didn't finish. Talked with security about getting back to front of the line. I had 30 minutes to walk 600 ft and absolutely could have made that flight. Called 800 number to book a new flight."

Cons: "we both bought food. Mine was great. his was mediocre. through no fault of Alaska airlines. we were in row with 3 seats. the other gentleman had a very high weight. He struggled to get his seatbelt to close. Not sure what you can do to fix that. Just a growing USA problem. Where he needed a seat and a half."

Pros: "I always enjoy flying with Alaska. The crews are generally nice and the leather seats are comfortable, even in cattle class. I like that they often give out the Biscoff biscuits, yum. I had lots of room on several of my flights, on one of them I had an entire row to myself, which was awesome."
Cons: "The fact that even on 5+ hour-long flights they still charge for the food is a little silly to me. But maybe that's how they all do these days. Still, it's unfortunate, or, it might have been nice to have more than one snack served up on such a long flight. The wifi is a little hard to maneuver, even with an instruction card. The Go-go inflight thing is cool, but they don't really advertise that you need to download the app while you're still on the ground...which they should advertise in their concourses or something."

It also took about twice as long to play as a result. And of course, checking a bag should not be an additional cost, nor should a meal on long flights."

Pros: "Every Alaska Airlines employee went above and beyond to make sure our family had a great travel experience. Our seats were assigned together, we were not charged for checking smaller bags, and the beverage/snack service was fast and they checked back often. Seats on this plane were roomy and the flight was not over-crowded. Boarding and de-boarding were easy and relaxed. Arrived ahead of schedule."

Cons: "My flight back my cab driver was late. I got there at 530 first of all the baggage drop lady was rude and looked me up and down before choosing to talk to me. I was told they didn't have bags for my car seat and that I missed my flight. By the time I scheudled a new flight and made it through security to wait for my 9 am instead of 6 am flight the flight I was suppsosed to be on was boarding. Also when I checked my bags after being told I had to call the 1800# instead of use the customer service desk I was told that I had to pay for my pack n play. When it was not charged on the way up."

I don't think that is my bad because as a customer YOU( this APP) should be able to let me know I need to get the ETA to support me stop by Canada before I book the ticket from YOU GUYS, and I don't know that, so that I can't get in the flight which is make me feels really tough! And I know that it is not just happen to me but also it happen to other people, there has some people has the same problem as I do, so I don't think you guys should do that! DO NOT sales us the ticket that can't let us get in the flight! As a public APP. You guys should make the notes when you sale the ticket, say" there has a one stop by Canada, IF U don't have ETA, pls don't book it!" Let the people know so that we won't get any trouble OK?!?!"

This hour delay caused me to miss my next flight to Puerto Escondido, Mexico on Viva Aerobus. I had to stay the night in Mexico City because it was the last flight leaving that night, and I had to purchase a new flight to Puerto Escondido."

Cons: "This Delta flight did not have seat back screens to watch in flight entertainment. You needed to use your smartphone or tablet keeping in mind Amazon tablets won’t work. You needed to go to delta website and choose what want to watch the you needed to have Gogo Flight entertainment app already on smartphone and then would work. Not easy even for me a vivid user of tablets and smartphones. The seats had miniumal room available between seats it felt like I am on 5’qq so couldn’t imagine anyone taller that comfortable unless get first class. I even upgraded for “comfort” section which gave you a few inches extra. And wdith of chair me being a 36 waist was a little squeezed in. Crew was very good tho I will say that. But I laways fly JetBlue or Virgin America, or Alaskan Air for reason of more comfort and lower prices ticket but this time on flight close to my destination was Delta which I Flew for free, I would much rather buy ticket on the three others I fly if could have."

Pros: "The gate agent for this flight was a terrific multi-tasker. He was the only one at the gate managing both the incoming flight and my outgoing flight and he handled everything so efficiently, and with patience for customers' questions. He represented Delta very well."

Cons: "They changed my flight to a different one departing 2 hours earlier and did not notify me! The original flight was still available & they would not let me take it despite my reservation paper work. CRAZY! I have a two hour drive to the airport this gave me the option to leave home at 2:30am or go the night before and pay for a hotel. Flight was managed by DELTA who also did not care! All involved blamed each other. Beware"

Pros: "Gate agent was fantastic! Her positive demeanor made for the delays and cancellations to not seem as much of an issue. She was extremely pleasant when explaining what was happening to flights, connections, etc. She was helpful when checking boarding passes to ensure that travellers were ok for their flight."
Cons: "Again, last minute notification of delayed or cancelled flights made things somewhat worrisome. The late notification led to me missing my nest connection in Minneapolis, and having to sleep in the airport until the following morning in order to transfer my ticket to another flight leaving in the morning/afternoon/evening...very nerve-wracking to say the least."

Cons: "Pay for snacks on a 5 hour flight? What do you really get for a ticket that cost over $500. US? I paid for noodle soup. They gave me a fork to eat it after they bumped into me and spilled the hot liquid on my sleeve and slacks. Then when I went to eat it I realized that the noodles were not cooked through. they were rubbery. the liquid was tasty, but with a fork how much can you taste. Ended up giving it back after eating about 1/4 of it. Seats had no leg room even though was a larger plane. Had restless leg from the very beginning. Legs were in pain the whole time."

Pros: "We flew premium economy, and it was so much better than regular economy. Seating just two across made my wife's and my journey much easier. The crew was attentive when they needed to be, and the food was quite good. I managed to sleep several hours, which is about as good as it gets on a long haul flight."
Cons: "I was surprised at the selections available for movies and TV; not much that was appealing. Took a Singapore air flight a few days later and felt like the selections were better. But we brought an iPad and had downloaded House of Cards, so we were OK. Besides, I got to sleep."

Cons: "They lost my luggage on the way from Atlanta to North Bay. This was a expensive hunting trip that was planned in January with no return on the deposit. I got my bags on the day I was scheduled to leave. They had no way to track my bag and offered me $50. I had over $7000 of gear in the bag and I lost my $2600 deposit for the hunt. Not to mention the time a way from work where I just sat around in the bush doing nothing. On the way home, they lost my bag again. No one ever came to customer service desk and I had to call a number to India who was zero help. Terrible experience. Never fly Air Canada!!!!!"

Pros: "Of the five planes we were on, all but one had comfortable seating (I'm 6'1" tall)"
Cons: "The lady helping us through the Toronto airport between flights made my wife cry. We had to stop to go to the restroom on the way to our gate, and the lady complained when I waited to go in after my wife came out. I told her I was going to do that, but she was apparently pre-occupied when I told her, because she was looking right at me when I said it. I then told her that I had let her know that was my plan, but she denied it, then told my wife she was just one of a hundred people. This left my wife in tears. This was a stain on an otherwise good flying experience, but it' tarnished the whole."

But you're not going to get them if you won't even tell your customers why the flight was delayed."

Thankfully, I just assumed there would be a delay so I booked a later connection in advance. The weather was perfect and there was no explanation on either flight as the why we were almost an hour delayed. I'm expected to arrive 2 hours in advance of a flight. Why is it so hard for this airline to be on time?"

We had to beg at each intersection to get through lines so that we could get to our flight. Is ther no way to streamline this process? It colours the journey with stress beyond belief. I cannot send my mother on any such trips because of this."

Cons: "My flight from Milan was 1 1/2 hr late but before landing it was announced that our seats on the connecting flight was "protected". I got to my gate 40 min. before takeoff (it was 15 min. delayed). Upon boarding I was told my seat was given away. They assumed I would miss my flight. I had to wait another 4 hr. to board a flight to Vancouver BC leaving 11pm. I had to go to a hotel at 2 am and take a 8:50 am flight to PDX. Before boarding I was again stopped because my ticket didn't have the proper security stamp. The agent there was extremely rude and condescending. This was a terrible experience!"

Cons: "They over sold the flight. Customer service was awful and the gate attendant was untrained. We were unable to board the plane."

Cons: "We were on the Tarmac for almost two hours before take off. We were served only cold drinks and pretzels, no tea or coffee, during the entire time. There was very little leg room, the seats were cramped and inadequate luggage space."

Cons: "The airport crew lacked professionalism & courtesy when relaying information on the flight being delayed. Bad attitude from airport crew & lack of communication with delayed flight."

Cons: "Air Canada cancelled a flight from New Orleans to Toronto causing our entire itinerary to be rebooked and without a replacement flight. We ended up not getting the Air Canada flight back and having to go with United"

Pros: "The crew on the plane were professional and polite and took exxtremely good care of us."
Cons: "The boarding process was confusing and the gate agents were extremely rude. I attempted to upgrade and the gate agent couldn't figure out the price diiference in fares. I offered to pay a flat rate per ticket which was much more than I had paid to upgrade on the way to Hong Kong and they said the computer wouldn't let them. The comfort of the plane was terrible. I had the same seats on Cathy Pacific and had at least 2" more leg room."
