Very smooth flight.

Could use more leg room. When the seat in front of you is reclined it is practically in you face.

The plane required the note book to view current movie but the note book has to have the app installed before take off. It was not properly draw my attention in advance via e-mail or text messages. For such a long flight, Qantas should have a better plane to server this route. Totally disappointed.

The plane was clean and the boarding process was very smooth. The crew was professional. The selection of movies was outstanding.

Check -in staff said that there were no seats available in emergency exit rows so put us in the row in front. We couldn't recline and thete were several seats empty in the emergency exit row behind us.

Movie selection is good and food is pretty good.

Very tight in economy. I’m 5’ & normal weight and felt cramped so if you’re any taller...you’ll hate it.

Meal on board was probably the worst I’ve ever had on any airline, including the very cheap Asian ones. Virgin has set a new low in customer service

There was no clear indication that we were not allowed to check any bags. We had to check 2 bags at $230. Not impressed wth how this went. I’ll be booking direct next time.

On time and arrived 5 minutes early. Newer 737 plane so seats didn't have that worn look and feel

The plane departed and arrived as scheduled. Flight attendants weee courteous and responsive.

I was cramped in Seat B.

The wait was horrible, the boarding was delayed and the plane was hot and stuffy. Very bad first experience.

Flight crew is great

Didn’t like the the whole check in process. None of the system worked. Manual check in all the way and took so long. Not enough staff to service.

The flight was cancelled and my itinerary was re-booked and going thru Melbourne to Perth. I lost half day of my life wasted in the Airport. The worst part of this change was flying on an old 737 thru Melbourne without the entertainment access for this long flight.

Planes are newer and clean. Seats are okay. The IFE system is great!

The food is below standard. For a globally resurgent airline, CZ should focus on serving international cuisines for the global population it is now serving.

One flight attendant in particular. Wish I knew her name to commend her. Also, had a bassinet for my grandson!! Frequent beverages offered, especially water. Allowed to move seats once in the air!! Able to help my daughter with her baby. Chicken dish was actually really good.

No movie screens at all!? Odd; especially for an International flight. Check bathroom paper supplies more frequently. Ran out of paper towels two bathrooms. No fault of yours, but the Venice airport was a nightmare. I am use to airports in the US and was shocked how long the line was to get through to our gate. We couldn’t even find the end because it wrapped around like an “S”. Surprised we had to print our boarding pass (but was never asked for it); couldn’t do a mobile boarding pass.

Early flight was not as crowded

But was very busy just the same. Weather was poor

Poor food and no choice, only given tofu noodles! The general appearance of the plane was dated and worn, needs a refit. It felt more like a cheap budget airline not ‘the spirit of australia’ as branded. The touch screen was so bad that you forced the persons head in front to move when you pressed the screen.

This flight was on the 777-300 plane leased from EVA. Boarding proved to be a bit of a slow grind due to the inordinate number of families with children on this particular flight. Our fault for not realising this at time of booking. Flight itself went very smoothly. Seats were fine. Not a huge selection of movies to choose from. Felt the crew went about their duties without fuss and ticked all the boxes for me.

Crew were really good. Had lactose allergy but no meals available for me onboard. Couldn't get to a resolution as we were unsure on ingredients but crew did everything they could. Were very friendly about whole thing

China Southern's people in Guangzhou are helpful and attentive. The boarding process goes as well as it can when boarding a plane that seats over 500 people. I enjoy flying on the upper deck of the A380. Even though the entertainment system went out late in the flight, it couldn't overcome the helpfulness, and friendliness of the flight attendants. China Southern's flight attendants are the best in the world.
