Cons: "Crowded, small plane. No air after people had boarded while fuel was being replenished (dangerous?), sitting at gate for 20minutes. This, after a 2 hour delay. Then a rough landing in Minneapolis- plane brakes sharply and suddenly, shuddered to a taxi rate of speed. simple snacks, not very good."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Worse experience ever, flight delayed, lost connection, many hours in phone trying to fixed and anyway lost the flight, spent so many time at the airport with the front desk so disappointed"
Cons: "When we booked this trip via Kayak, we thought that we were booking on Westjet. Westjet knew nothing about the flight when we tried to check in."
Cons: "Plane had to divert from Salt-Lake City due to a storm. My son 17 years old traveling alone once in Salt-Lake City should have been given priority for an overnight stay instead of sleeping on an airport bench! Dinner + Breakfast vouchers would also have been nice compared to the 15$ food voucher..."
Pros: "The on board food was amazing, nothing like I’d ever had on a plane before. I was also pleased with the choices for entertainment."
Cons: "The seat was not comfortable in economy. I could not sleep and there were no air vents. Every time I tried to rest my head on the seat in front of me the screen would turn on and get super hot. I wish there was a cover or something you could turn the screen completely off."
Pros: "The flight attendants were amazing. 12 people had a connecting flight and they brought a shuttle bus. You dont see that kind of service any more 10 stars for that"

Pros: "The overall experience on the flight was quite pleasing. The flight crew created a warm atmosphere on what was a very cold morning. Seating was not the most comfortable but the wasn't unbearable."

Cons: "I did not appreciate having the second row to the last on my 2nd plane coming back - I only had a turn around time of 20 minutes to catch my third Westjet flight. When we asked if the plane would wait for us - your crew just laughed in our faces."

Cons: "We were delayed nearly 3 hours and we didn't have internet until we arrived at the airport. We then got the notifications and emails telling us about our flight. If we had known sooner, we would have planned accordingly instead of waiting at the airport."
The overhead bin space is ridiculously small. When I saw how small the plane was, I asked multiple flight attendants and even someone on the runway before boarding if I should check my carryon. Instead they made me compress and stuff it into the overhead bin - so aggressively that I thought the bin door would break. Just ridiculous. When we landed, I had to pull so hard to get the bag out that I hit my head on the opposite overhead bin. No one offered to help and the entire crew acted annoyed that I was concerned that my bag wouldn’t fit. Terrible customer service - they should have seen my bag and instantly recommended that I check it in during boarding.
It could have snacks to purchase as what was stated in the card with flights over 1.5 hours
I just think that Canada has slipped so far down if I could choose a non Canadian airline to travel on I would prefer that.
I asked to cancel the flight two weeks before but the customer service agent said I can't. Now I just lost 600+ CAD for nothing. Never again on Kayak. I will never recommend it.
Long delay die to pet mix up. Also bags took forever to get to carousel

Newer plane with large seats. No meal, but snacks were plentiful. Inflight entertainment was good but movies were dated.

They called the various groups to board and then we stood in the ramp, closely packed, for about 20 minutes before they started loading the plane. Also, for the flight, most every seat was filled. Given the concerns regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, the close placement of passengers was concerning."

No priority boarding - all passengers used the business class lane
Me and my wife checked well before time. we were amongst the first to check in. When the flight landed in London our AirTag showed that the luggage is left behind at Toronto. We caught the onward flight and landed at Bangalore, India and are still waiting for delivery of the four pieces of checked in luggage.
The passenger next to me was a large man who should have been required to buy 2 seats. He boarded early with people who needed extra time because he had to try and fit in the seat. He was actually partly on my seat and his leg into my space for my bag under the seat. It was a very cramped 8 hours
The airline was great. London airport is a mess. I never want to go to that airport ever again.
Pros: "The crew was super friendly and amazing at an incredibly tough and tense time due to the Coronavirus outbreak. A very stressful and long flight was made a bit better and I truly thank you guys for that."
Cons: "I was in Business Class. The pillow appeared to be used on the flight from London to Antigua so i threw it on the floor in front of me. You would think with coronavirus it would be sealed like on American Airlines. No sandwiches or anything except some nuts and a small diet coke. I had to ask for a second one. It appears they only care about the people from London. Deplaning was from the middle door and it was a free for all. They have no idea about service well at least not in this leg."
