Cons: My suitcase was completely soaked from the rain in Istanbul. It must have been left on the tarmac in Istanbul before it was loaded onto the aircraft. I had clothes on the inside that needed to be dried once in Cairo.

Cons: When we checked in, we were told we didn't have seats because the plane was overbooked. We waited at the gate for information. The attendants were curt and not helpful, they told us they had no information. After the plane was boarded, we were finally given tickets with seats and rushed onto the plane. When we arrived at the Sarajevo airport, our luggage and the luggage of many passengers did not arrive! We waited in a line for 1.5 hours to put in a claim for our suitcases. It was not a good experience.

Cons: Hand luggage not allowed onboard due to being just a bit oversized -- just its wheels only. Never had this problem with the same luggage with other airlines, only with Austrian.

Pros: MCR airport Mert & Greet parking was smooth and efficient.

Cons: Flight was delayed 2 hours due to bad weather. Additional baggage payment to Air Baltic did not show up on the KLM system and we had to pay again. Nowhere to address this with Air Baltic even in Tallin. Handlers seem uninterested and refer us to ‘the website to address the issue.....’

Pros: The crew was really friendly.

Cons: There was a Force Majeur delay in Helsinki due to wings freezing that caused 20 minute delay to Amsterdam and made the interchange stressful.

Pros: short, sweet and to the point. 1+ hour flight is usually an easy hop.

Cons: Poor food, flight attend and finally baggage missing. Overall experience is extremely bad.

Cons: Check in team at airport very tuff and I have 9 kg only they let me pay full SR 450 which too high and generally all airlines they don’t ask u to pay like such weight as business class passenger. Quality of food, aircraft very old and seats not comfortable

Pros: Good food and great entertainment system.

Cons: As close as an hour to takeoff, we had not received any confirmation from the gate that we would be boarding there. Upon asking the gate attendant at our supposed depature gate if if was indeed the gate depating for Kabul, she "had no idea." To begin boarding, people just randomly started lining up without any formal announcement ever occuring.

Pros: Crew very attentive Boarding but only because flight was empty. Normally it’s a disaster.

Cons: Food a joke in club, 1/4 of a dry sandwich. No thanks.

Pros: The crew was exceptional, taking care of each individual passenger. Requests were answered immediately, not that really much was needed other than perhaps an extra coffee. Very roomy seats made for a very relaxed flight and entertainment was excellent. I will definitely choose British Airways again.

Cons: The only thing I thought could use improvement were the headphones. The cable could use 2 more inches in length and I was not a fan of the breakfast choice.

Cons: Lack of punctuality (90 minutes late, due to “late arrival of inbound aircraft” as per usua). Ever decreasing seat pitch so absolutely abysmal lack of comfort. Dismal snacks and drinks for purchase. Bus service at LHR rather than jetty.

Pros: The Austrian Airlines crew was great, very courteous, very professional and friendly. The food service was also excellent.

Cons: My complaints go to something not directly linked to the flight crew. 1. When boarding, I like to see when passengers are called in groups relating to distant seats in the plane such that they do not step over each other during luggage placement. That is more comfortable than let the crowd enter randomly. 2. I notice people enter the cabin with 2, even 3 pieces of luggage. Even though each one has proper dimensions, they overload the overhead compartments and it is hard for everybody to place his/her belongings in a suitable way. 3. The rows in the airplane seems to have gotten closer ti each other. It is not the airlines fault, except perhaps when choosing whose airplanes to buy...but again, there are only two major contenders in that segment. For overseas flights, it is pretty uncomfy. 4. Lastly, unboarding the plane could also be performed (enforced by the crew) to be in a more civil fashion rather than haveing5 a stampedo - again calling separate grouos of rows in the name of fairness, or simply vacating it row by row from the front to back.

Cons: Crew was rude when I asked if there was a vegetarian option for the snack. I did request special meals for the trip. Even if they did not have a vegetarian option, they don't need to be rude!! Boarding was ridiculous. we were supposed to form a line and wait. Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!
