my flight was cancelled. next one scheduled 2 days later. no hotel provided. worst airline experience ever

They lost my luggage for five days and did not keep me notified of the progress at all.

I missed it , and waiting for next flight when writing.

They delayed the flight multiple times, canceled, and then did not rebook or reserve hotel rooms

Crew had connection details for only 2 other flights and gave less than empathetic guidance.

Good flight overall But aircraft is little old- 747-400. Hence it is spacious compare to newer 787 dreamliners Asian vegetarian food was reasonably good

No complains with the crew. But generally speaking food is awful, entertainment is not good either.

This was a short flight and not much to share. The flight crew was very kind.

Seats were terribly uncomfortable! Couldn’t sleep! I paid for good seats when scheduled with Lufthansa, got crappy mid-section seats on Air Canada!
