Pros: "I was travelling with two cats, one in cargo and one in the cabin. The crew were excellent in letting me know how the one in cargo was doing and everyone was very nice to my other cat as well. They both came through the flight happy and healthy!"

Cons: "The men’s bathroom near gate 226 smelled awful and the floor was very wet. In addition, I am handicapped and my gate changed from 226 to 208. NO ONE was there to help. There was no one at all at Turkish Care. I asked two different transportation representatives at the sky club and they refused to help in any way. I merely asked them to call Turkish Airlines, and they said they didn’t have the number. I begged both of them to call someone to help me, and they just laughed and said it wasn’t part of their job. I was horrified! I almost missed my plane.!"

Cons: "I didn’t like anything not least the fact you make people wait in the station when they are on flights with stops. It Morocco offers a plush hotel room. I’m never travelling"
Airline again missed my special order, even though I had reconfirmed 24 hrs before. Eurowings charges for the blanket and for alcoholic drinks, which are typically provided on international flights. I had bought ticket for Lufthansa but was shifted over to Eurowings, which was not my choice, and will not be my choice going forward.

Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet"

Cons: "Ground crew in Paris failed to put our luggage on plane to Amsterdam. Also, plane was delayed about 40 minutes because of Amsterdam air traffic. Captain was very apologetic to the passengers."
Cons: "Crew forced me to change my upgraded comfort seat to accommodate a 12 year old who they knew was going to be airsick. So I spent the first half of the flight next to a vomiting girl. Only after I asked to file a complaint, they allowed me one of two empty seats in premium. Terrible customer service."
Pros: "The crew ask some of us to help seating a family group together. No objection. Then they went out of their way to make the trip more enjoyable for us... even offering a drink of Champagne wine (the true one, not some substitute)... Departed almost on time, arrived a few minutes early..."
The plane was very comfortable, the seats were great for overnight flight. The bathrooms were spotless the entire flight

the new plane was great, up to date and very spacious (premium economy). the seats could have used a bit more cushioning, but overall very nice. the food was amazing and the options were quite nice. onboard entertainment was sufficient for the entire flight. The boarding times changed frequently, and didn't really ever fly on time... kind of always late...
There was no flight to Nbg. Airline left 1.5 hours late from JFK and did not attempt to make up time in-flight. So we missed our connecting flight. I get that this can happen but it was complicated to figure out what to do in FRA. It would have been really helpful if a Condor attendant had offered help at the time we came off the transatlantic flight to provide guidance. Eventually we figured it out and ended up on a 2.5 hr train ride to Nbg.
Pros: "Nothing, very poor seating, to me it felt like that Condor think we are small in Europe. I’m 1,85 and my knees are pressing against the seat in front the entire flight. Nothing from Condor is for free, not even a glass water. On my 20 min flight from Tenerife to Las Palmas Canary Air serves a complimentary glass water....."

Cons: "Seating is very tight even for a petite 5’1” person like me. My boyfriend was 5’8” and he was definitely uncomfortable with the lack of leg space. If the passengers in front of you decided to put their seats back? You’ve lost even more space and feel closed in. Thankfully the aisle seat next to us was empty so we tried to stretch out a little bit without spilling into the seat entirely. Entertainment was eh. Two movies from the early 2000s (Alvin & the Chipmunks and What happens in Vegas) and an episode of Tom & Jerry and an episode of Modern Family but from Season 5? Not great if you’ve never watched the series.. About their hospitality... My boyfriend and I were completely disregarded and ignored by a stewardess with blonde hair and thick black glasses... Flight: DE2102 that left September 8th from Frankfurt to San Juan. We received our meals from her AFTER she handed meals to the people behind us - this was not the case for other passengers that spoke German, everyone’s meals up until ours was handed in order.. When it was time to pick up the trays she skipped us both times (with our trays ready in our hands to hand to her) - I watched her pick up the trays from the passengers before and after us. My boyfriend did say “Excuse me” but she ignored him - she probably would’ve paid attention if he asked in German.. She even looked at us as she passed by which blew my mind. Her coworker on the other side had to pick up her slack and was very kind enough to pick up our trays even though we weren’t his assigned aisle. It confused me because she was so pleasant with the German passengers but ignored us even when we made eye contact and smile for her attention.. I hate to say this because I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but to be honest I felt discriminated.. My boyfriend is German (speaks fluent German and English) but I felt because of my ethnicity (Asian) he had to suffer for that.. I felt terrible that he was suffering because of me. No one wants that for their significant other or anyone. Another occasion was when another stewardess was handing us our drinks. My boyfriend’s cup was broken and as she passed it over me it spilled all over my shirt. I did gasp from surprise. No apologies whatsoever.. She seemed impatient and grabbed the cup back over only to put another cup under it. I asked for a Sprite but they only had Cola or Fanta so I was totally okay with Cola “Cola bitte”. My German isn’t that great but I did hear her coworker ask why I gasped and she told her that it was because I was surprised they didn’t have Sprite - very untrue. I was shocked and I couldn’t respond. I have never been so disappointed in a flight and the hospitality. I am very forgiving if an incident happens once or twice, but when I see it happen in front of me over and over and over again? That’s where my tolerance unfortunately crumbles. I was on the verge of tears by the end of the flight. I hope I never fly Condor again."
Pros: "Very efficient at doing their jobs. Made up time in the air. Seats fairly comfortable. Good temp maintained."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed by an hour and a half. This happens sometimes, of course, however a gesture of not charging €10 for an upgrade from the mesely two tv shows/movies would’ve been an appropriate approach to treating customers right. Food was decent, but don’t have any allergies as the accommodations are definitely lacking. Crew was polite, but not overly social or friendly."
