Cons: "The flight and crew were very good. An hour late taking off with not explanation. Frustrating on an hour flight."

Cons: "I didn’t fly out of Philadelphia because the flight was 5 hrs late and I missed my connecting flight. Had to go get my luggage, go home and try to fly today! Terrible! All my plans screwed up!"

Cons: "Tight cabin on Regional aircraft."

Pros: "There were no hiccups and we arrived to the destination on time"
Cons: "Dirty seats, seemed like they had not been cleaned"

Cons: "I didn’t make it onto this flight because it was so delayed I needed to change flights while at the airport to make it onto the next one in time."

Pros: "Issues caused by weather, otherwise flight was fine."

Pros: "The seating was good and the pilot was friendly."
Cons: "There was not a good movie selection and there was not a lot of information regarding the altitude and there was not very much warning during turbulence."

Cons: "crew was rude and unhelpful with delayed flight"

Cons: "My direct flight was cancelled and rebooked with a connecting flight."

Pros: "I usually have a smooth experience with Air Canada. Haven't had any problems on board. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with my baggage."
Cons: "The check-in person said my baggage (oversized, and a keyboard) would make it through to my final destination even though I had another flight on a separate reservation. I specifically asked because I wanted to know if I needed to pick it up when I landed after the first leg in Toronto. He said I'd only have to go through customs and my bag will make it all the way home to Vancouver. Well, I felt weird about it and when I got off in Toronto I noticed that my baggage receipt said Toronto on it (not Vancouver). I decided to forego the connections gate because I was unsure. Lucky that I did because lo and behold, my keyboard bag was waiting for me at baggage claim. Had I trusted the check-in guy, I would've possibly lost over $1000 worth of equipment. That's not something that can easily be forgiven."

Pros: "Great service, and no issues to report."

Pros: "Service of staff"
Cons: "Lost my baggage and all of my flights where late causing me to miss one of my connections"

Pros: "Crew was kind, helpful, respectful."
Cons: "Not very comfortable."

Cons: "One hour late"

Cons: "Flight was delayed"

Pros: "Very confusing. United personnel running Air Canada ground operations. Took 30 plus minutes to check one bag because there were not enough staff checking passengers in. Then flight was supposed to be delayed 90 minutes. This meant missing connections so automatic rebooking took place. Flight was then not delayed and had to rebook on original flight. Naturally bag didn't make the trip."

Pros: "Our flight was cancelled. Rebooked for two days later, causing us to miss our cruise to Alaska! Never again with Air Canada. So disappointed in missing this trip we had planned for a long time."
Cons: "No help in getting us to our cruise on time."

Pros: "We did not make it to this flight since it was cancelled"
Cons: "We were rebooked on a flight with a short connection to London and they bumped us off that flight claiming that they could not get our bags in on time. Very poor customer service."

Cons: "The flight was late."

Pros: "Nothing - I didn't end up going to Toronto."
Cons: "The flight was overbooked and I was forced to take a different flight. Ruined my plans in Edmonton that day. Last time I use air Canada."

Cons: "Did not reimburse new arrangements. Missed connection due to flight delays on Air Canada's behalf."

Cons: "I had to delay my whole trip one day as the fight was late by 5 hours. I had made specific plans to reach delhi on April 21. Since I am a physician, it wasn't easy to arrange coverage so I could make it to delhi for a particular event. And this delay in flight was a major disappointment and made all the effort futile."

Cons: "I flew from YEG -YYZ and the flight was delayed. It's a good thing that the 2nd flight was delayed or else I would have missed it and no AC employee was interested in helping me make my connection. There were several people on the flight that had connections and were trying to rush off the plane."

Pros: "All was well. Thanks"

Cons: "Not aconfortable plane"

Cons: "We were delayed taking off. We boarded on time but then had to sit and wait in the plane for almost an hour before taking off. We had a connecting flight in Toronto and thankfully made it but some people missed their flights."

Pros: "No snacks but love flying with Air Canada. Hope it continues."
Cons: "Have to bring my own snack."

Pros: "Boarding process was good"
Cons: "No free snacks offered"

Pros: "The ONLY part of flying Air Canada that I used to like was your partnership with SAS, over the past ten years I have lost more airtravel points through Star Alliance troubles than I could have made in the decade before. Luckily when I fly from my birth place of St. John's NL, you're ground staff are the absolute best! I can give "shout outs" to each and every one of them. From those ready for retirement to the new staff just in from "who knows where", they get the whole "customer service" priority that your airline needs to focus on. Your management in Halifax "Sharon" is out of this world too, other than that whether through Lufthansa, Air Canada or anywhere I would travel, seeing that red leaf on your wing would make me ashamed to be Canadian."
Cons: "I paid extra for a seat to ensure leg room, all I got was ear ache! The flight - although half empty had no place for my briefcase, but I was "ordered" to push my sealskin bag under the dirty greasy seat in front of me. When I requested they store it upfront for take-off & landing - the french female steward started flirting with the man sitting next to me and didn't even offer a response. When drinks came around - I was handed a half empty glass with juice on it's exterior and borrowed a napkin from the next seat. Later I did get a napkin "thrown gently" over the person she enjoyed speaking with. I was happy to wait until connecting passengers disembarked before the local traffic, but was appalled when the more senior female steward stopped a local passenger who I know has anxiety about flying - to insist she let the other passengers off first. Air Canada needs to be educated on what human behaviour entails, before they can graduate to customer service. Together with my first name, you can know my last name is Floyd"

Pros: "Seats are comfortable and I had plenty of leg room."
Cons: "No snacks offered with drink. Boarding wasn't well organized. Toronto airport is horrible... long lines at customs and security caused me to miss my connection for the second time in a row."

Pros: "Air canada needs a serious serious overhaul of the way they treat their customers especially those working at the Toronto airport I find their employees have an "entitlement" mentality that other carriers do not Customer service seems to be a priority not talking to your coworkers about the weekend while serving your customers"
Cons: "There was one employee who suggested to take an earlier flight and was very helpful Little things go along way"

Pros: "the flight was quick and the plane was comfortable"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Small legroom, kinda hot inside the plane"

Pros: "We had to book our son on a flight from Phila to Toronto unexpectedly. We had lost our car keys in Canada and had no way to get new ones. (That's a long and complicated story.) our only option was to fly our son up with the spare key. Luckily he had just gotten his passport. He got a window seat and lived the adventure. The crew couldn't have been nicer."
Cons: "The last minute price if $1000 plus!!"

Cons: "Staff was rude. And I was seated next to an alchoholic"

Cons: "Delayed Sat on a parked plane for 4 hours in PHL before taking off Missed Connection in Toronto No compensation/help with food or hotel"

Cons: "No entertainment system. Very slow boarding."

Pros: "The flight was late. The plane was overcrowded. N explanation given until we were on the plane. They boarded us then made us wait in the jetway for 15 or 20 minutes. No room in the seats whatsoever"
Cons: "Most everything! Unapologetic about delay and gate changes. Lousy boarding. Plane uncomfortable."

Pros: "The crew treated me very well. I had reasonable leg room in economy class. The plane was beautiful, clean and super modern, one of the nicest aircraft that I have flown with in many years!"
Cons: "I ordered Asian vegan meals, but I was very disappointed with was presented to me. The food looked awful, tasted bland and insipid! I hope that that problem will be rectified on my return to the US."

Pros: "Lots of leg room. Friendly and helpful staff. Smooth flight and comfortable seats."
Cons: "We didn't like all the walking to get to and from the plane in Terminal 2, Heathrow. Anywhere else in the world would transport people by bus if it was going to be a twenty minute walk to the departure gate."

Pros: "I was not expecting much from the small aircraft, but there was so much leg room that my very tall husband actually fit in the seat and his knees didn't touch the seat in front of him like usual. And, there was an in-flight entertainment system, also unexpected. Kept the kids happy."
Cons: "I gave 1 star for food because there wasn't any. Air North has cookies."

Cons: "ROWS OF SEATS ARE SO TIGHT, TOO TIGHT"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "1. Flight left late. 2. After landing sat on tarmac for 30 minutes waiting for gate. 3. After arriving at gate, had to wait 15 minutes to open door. 4. Poor service assisting me to get to connecting flight on other side of airport."

Pros: "I thought the service was excellent."
Cons: "There were some delays taking off, but I don't think it had to do with the airline"

Pros: "Entertainment was good"
Cons: "We did have a 30 minute delay, not a big deal but a delay none the less. And boarding was a bit of a mess as announcements were hard to hear."

Pros: "My flight was comfortable and without any issues. Good was great. The inflight entertainment should have more choices."

Pros: "The flight is not packed, so rather comfortable"

Cons: "100 US dollars for preffered seating and get less room then normal seat because of emergency exit door is unacceptable"

Cons: "My Mon couldn't fly because I never have noticed that she needed a Canadian Visa. She came from Mexico with her American visa and the experience buying a ticket with this airline was a nightmare."
