Service was great, and the premium economy seating was very comfortable. The food was good.

EVA canceled me out of the return flight from Manila to Spokane so we had to rebook and repay. Very unprofessional!! Still have not returned home!!
This flight was even more crowded that Singapore to Taipei, an extra row of seats and an additional 4th seat in the middle made it extremely crowded. No leg room, no width for room. Terribly uncomfortable flight. The food was disgusting. We will never fly EVA Air again.
Movie selection was not as good as recent flights I've taken (EVA and other airlines).

The boarding was organized and efficient. The crew was very thoughtful and did not wake me up when meals were served. I was totally exhausted after 2 weeks of vacation with a tour group. So sleep was more important to me. The crew just left me a sticker telling me that food had been served and if I woke up hungry to contact the crew. I did have the last meal scheduled on board. Food was very mediocre. The scrambled egg and minced meat were too salty. The porridge was passable. I was disappointed because I have high expectations of food from Taiwan. I thought EVA being a Taiwan based airline would have served its customers better tasting food.

Crew's attitude can be better. I asked one crew member to help to put carry on baggage into overhead bin, but he was not willing to help. I needed help because my height is short. His attitude was bad.

Always on time and flight crew were great. Boarding in Manila was a bit chaotic and disorganized compared to Incheon.
Never had a flight delay issue with Korean Air, that's why I always go with this airline.
Flight crew were very attentive and made this trip a pleasure. Plus the fact that this our first time flying business class.
Korean air has a little bit more seating space than Asiana air.
Food choice could be better, plus the crew can walk around and offer snacks and drinks. Also the air-conditioning onboard blows high speed, and very cold makes the trip uncomfortable.
Always have great flight experience on Korean Air. Glad to have been able to book this on Kayak/Under Pricer this year!!
Going through security a third time to get on the next flight was again utterly ridiculous and unnecessary. We were in a International secure area once again and as far as I'm concerned should not have been put through the gears for absolutely no reason. The United States can get all the information they need from the travel itinerary, there was no need to be forced out of a secure area to personally interview everyone on a connecting flight to find out their US immigration status.

It was a good experience except that the flight has been rescheduled, bit disappointed but it happens.
More meal choice. There was only pork, beef and shrimp. I could not eat any of it and they had no alternatives
The only notable problem was bathroom facilities. Only one toilet for far too many people, and dirty nearly all the time. Both otherwise, Cathay Pacific is great. Wonderful staff everywhere.
The flight attendants were very helpful, efficient and courteous in helping everyone!
I didn't see any flight attendants offer coffee or green tea. There was regular drink service but after a short meal was served didn't notice that happening.
The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was great. Lots of movies to choose from as well as tv shows. Highly recommend.
Better. I took an aisle seat this time. Although the overheard compartment above the seat ahead of me kept opening up during flight.
I have a Peanut Allergy and the Steward staff were very accommodating in ensuring my safety as my allergy is life threatening. Very professional and so vested in their profession.
My seat was sold off to someone else. Had to wait 9 hours to catch the next filght. Definitely will never use Cathay Pacific again. Bad, very bad airline. will comment on google reviews too.
Everything went excellent! I worried a little about my luggage, cause i had a long stop at Qatar Airport (DOHA) on my way back, but everything went perfect!!! Great Airline, great pilots, the crew is amazing!!!! Respect for the people doing amazing things who nobody sees!!! I am from the Netherlands... Our stupid airport could learn a lot of Philippines Airlines.

I didnt experience it but i saw them and heard that some are not good in customer service. They dont know how to talk with respect and in a nice way.with persons who needs it. Especially with seniors and people who does not know how to speak english that much.
Flight stewards were sometimes short when passengers made requests at the same time. The requests were simple but a smile & a remark of "I'll get to you soon" instead of a curt & passing "Wait a minute." Flying is not cheap & good manners should be a given when taking care of people cramped in seats for longer than ten hours. The food tasted great but doesn't look appetizing. The mid-meal break food or merienda were great in the last two flights I was on.
Excellent service from check in/ bag drop counter staff to flight attendants. Food was great. Seats are nice. Excellent airline.

We did booked shorter layovers but flights changed and layovers are too long good thing Philippine Airlines give us a hotel in manila but here Vancouver to Calgary too long layovers and there is enough sets to wait closer to air canada and they will open 4am.we were here 1 am .our flights schedule for air canada 8:10am.we paid expensive flights but not happy of lay over Vancouver to Calgary.
Need to upgrade the lavatory it was very filthy and disgusting. Very poor hygiene.
Announcements were unintelligible. Entertainment system was non-existent. Ground crew kept changing story for flight delay.
After waiting for hours of delays, the flight was canceled. We missed our flight to Iceland from Toronto. We tried for hours to get a reasonable replacement flight, but it was the next day before we could even schedule another flight days later. We had to cancel our anniversary trip because we could not get to Iceland on time to keep our reservations. We won’t be flying Air Canada again as they just don’t have the infrastructure to deal with cancellations.
Flight was delayed due to crew/co-pilot change over delay and Pearson scheduling issue. Flight didn't leave until 20:05 which was 15 minutes before it was supposed to land in YYZ.
Because you didn't have the tarmac clear and then had to unboard a plane I missed my connecting flight to CLE. Cost me a day ... a 30 dollar hotel hamburger ... then the next day THAT flight was an hour late to arrive ...
First of all the flight departing from Deer Lake was delayed for 4 hours due to a problem with the plane. Secondly, I am 6ft 2 inches tall, which is not that tall nowadays, but I had no leg room despite having nothing under the seat in front of me. When the person in front of me reclined his seat just a little bit I could not lower my tray all of the way; it rested on my knee not in a horizontal position. Thirdly, I am tired of Air Canada not reinforcing carry on baggage sizes. On the outgoing flight from Toronto to Deer Lake we had trouble finding space in the overhead bins. Some people were putting luggage in them that were definitely larger than carry on size. Airlines should have all carry on luggage checked (using those gadgets designed for that) before one enters security perhaps at the baggage checking counters. Having it there won’t delay boarding and will put the onus on people to follow the luggage size limits.
The only problem that I have is if you have questions about your flight ✈️ there's no one to communicate with when you call 📱.
Contacting Canada air was a disaster. I will never fly Canada air again. If you called their 1-800 number, you were told that you might have to stay on the line for two hours. That is a disgrace. You should be able to speak to a human within the first 10-15 minutes. I went over to a cluster of phones and a lot of people were on hold with Canada air for 2-3 hours. This is why I will never fly Canada air again.
Landing in Toronto, special access in Toronto not well co-ordinated !!
As seems to happen every flight from Toronto to Ottawa we were delayed twice. We try to avoid Toronto when possible.. Denver to Toronto was fine.
Terrible service. Staff kept our passports and were too slow to check us in, web check in was not working and as a result of slow as molasses service we missed our flight and had to be rebooked at 2 am, I was charged for an extra drink and told I’d be refunded. Never received the refund. Very uncomfortable seats, staff are rude and dismissive. Will not be flying with avianca again.
