No service in the main cabin whatsoever! I finally ask for water and was requested to get out of my seat and come back to the flight attendants if I wanted water. 3 hour flight, some bumps, but seat belt sign off for about half the flight.

Normally it is not a good experience except for this time. The plane wasn't packed, the boarding was fast and even the check-in was pretty good.
The Montreal to Barcelona flight was cancelled half hour before boarding. We had to struggle for hours to find an alternative route through a very long route with 6 hours of transit time in Munich. It wasted almost one full day of our long awaited vacation. We are extremely disappointed.
We booked return tickets Montreal-NYC-Montreal, booking references 23V7AC and 23UHNC (2 tickets each, we are a family of 4). The returning flight was cancelled (NYC to Montreal on August 7th AC8645) and we have been proposed flights two days later. Due to personal obligations, we could not wait for the flights that you proposed and had to go back to Montreal by bus that same night. After having canceled our flight, we have been partially compensated with USD 465.86 which cover the costs we had to spend on the bus. Nevertheless, we got a USD 15.00 voucher each but only two vouchers could be used, the other two were rejected at scanning (same shop and same scanner for all 4 vouchers). Consequently, we paid USD 30.00 ourselves, which should have been offered to us. At the end, I cannot even find a e-mail address to which I could send the request for reimbursement of these USD 30.00.
Small plane with no space, old seats, no entertainment, big turbulences
Terrible. Air Canada decided to wait for another flight. Due to the waiting, the weather got worse and connedting flight got cancelled. Air Canada said it was all due to the weather and didn’t pay me for the hotel. Not speaking of 3 hours waiting for my luggage. Never again!
Could not switch flights. No help from check in Four people doing nothing. Two hour wait on telephone but no other flights available. Overall experience sucked.
Boarding was particularly poorly done with disregard for courtesy, professionalism, and efficiency. Think mid 70’s bus station.
Easier to get to the Wi-Fi they should give more snacks and ask if you want more drinks and I think nuts would be better than cookies
They changed the seats that we paid for 3 times after we booked and paid for them causing me to have to call them. We had a connecting flight from my through Montreal and on to Calgary. It was raining in Montreal and they left our luggage outside in the rain. Water seeped into the luggage soaking our clothes. This was our first and last time traveling on air Canada. Use another reputable carrier, not them
