Delayed for 3 hours- little to no communication about this and staff moves in slow motion
Nothing, they could have made some accommodation for an awful experience. Me and my family were not informed properly we we separated. They took me off the original flight i booked. I booked our flight at one price and called me and told me they were not honoring my rate and they charged me double of what I paid. Me and my family don’t want to ever use your services again.
Better movie and tv selections. Also, the overnight flight to Trinidad from Toronto, the staff were not very attentive. I did not see them for at least half the fight. They were behind their curtain a lot of the time, and they did not check on us before landing to make sure all landing requirements were met.
I liked the extra leg room in Caribbean plus. Worth the extra money. The food could have been more balanced, there was no salad or veggies
The Flight itself was smooth and uneventful. The crew was polite and caring. I used the Lounge in Piarco and the service was STELLAR
Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.
I enjoyed the smooth flow and well coordinated boarding and the very courteous attitude from the cabin crew We look forward to flying with ya’ll again
The crew was excellent, check in was easy ,the food wasn't good, movies should be recent and more selections
The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.
Checking in was seamless Flight left on time Flight arrived 45 minutes ahead of time, Overall, it was a good experience
Seats hard as a rock. My butt went to sleep. Headrest too leaned forward. The seat caused me to be hunched and I was an emergency row so couldn't recline the seat. No pillow or blanket to put behind my back so I don't get off the flight looking like the hunchback of Notre Dame. The wifi for movies didn't work so no entertainment. The flight was rough, but I get that turbulence can sometimes not be avoided. All in all, a pretty terrible flight. The crew did their best and we were on time, so there were some positives.
United, from whom we bought this code-shared flight, mid-flight canceled our tickets for the rest of our itinerary, without explanation. After long delay they tried to re-issue the tickets, but Air Canada could not find the re-issue. It finally resolved after escalation to several layers of supervisors.
All good except waiting for gate for over an hour at Ohare Chicago as usual. People missed flights because of that
Perfect. On time and the weather was perfect so we came in a few minutes early.
On time. Carry on and personal bag was accommodated on the plane. Entertainment was accessible without bringing own device. Whole can of juice was provided rather than a pour.
I enjoyed it, again I believe air Canada has better seating options and better drink options
Upset about cancel to St. John’s and no overnight accomodation
I had a 5 hour lay over in Toronto. Felt very exhausted and bored.
1. Everything was satisfactory concerning the flight. 2. Can't think of what could be better right now.
The kid in the middle seat kicked me almost the whole flight, almost kicked my hot tea off my tray. The flight was delayed due to the first plane not being able to be de-iced in July! We had to get a new plane. Now I drive 3 hours back to Edmonton because direct flights from PVR were way to expensive
The flight was packed solid which shouldn’t be a problem, but when you realize that if you are over 5’7” tall there is no room to do anything but sit uptight it changes the perspective. Especially when you are in a seat that doesn’t even recline. Those seats should warrant a discount really. It’s preposterous that you have yo pay an extra $60ish to get 10cm more leg room but have to pay the same price as everyone else when you have seemingly less leg room and can’t even put your seat back the wee bit everyone else can. Offer them at a discount on booking even. I know tons of travelling kids/young people who wouldn’t mind sitting like that for five hours if a nice discount was offered. The staff was lovely and the touchdown was stellar but the extreme close quarters is what has me pondering another means of travel whenever possible.
$4 for headphones to use the multimedia system, games that are boring.....small oat bar as a snack....Porter has better snacks and entertainment
I appreciated the fact carry on picked up at the checkinn . Service and check in super nicer.
Crew was great. The crew that came on in Montreal helped us look for a lost passport and could not have been nicer. Our only problem was boarding in Barcelona but was due to airport issue. Not enough staff to get wheelchair passengers to gates.

Nothing my direct LHR to YVR was cancelled and the extra time going through Toronto was terrible - the AC staff in Toronto were rude and unwilling to assist.
They put us on stand by even though we booked it on the air Canada website and had seats picked so that sucked. Flight was awesome nice having a free beer and a movie
It was a good experience flying Air Canada for the first time
Customer service excellent. Food was poor. I received my luggage open with missing items.
