Flight delayed any hour and couple of big gate changes

The pilot came out and chatted with the passengers. He explained why there was a slight delay. The crew was excellent. Very helpful. I had to buy meals for my whole family and they were in different seats, so the crew had to deal with that. They were very pleasant and accommodating and did a great job!

We were unable to land in Liberia. It was not the airline’s fault, but we had to be diverted to SJO.

We had things stolen from our luggage, we also were refused an upgrade on a flight that was not full.

When we left, it wasn't Great . People were drinking heavily, very disrespectful Extremely loud, the entire trip. I think the crew members, should have get their attention. Coming back was great.

I sat in the club. The seeds were fantastic. The meal was great and Entertainment was good. The crew was fantastic. I recommend it to everybody.

The food was small portions and not fresh. I was seated at the back of the plane so by the time the cart approached me most of the food options were sold out. The cabin crew was fantastic however.

Great flight and crew. Food isn't free and neither are headphones...

We were in economy class but paid for option Plus which offer you an extra snack after take off, free earplugs & blanket. The crew were very attentive. The comfort however wasn’t great, hard to be comfortable in such restraint place. Wasn’t able to sleep through out the 7hrs flight and was exhausted upon arrival.

As usual, terrible. Delayed flight, missed connection and wasted hours at the airport. The only reason I use this airline is because of limited options.

All was good except for the seats, not very comfy.

Very nice. Cabin crew is very attentive and professional. So nice!

Not allowing food choice through app. Very hard to find,

Poor air traffic controller staffing led to a 50%reduction on flights so we got to wait 4 hrs for our flight! Very disorganized at the gate Poor communication with customers

It was delayed by almost 90 minutes and that messed up our plans but it was beyond UA’s control that is what we heard

No pillow, blanket, or complimentary food provided on 5 hour flight

It was what it was. The crew were very supportive of my wife's inability to sit for long (without severe pain). I say the food was excellent because we bought sushi at Bento, pre flite. We did not complete the final leg (YVR to YYJ) as we were able to catch the last ferry to Swartz Bay. Thanks to Air Canada ( crew and network ) for the connections to/from SJO.

Flight and flight crew were great. Better than most US airlines. Check-in was awful. They repeatedly wouldn't assign seats on the Air Canada flight or print boarding passes for all legs. This was really frustrating. Checked in the day before each direction but they put us on Standby while they juggled seats to upgrade others. This made it really difficult to get seats next to each other which is important when you have 10+ hour flights. Then they would only print boarding passes for their leg even though everything was booked through them. This made Customs in Canada difficult as they required boarding passes for the next flight each way to get through security. Couldn't get them on the phone and slowed everything down and security had to make exceptions for me to print boarding passes as security.

Not much....we did not get the complimentary beverages promised in our ticket. My partner and I did not have the window seats promised. We didnt get to sit together.....

They gave us chocolates twice (for whoever would like an extra chocolate - kids did!). I asked for an extra water, and I was given one. Crew was very friendly!

The flight was ok, the flight attendants were lovely, the movies were good, the food was ok, and I am just sad because my luggage didn't arrive with me in Iasi because the flight from Vancouver to Frankfurt was delayed and then I barely made the rest of my flights. Also, there was no real support once I got off each of the flights. There was nobody to ask about gate or where to be and for example when I got off in Vienna to catch the flight to Iasi there was no screen where I could read the gate and time of departure of the plane. I was going crazy trying to find the plane to Iasi and I barely made it. When my luggage finally arrived home it was broken. The handle was completely broken and that was not so good. I am in a visit here, in Romania, and I will have to buy a new luggage.

Sorry, I’m not a fan of United. The seats are just too cramped and uncomfortable if you are traveling very far.

Crew were friendly and very helpful Plane was clean and the legroom is standard. Overall a good flight, no complaints.

Amazing! The food was great! Best airline meal ever. The crew was so nice and pleasant.

Extremely tight connection in Frankfurt. Tickets with one hour layover are not realistic even with first flight being on time. Just barely made it and ran most of the way. 😬

We were delayed taking off which caused us to miss the connection to Orlando in Frankfurt. The gate we landed at in Frankfurt was in A terminal and the next flight was c15 which was impossible to get to even running. Very poor planning on Lufthansa’s part.

The plane was clean and the staff courteous and professional. The seat bottom was uncomfortable but only after many hours. It had a pressure point that left me a small bruise on my right leg (very surprising). The pasta was terrible (hard on the edges sticking out and soggy on the bottom edges) but I guess that's how it comes out in a microwave (?). The entertainment was glitching and shutting off every 20 minutes or so but, in the end, we made it home safely with very little turbulence and that's what really matters.

The business class seats are very narrow for the cost

Both my flight to Germany and my flight from Germany to the USA were delayed which caused me to miss my connection and additional stress. I had to stay overnight in Chicago, compensated by the airline. All very frustrating. We sat in the runway in Germany for over an hour? Which was never explained and caused the additional day of travel.
