Pros: "We were boarding with one person in a wheelchair. They were extremely helpful and understanding."
Cons: "All was perfect"
Pros: "Air Canada business class is superior comfort."
Pros: "Everything except delay"
Cons: "3 hour delay thst redulted in missed connections in Seoul."
Pros: "Slightly frayed due to weather- we were kept up to date"
Pros: "The seating is well laid out and the service aboard the flight was excellent. Wonderful duck entree."
Pros: "Comfort and service"
Cons: "Had nit boarded any cognac or gochuchong hot pepper paste."
Pros: "Food was great for airplane food, there was bibimbap, jjajjangmyun and egg sandwich"
Cons: "Didn’t like being in a small seat for 10+ hours. Plane seemed more cramped than I remember"
Pros: "they had top movies, which helped me get through. The staff were friendly enough to not be rude and to do what they were suppose to on the flight. the food was good for the first meal, real chicken. second meal only had pork so luckily I had bought a burger in the airport before boarding since I do not eat pork. All my layover flights were on time with on time boarding/ departure which i Highly appreciated."
Cons: "I did not understand why they would use the same seat design they used for a 2-5 hour flight for a 11Hour Flight!! I had never experienced being that uncomfortable in my seat. I am used to flying 13hours straight but with comfortable and Padded! seats with room to move. the seats were not padded and there was little to no space to put your legs in a comfortable position. My back and neck were killing me in the last 2 hours."
Pros: "I liked the entertainment. The crew was very attentive."
Cons: "One of the meals wasn’t extremely desirable."
Pros: "Fairly comfortable flight. I enjoyed the new shading windows with no physical shutters"
Cons: "I did not like the glass in my food. I mentioned it to the flight attendent and she said I probably have nothing to worry about but took my information down."
Pros: "The flight crew went the extra mile to give good service. There were plenty of meals and snacks throughout the trip."
Cons: "The bathrooms are cramped, they are clean however. Seats are also very close together, others must get out if you are in a middle or window seat."
Pros: "Great Service."
Cons: "Nothing"
Cons: "I think the air quality on the flight from Toronto to Seoul was bad. I felt really neaseous for most of that flight and thought I would be sick on the landing. the illness went away completely once I landed and I didn’t experience it on the Asiana flight from Seoul to Phuket"
Cons: "Flight left two hours late and provided difficulty in Toronto"
Cons: "I wish there was more options with the seats. I would have liked to have my legs out more so they reached the part where I could rest them on the end which is raised and at the same time have my back in a more upright position. This plane did not have that option. I have had it on other planes."
Pros: "The flight was a little late due to weather but everything else about the trip was smooth and painless."
Cons: "The leg room was just adequate. The food was good but nothing too great."
Pros: "I liked how the crew was helpful and wanted to help everyone with their luggage. they didn’t disturb me in my sleep and didn’t walked around a lot. The flight timing was on time and it landed on time as well so that was very satisfying."
Cons: "I didn’t like the sitting of the airplane. It looks more like sitting in a local bus and its not very spacious. On an average these days most people in Canada are tall and above the height of 5’7 feet. I didn’t like how seats are small and have less space for legs and plus the next person to me keep disturbing me cuz he was as tall as me and we both hardly fit in the seat. I am only 6 feet and slim and still had issues. I mean for domestic flight that’s only two hours I can manage sitting in a uncomfortable position but if it was a long flight then i would definitely not be happy and won’t fly with Air Canada again."
Pros: "Great food"
Cons: "Uncomfortable chairs"
Pros: "flight attendants were very nice"
Cons: "not even peanuts! seats seemed even more crammed together than usual"
Pros: "Inonized windows"
Cons: "No"
Pros: "The seat comfort was wonderful. And the food was great."
Pros: "Movie"
Cons: "English subtitles for movie collections"
Pros: "After a bad connection, it was nice to have a smooth flight."
Cons: "Even the preferred seats in front are not that long legeooms. Unless it's exit row, don't waste your money on it."
Pros: "No wasted time, they load you up and get you where you want to be."
Cons: "Be sure to gate check anything larger than a small backpack or purse. There is little room on board for carry-on's"
Cons: "Delayed, missed connection"
Pros: "plenty of room, media player, wifi, nice selection of snacks and meals."
Pros: "Plenty of Entertainment Choices"
Pros: "I had wheel chair service for transit"
Cons: "Layover time was not enough. I got 1 hour or so for transit. Ridiculous short"
Pros: "The new tinted windows are cool"
Pros: "We flew premium economy, and it was so much better than regular economy. Seating just two across made my wife's and my journey much easier. The crew was attentive when they needed to be, and the food was quite good. I managed to sleep several hours, which is about as good as it gets on a long haul flight."
Cons: "I was surprised at the selections available for movies and TV; not much that was appealing. Took a Singapore air flight a few days later and felt like the selections were better. But we brought an iPad and had downloaded House of Cards, so we were OK. Besides, I got to sleep."
Pros: "Staff were good, probably doing the best they could with what they had to work with."
Cons: "I'm 6'4" and a Air Canada Rouge 737 isn't built for guys/girls like me. Give us a bit more legroom!"
Pros: "Boarding process was smooth, staff was friendly and helpful, flight was safe and as comfortable as an overseas flight can be. I'll definitely consider Air Canada again and would recommend the airline to others considering it."
Pros: "Food service was good and staff was nice"
Cons: "Staff did not come often enough with water. Not as many snacks as I have gotten on Korean Airlines and Japan Airlines. Definitely better than American Airlines or United Airlines flights which are the worse example of how to provide excellent food and service. Short time allowance for flights connections since most flights from Chicago start off late. Look to carriers such as Luftansa, Jordan Air, Turkish Air as the right way to do things."
Pros: "Good boarding time, though the passengers were disorganized. It's not air Canada's fault. Even in the snow, we made good time to the destination."
Cons: "There was not enough room for many people's carry on items and staff did not help find space. Most of the passengers would not put their small bags under the seats so passengers with big bags had no choice but to give up foot space completely. Carry on limits should be better enforced."
Pros: "Low price with big value. The food was great and service felt like first class. The staff was friendly, courteous, professional and accommodating! Definitely recommend and will fly with Air Canada again!"
Cons: "The long layover, 14 hours"
Pros: "Constant ability to have water, decent selection of beverages. Food wasn't spectacular but was adequate."
Cons: "As a non Canadian I found the entertainment selection to be lacking. The movies and games were good however I have never heard of any of the musical artists and I found the tv selections lacking. Why only 2-3 episodes per show? The middle seat in economy had armrests narrower than my shoulders making it painful on my elbows"
Pros: "Entertainment, crew, boarding"
Cons: "Food"
Pros: "Short enough flight."
Cons: "Entirely too little leg-room. Crew kept banging my elbow and knee with food cart-didn't really care either."
Pros: "Excellent crews"
Cons: "Uncomfy seats, poor food taste"
Pros: "Personnel were friendly aircraft was clean"
Cons: "NA"
Pros: "Same plane as the one I flew on the way to Toronto. It's a really nice plane."
Pros: "Fast onboarding and the tinted windows for sleeping"
Cons: "Flight attendants weren't as friendly or willing to accomodate"
Pros: "All of our luggage arrived at our destination in a timely manner. Staff was helpful."
Cons: "Checking in our suitcase took exceptionally long."
Pros: "Space in economy Windows were great"
Pros: "Brand new 787 with great service and comfort. Nice paint color."
Pros: "Smooth boarding. Polite staff."
Cons: "Check-in person did not attach priority tag to luggage (business class) until i argued with her. This is the second time Air Canada has done this. We paid a lot extra for this service and should not have to quibble with staff in order to receive it. There was no lounge in Charlottetown, but that's not the airline's fault. However, the Air Canada lounge at Pearson was shabby and poorly outfitted. Shameful."
Pros: "The stewards were very attentive and kind. My original seat was kind of squished and there were a few open seats on my flight. So a lovely stewards offered me another seat where I wouldn't be sandwiched between people."
Pros: "I love how the flight attendants were courteous and I did not feel neglected at all. I was a smooth flight and would gladly fly AIr Canada again"
Cons: "There was nothing that I did not like about the flight."
Pros: "The food was excellent and the seats were very comfortable. I also loved the blanket and slippers. Service was top notch!"
Cons: "Nothing. It was an excellent experience."
