Flight to Frankfurt was delayed,not enough time between the - flights- missed the Flight to Hannover Not happy !!
I thought food could have been little better.
The meal service could have been better for a 14 hours flight especially in business class
Very comfortable, good hospitality, staff very helpful. Good Indian food . Had a peaceful sleep throughout

Cons: "People sitting in front of me would keep putting down their mask and didn’t listen to the flight instructions when being showed the demonstration. Flight attendant wasn’t as friendly as other flight attendants I’ve had"

Cons: "The worst flight I have ever had. I am tall and this large plane was fit only for dwarfs. My knees were jammed into the seat in front of me and I could not move during the 3.5 hour duration. As a result of this experience I will NEVER fly air canada again. From now on it's whatever airline can treat it's customers with dignity."

Cons: "I may be mistaken here, but apparently since I am not a permanent US resident, I needed a transit visa to fly through Canada, although this was not advertised anywhere. As such, we were not allowed to check in our flight and had to cancel our tickets a few hrs prior to boarding and book tickets on antoher flight. We would up losing good money since we were traveling as a family with kids. The silver lining is we flew Emirates which we should have chosen from the very beginning."

Cons: "When I arrived at my destination I found that the item I had gate checked had been damaged- an instrument case I was no longer able to close. The zippers had both been busted off. Due to time constraints I was invited to write a review and email which I intend to do. The item itself was gate checked for safety - and to me the damage says that still somehow it is unsafe to fly with an instrument which as a professional musician is frustrating. In addition flights have very limited food options that accommodate persons with gluten/dairy allergies."

Cons: "Online checkin does not inform passenger if their passport is suitable for travel. Although my online checkin was successful, once at the airport the attendant would not allow boarding because expiration was within 6 months of travel - a requirement for certain countries. It would be much more efficient - for airline and passengers - if the online check in system can catch this before arrival at the airport."

Cons: "Same old movies and same as way over. Food was too spicy and not very good. Best was cold banana bread. I go once or twice a year never as much turbulence as this trip. Hard to sleep Flight attendant did not explain food choices Chicken or pasta. And beef or veggie. Had no clue what I was eating or if I would like it when I choose it. Most times did not like it."
Pros: "This was a horrible experience throughout. From the start, we were told to board but left standing on the jetway for 15-20 minutes before we were allowed to board the plane and take our seats. Went downhill from there."
Cons: "Uncomfortable. No space, "Entertainment" had one use their own device but no place to power the device. Audacity to charge $10 to use a rental device for entertainment when other airlines provide free of charge. No air-circulation on board. Screaming children the ENTIRE 6 hour flight. No complimentary snacks."

I had requested the assistance of the crew several times by pushing the button [which lit up the light above my seat] but there was never a response. Only when they passed by my seat would I be able to get their attention by flagging them down. My seat was broken and trouble shooting was not an option for the crew."

Cons: "After weather forced us to miss our flight to Delhi from Toronto (understandable), Air Canada booked us on an AC flight to London and then an Air India flight to Delhi from London. In Toronto they told us that we couldnt get our bags because they were in storage, but that they would be on the plane to London and then to Delhi. Upon arriving in London, Air India told us that Air Canada never booked us on their flight to Delhi - that neither of our names were on their manifest. Air India was helpful in getting Air Canada's mistake fixed. Upon arriving in India, my partners bag was nowhere to be found. It would be logical to assume that his bag was in London and never made the imaginary flight Air Canada booked us on. However, even though our bags sat in Air Canada storage for 24 hours, his bag was never even loaded onto our flight to London. He didn't receive his bag until 6 days into our trip, causing all of us to miss out on multiple experiences, including the ability to leave Delhi because of our need to get his bag and multiple missed and promised deadlines from the airline."
Pros: "Air Canada provided accommodations for me when I was informed about my removal from my connecting flight."
Cons: "I didn't enjoy the sassy customer service representative who "assisted" me in redirecting me for the next possible flight to India. She booked me for a flight to London and told me that I was also confirmed for an Air India flight from London to Delhi. This "confirmation" was false after checking in with Air India. There was no entry of me being registered for the flight. Luckily, there were enough seats to make my accommodation. The looming concern that followed was that my bag was clearly not going to be in Delhi once I arrived to my destination. This then became my reality and had to deal with not having my luggage for 6 days in India. There was blatant disregard between both airlines in trying to deliver my bag to me. They both blamed each other and refused to claim responsibility. With both refusing to claim fault, I had to fend for myself and pay for clothes and other necessities. Hands down, the WORST experience I've ever endured while traveling with any airline. I vow to never fly Air Canada and Air India ever again."
