Annoying that we had to go to departures and get boarding passes. Should allow us to be booked all the way through, this is the only airline i have this problem with in MEX. Late boarding and take off

Annoying that we had to go to departures and get boarding passes. Should allow us to be booked all the way through, this is the only airline i have this problem with in MEX. Late boarding and take off

the guy in front of me put his seat back immediately...and then left it back including thru landing and taxiing to the runway. attendants did not check/ask him to put it up for landing.

The airplane was an old airplane, seats were very uncomfortable and very little space, they changed my seat and that was no option to get back into my seat even when I was traveling a senior who required assistance.

This is not a low cost airline. Stop acting like o e.

Aeromexico crew made me check my hand luggage in the door of the plane. As soon as I reach Mexico City, I notice that my luggage was opened and 8 games of Nintendo Switch were stolen (700 dllrs value aprox) (the console was there) but the games were stolen. I am very dissapointed of Aeromexico and all the crew. Instead of being a good trip, It was a sad trip

Ok. But we arrived to a remote terminal which meant that a bus had to take us to the terminal building

Old aircraft the audio of the entertainment dosent work Dirty seats

Terrible. The flight arrives 2 hr later, no AC. One of the worst flights ever

Boarding - It is unclear where the line for the group are given the signs. A solution would be a diagonal arrow pointing to the lane in which the lane for boarding of a given zone should form. As it is now, you are guessing which side of the pole the "zone 3" sign is telling you to form the line. Inflight Entertainment - The Spanish subtitles function didn't work for movie watching (in fact, all subtitles didn't work), so was difficult to follow along and I watched the movie in silence without words.

An hour-long wait to check in, 90 minutes for luggage to come out, lost luggage, chaotic operations

It was good, flight was on time, boarding was smooth and done in zones, food was good too but there was no form of entertainment. Luggage’s were intact. So an overall good flight

Flight was delayed 3 times. Then cancelled due to pilot being timed out. They refused hotel vouchers. Gate attendants were very rude and could not help you at all.

No access to any entertainment No food other than a cookie or pretzels even tho flight was over the supper hour Seats very close together and very little leg room Staff was very good

The cancelation of my flight from Toronto to Edmonton without any solution given to me for my next flight. Very poor connection from Toronto to Edmonton

Too squished in seats. I'm 110 lbs and 5'6....can't imagine being any bigger and flying

WestJet claims that tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as you kayak) they cannot make sure they mention the luggage situation. We purchased tickets that wouldn’t allowed any carry on. WHAT!? So ridiculous. We bought them and there was not one single place mentioning that. Then on our departure the WstJet attendant was a super nasty rude person. Very unprofessional, unpleasant. She should be reprimanded and given some sort of training but I believe that won’t change her nasty disposition. On our return was great, the front desk gentleman was really professional, friendly and helpful. He offered us to pay $18 usd each for our carry on backpacks as they were small (instead of $90 each at the departure, she could have mentioned but decided not to do so. Didn’t print my boarding pass with my full name as in the passport and made the flight delay because the crew needed to correct it).

Original flight canceled and communicated poorly. A series of gate changes , delays and plane changes followed. Even after the entire flight boarded there was another plane changes followed. Food vouchers provided to my travel companion but not to me despite being on the same reservation. No in flight entertainment. The entire experience was terrible although the flight crew were great.

Flight was on time. Online check in capabilities made things quick and easy. Zone boarding was enforced, which I appreciate. Everyone was not lining up ahead of their zone being called. Crew was professional and friendly.

Dogs. Dogs. Dogs ! Who the hell thought letting dogs on board was a good idea ? Yapping dogs on both flights ! They ruin the experience for everyone else around because you try to accommodate everyone. Please send me a refund.

We booked Premiere (their version of first class) and Premium Economy seats. We boarded an old swoop flight with all coach seating. No benefit to paying higher fare and no apology or reimbursement.

It was a short flight, and no entertainment. That was not a problem for us, but there is no option for "not applicable". There was a bit of turbulence, so there was no food service.

On the departing flight, the boarding agent requested that we check our carryon luggage as the plane is full. What I found unfair, the passengers behind us were permitted to bring their carryon luggage on board. Also interesting the bulkhead above our seats and for the entire section of the airplane were empty. This caused a delay in meeting our driver at Fimucino airport as we waited 30-45 min to pickup our luggage from the carousel.

I rarely fly but the boarding was very good, seats are ok, it's economy right ? The food was alright, nothing to write home about, the flight attendants were awesome. The flight was uneventful, a little turbulence, take off and landing were good. For someone who doesn't fly that much I'd say it was pretty good overall.

Terrible food, unprofessional flight attendants, and an uncomfortable seat. The food they provided was the worst I have ever had since I flew. They were worse than any cheap food you can get at convenience stores. A flight attendant talked to me in an insulting and demanding manner. If she wanted to say something, she should have said it professionally and kindly. No flight attendants served any drinks or snacks. If I needed a drink or snacks, I had to get up from my seat and go to the airplane's back area and serve myself. What were the flight attendants doing during their work shifts? A man sitting in front of me fully extended his chair to the back, so I had virtually no space to eat with reasonable comfort. Many people were so inconsiderate of others and fully extended their chairs to the back that they did not have enough space to eat. Flight attendants ignored these situations and never bothered to tell passengers to return their chairs to upright positions during the mealtime. I want to be comfortable and don't care if others feel uncomfortable because of me. Those were the dominant thoughts of people in that airplane. I paid more than $2000.00 for this terrible experience.

I’m writing to share my deep frustration with a recent experience, which I feel reflects a troubling trend in the airline industry—one where customer care often takes a backseat to profit maximization. First, I do want to acknowledge a positive aspect: I appreciated that your team accommodated a seat change due to my medical needs without charging an additional fee. This gesture made a genuine difference during my trip, and I’m thankful for that. That said, the overall experience left me extremely disappointed. The ticket I purchased for myself and a companion turned out to be “basic”—a fare category I now understand to be non-refundable and non-transferable. Unfortunately, my travel companion was involved in a car accident and could not fly. Not only was I unable to receive any kind of reimbursement, but I also couldn't transfer the ticket to someone else, despite the flight being overbooked by three passengers. This inflexibility felt exploitative. To add to the frustration, I had to shoulder additional unexpected expenses: overpriced in-flight food and a costly baggage fee on my return trip. The entire process felt more like a profit-maximizing scheme than a customer service experience. I understand that airlines, like any business, need to remain financially viable. However, creating fare structures that penalize customers during emergencies, while simultaneously overbooking flights, comes across as deeply unfair. It’s hard to feel like a valued passenger in this environment. While I don’t expect much will come of this message, I do hope Air Canada takes this feedback seriously. There’s an opportunity to lead with integrity in an industry where choices for consumers are becoming more limited and experiences increasingly transactional.

It was a good flight- but it is not clear to me why AC suggests to come to the airport 4 hours (!) before the flight. Even the locals said that’s a bit of an exaggeration. We were there 2 hours before as usual and that was more than enough.

Boarding is a mess. The lines all jammed together and no one knows which line was for which zone. The flight was delayed and the plane taxied on tarmac for more than 30 mins before we could get off. Overall not a bad flight. But the boarding part can do better.

the fact air Canada changed my flight from 850 PM to 815 AM with zero regard to the plans i made that last day, the cost i lost out on as things were non refundable amd shortening my first vacation in 7 years sickened me. when we purchase a service thats whats we expect. when we want to change the service we have to pay for that option but you do whatever you want . i called accessibility dept as i have a cpap and an implanted loop recorder first person said no problem just let security know you cant go thru scanners. then i got an email saying i had to fill out a fit to fly form . which again there was NO need to have that none. But that cost me money and time to have a doctor fill it out. then when i went to check in online i was declined i had to see a person at the airport instead. i couldnt get my boarding pass like everyone elseso here I was contacting air canada so I would have a easy travel experience and it ended up being a nightmare with more work for me, more cost and time. the flight itself was great the nightmare around it i will never subject myself to again. i tried to stick with supporting Canada but Air Canada was not worth supporting. very disappointed especially with a dept that is supposed to help disabled people not make an already challenging event not worth going thru at all.

Most courteous, helpful employees and all flights were on time.

I think it went very well. We flew international and felt safe and well cared for. We were on time both leaving and returning.

Leg room was terrible and seats very narrow. Flight was also delayed.

The worst airline experience that I ever had in my life. The fare was cheap but boy do you pay for it when it comes to baggages, carry-ons, food on board and lack of available staff at check-in. Almost every other passenger on my flight had the same complaints and experience. We all bonded discussing our displeasure. My husband and I will definitely not be traveling with Flair Airlines. We'll take anyone else.

The most uncomfortable plane I ever fly on. The seats won't even recline a little. For a 5 hrs flight at night and tired it felt like torture

Seats in 1 res are dispersed all over the plane, even child was across

Personally, I will not use this fight again. The service is poor, you have to buy even water. They don't provide anything even sneak, you have to buy. They said Personally items for 7 kg. Then they use some measurements, if you have 7kg and if it's not getting inside of their measurements, you have to pay 80$ this is robbery. I will prefer other flight then this. I am désappointement taking this airplane.

It’s a shameful company. It ask as to go to counter to take the boarding pass, they simply send it by email, just to check the bags’ size in a smaller than normal template. DONT USE FLAIR! It will be more expensive than normal airlines at the end.

flight was okay, no wifi, no free drinks but worst of all they lost my son's bike for four days. Customer service was nonexistent - call a number that leaves you on perpetual hold, there's no baggage folks in the baggage claims area (in vancouver). we went up to international and nobody was at ticketing, went to domestic and they had us fill out a form. they could not tell us where the bag was. Anyway, highly recommend you drop an airtag for anything that's worth more than $500. My son's bike costs a lot more than that to replace; I was on pins and needles for four days.

The crew of this flight, specially the flight attendant in the front were the sweetest I’ve had in all my life, I genuinely hope they get a race or sum cuz of their efforts. It was just quite unsettling that the flight took so long to departure. It was supposed to leave at 10:35pm and we ended up taking off at 11:22pm…👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

It’s bare bones but was on time so can’t complain.

Of all the countries I've flown to and airlines from around the world, I have never had such a dismissive an arrogant employee during boarding. After waiting in line for 20 minutes to board, I was sent to a second line for Passport verification. Natalie from Flair, repeatedly tried to scan my passport which didn't work for some reason but was too lazy to input my information manually. Bar code scanners aren't 100% reliable as we all know. She asked me my birthdate 3 times, made me wait to be the last person aboard and then smugly threatened me that my only bag could be charged for (same backpack I used as on my arrival as carry on). Natalie working in Ft. Lauderdale and the was the epitome of lobotomized tiktok brain with the charm of junk mail.
