Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services..
This is what happens when you get roped in by a low price.
Disorganization which led to not being able to pre-purchase baggage. Then bad info at airport which led to multiple trips through security trying to make weight on a bag that should have been checked but was told didn't need to. Ended up missing flight, having to rebook at full fare and no one knows where the bag that was checked is. STAY AWAY!
Although we departed late from Paris, it arrived on time to Mexico City. Most of the stewardess very professional and kind.
Although we traveled in Business, all business cabins were full of children, tired crying, walking around. My suggestion to AIR France would be that the small cabin of business were assigned to adults only. Regarding food, some options were not available when our turn came.

Took over 75 minutes (after arrival) for baggage to arrive on the carousel. Boarding area did not have well-defined lanes for different groups.
The food was great. The seats were soft and there was enough legroom.
We were stuck on an aisle where the seats don't adjust on one of the flights, but it was a relatively short flight. The boarding process was a little disorganized, but we were able to get on the plane quickly. The worst part was the home airport. I don't know how much control Turkish airlines has over that airport, but the bathrooms we're absolutely disgusting.

flight attendants from Nairobi to Istanbul were rude and unaccomodating. asking for a glass of water appeared to overwhelm the flight attendant.
Overall the experience was good. Cabin crew helpful.
while going to US from Mumbai -Wheelchair service at Istanbul was found unsatisfactory. The attendanct was unfriendly adamant and rude. overall the wheel chair persons were neglected by the airlines (even at Boston ) but the cabin crew took care of all wheel chair persons.
their services in the plain and they are very discipline as well
they don't do well in their transit point they should employ more people who speaks English to direct passengers in the airport. English is international language so they should train some people to direct passengers who comes there everyday
The entertainment system was nice, the drinks were good, and the food was OK in Economy Class
The cabin crew was not very outgoing and not proactive in any way when it came to helping customers. The overall 777 plane was OK. I would have liked to see if the A380 was nicer. The entertainment screens were lower resolution with a good, but not great selection of content.
