Pros: Everything was fine except I ordered an aisle seat and was given a middle seat instead. The person who did get aisle played a war game for my territory with his arns over the arm rest and his refusal to get up whem the window person needed out. Next tine I will demand my aisle purchase is hononored

Cons: The space between seats is tiny, even when I paid more, no internet during the fly, old movies, nothing new

Pros: The fact that I made it to my destination on time, Barely. The crew was professional but not too involved, mostly hung out in the back of the plane having personal conversations. Pilot was very dry, and I really didn’t feel welcome to be a passenger.

Cons: The boarding process is ridiculous, rush everyone to a bus and just to sit on a plane for an hour?! That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen experienced during a flight. What were the flight attendants doing?? Nothing. Didn’t offer any water or a misery of a snack while we waited. The pilot didn’t tell us anything, like where we were in line for departure, or what the hold up was. Very poor flight experience. I will avoid Mexico City airports and Aeromexico for a while...please contact me for more details. Thank you.

Cons: Wasn't allowed to board because my sister is autistic traveling with her service dog. This had been the worst experience ever. We feel discriminated for something that is outside our control . This is unacceptable.

Cons: I was told I HAD to pick up my bag at the Mexico City layover, which turned out to not be true. Because I was told by 2 different people AND the flight announcement that I had to, it caused a lot of undue stress when I waited for my bag and it never showed up, because it was being sent all the way to Merida, my final destination. I thought my bag was lost, and I was scared flying to another country by myself, so it would have really helped my trip if they understood to tell me to look on my baggage receipt what city it said on there.

Cons: Our group of 11 missed our connecting flights in Mexico City because the plane was two hours late. Cost us thousands of dollars and a day of our time.

Cons: Better seats and better communication as it took so long to get our luggage, I would have been fine waiting but they kept changing the location where we were supposed to get our luggage from

Pros: The flight crew could have been more attentive. Jackets and coats were not collected during preboarding until last minute, by then I had already put mine away.

Cons: No food was offered, short flight though, that’s okay, but the crew definitely could have been more attentive to the first class passengers.

Cons: Seats could have been more comfortable. No space. Food made me sick.

Cons: The flight was delayed because one or more of the crew were late. I would suggest that when you board a large flight, start from the rear of the plane, not the front. Having to go past everyone to get to your seat is time consuming and somewhat stressful. The food was super gross. The so called beef bulgogi was not appetizing at all. For breakfast, the food was disgusting.

Pros: They left the bags at LAX. We we’re driving to Sun Valley and don’t have our ski clothes and equipment

Cons: Honestly, in most airlines I have had traveled, there is a small thing to improve. The arm rests are very a uncomfortable.

Cons: Had no entertainment, asked the attendent, she called simebody, but it didn't help and she didn't bother to come and explain. Food was really bad, undercooked and cold.

Cons: I dont know WHY Delta changed my flight with ALIITALIA, but, DON'T DO IT DELTA. The check in process took an hour, not talking about the line, the ACTUAL checkin at the counter. I couldn't complete my web checkin at the AliItalia web site. Landed in JFK, still sucks as an airport, nobody helps, nobody explains anything, very poor signs and instructions, Global Entry kiosk are hard to spot. My connection ticket didn't have the TSA/PRECHECK legend, went to AliItalia counter, the lady at AliItalia barely said anything when I asked for help with that, her immediate answer was to disengage and sent me to another terminal "to talk to Delta". She didn't explain or didn't want to give an explanation until I started to act as an already 9hr30min flight frustrated customer in a very old, very poor plane with poor food service. Again, I bought an over $1,000 ticket with DELTA, NOT ALIITALIA, if Delta send people with their "partners" at least make sure that they are taken care of properly.
