Cons: They charged me extra 14 USD for checking in, I had never being charged extra for that.

Pros: Kindness of the people in counters. Boarding OK

Cons: The restrooms inside the plane were dirty; with no toilet paper; the sink was plugged. Not nice. Also we had a delay of 45 minutes to get off. That made me lose a short meeting at Orlando’s airport.

Pros: Great leg room with nice leather seats and curved at the head that helps with sleeping. We got organized and out in a timely manner.

Cons: The last row (26) doesn't move back, makes sleeping that much more difficult.

Cons: The time, huge delay, I lost my car reservation, we were supposed to arrive at 9 pm it's 11 two hours later.

Pros: Flight departed on time. Good seat pitch in economy. Food and beverages included and tasted good surprisingly. Crew were helpful and efficient. Plenty of entertainment options for film, TV and music.

Cons: Do not like the process of boarding by group number. Another way of squeezing money out of the consumer. Also causes chaos when trying to board. Seats too narrow in economy especially if your broad shouldered.

Pros: The crew was great. The crew at the gate tried to get us on another flight so we wouldn't be too delayed.

Pros: Good route, with short layover in Mexico. Boarding in CUN very efficient.

Pros: Everything after takeoff was fine, except where plane landed, extremely far from terminal, even by bus.

Cons: We had an almost 5 hour flight delay! Got to Los Angeles after 1am and hotel, after having to go through customs, after 2 am!! Bus ride from plane to terminal once landed is extremely long.

Cons: Not sure why you’re asking me since you don’t leave enough space for me to write my complaint but long story short the ground crew member lied to me about the flight being full when I asked him to change my seat. He charged me $15 when I could have easily switched for free. NOT COOL

Cons: The boarding structure did t have very clear signs for priority boarding and the leg room didn’t seem anything different from reg economy. I feel I didn’t get anything more for what I paid for AM plus.

Cons: Honestly, it's definitely not the best airline and if the price difference for another airline is maybe $20 to $40 more, it will be well worth it to go the other route but this airline gets the job done with absolute zero amenities and poor comfort besides taking you from point A to point B.

Cons: Old Plane, My seat control had an error message, service could improve a lot it was a first class ticket and I had no service at all... I had just ONE DRINK during all the flight. Flight attendants were MIA the whole time. Food service was regular. I am completely disappointed of Aeromexico

Cons: The plane took off 4 hours later and it took more than an hour to recover our luggage. Very poor service. Awful airline. Will try to avoid using it as much as I can.

Cons: Es muy bueno que te puedan explicar en tu propio idioma te sientes muy en confianza con el personal y la aeronave está muy bien en buenas condiciones, sigan así excelente Mexico
