Pros: Everyone was nice, and the flight was on time. Checked in with the app and just a carry on, so my day was hassle free.

Pros: After all the waiting we got to watch content for free (which is accountable for only 6 dollars)
Cons: After waiting for more than 1hr they started to give some information about the issues, they moved us to another plane that already was planned to be at SF at 10:40 (original flight was for 9pm), it got late again and we got to SFO by 12:20 am. More than 4 hours late. Even after that it took me a while to get a shuttle I even got to insist and explain again to get a Shuttle back home.
Pros: Great. I had no issues with boarding.
Pros: Purchasing on Kayak was easy AND saved me $60 over the WestJet website price (purchased less than 24 hrs before flight). WestJet checkin process quick & courteous (not common in Trinidad) and the technical aspects of the flight smooth. The BEST part was a last minute $86 upgrade to Premium. I had no idea it would be comparable to First Class; complete with roomy seating, beverages, breakfast, snacks and EXCELLENT customer service. The flight crew had a sense of humor (similar to SouthWest's approach to announcements), but it was their attentiveness and respect that blew this experience sky-high.
Cons: My tv was not working, landing was not smooth staff was rude specially Edward
Pros: The crew was friendly and courteous. The trips were on schedule.
Cons: The food selection was poor and they were out of my first choice from that limited selection. Also, it seemed pricey for what it was. I was disappointed to find no crossword or sudoku puzzles in their magazine.

Cons: When tavelling with a child, which is always identified at the time of booking by providing child's age, every other airline was able to accommodate seating together. Even at the lowest fare class. Not Westjet, their automatic computer seating assignment gave us seats in separate rows !! When asked at the checkin and also again at the gate, we were told that the fare class that we paid for does not allow seat changes. They simply would not seat a parent and a child together unless we paid extra $25/person to change seats. This kind of gauging for money was shocking. Especially when there were 3 other rows behind us with free seats together !! This was clearly a case of wanting more money. At the lowest fare class parents travelling with children can expect the child to be sitting separately from them. Or pay up more.
Pros: New plane with great entertainment arrived 30 mins early
Cons: I missed my flight due to Tsa
Pros: Speedy check in. Friendly crew.
Cons: The tv kept having problems. In all three seats we were in. We could only watch tv but the audio kept cutting out. Annoying to say the least
Cons: That Delta was not more accommodating when I missed my flight.. Got totally lost in Austin. Have never driven there before and highways were difficult at times. $503 to get on another flight home. Ended up getting better deal at Southwest. Will most likely stick with them next time I am forced to fly.
Pros: I’m always pleased with our delta flights to and from Atlanta. Our flight was on time, the comfort plus seats are comfy enough, and the flights are quick and easy.
Cons: Everything was great on our flight.
