The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.
No internet, not even westjet connect makes for a boring flight
Our first flight from LAX to Winnipeg was changed but you never informed us at all. It went from a nonstop flight to a stay at Calgary. This impacted our trip negatively as we arrived much later than we planned to. Our returning flight was horrible. The flight was delayed 6 hours!! And we were NOT going to wait that long. The only way we got on our original flight was running there. However all of our suitcases were now coming on the delayed flight. It was the worst experience we ever had flying. I want my money back.
Good, a bit cramped in the seat as my neighbour was a bit large
Please make more option. And be more precise on the type of food you giving. Diner and breakfast can be different

The keg from Edmonton to Toronto My wife found it very cold. Other than that great flight.
Delays and missed connections were very hard the crew were wonderful but 1 1/2 hours late from Abbotsford to a 4 hour wait in Calgary was too much. I am 79 years old and I didn’t get to my destination until after 1 in the morning. They could have offered a seat in the lounge or a meal. I was very disappointed in the treatment

Would like whole can of pop for 2. Treats were not great . The garlic pretzels were terrible for someone who can't eat garlic. Passenger was 84.
I was very excited when we were to arrive 19 mins early . However that did not last long since there was no available gate and sat there waiting almost a hour.
I found check in difficult because I could only pull up one passenger. I got help.

Orderly boarding. The flight to Montreal was difficult to get to on time, but had help from staffer.
The food on this 5 hour flight was a cookie or pretzels.
Staff was very courteous and kept things organized. We will definitely use Air Canada for further travel
On the flight from Montreal to Calgary the flight attendant we had was excellent. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she made the flight very comfortable and enjoyable.
