The check in was quick but the counter person didn’t inform me that the flight was delayed. I was also not informed of the boarding gate. When the plane landed there was a mixup at the gate with the ramp crew which delayed the flight further. All in all the experience didn’t meet the standard I’ve come to expect from WestJet
When flying premium on a two our flight a light lunch would have been nice considering the price you pay. A Kit Kat bar and bag of chips is rather cheap service.
The only thing I can't give good or really good is the fact that we didn't have food ,just a packet of pretzels or cookies which is normal,and ofcourse there isn't any entertainment. I've always flowen WestJet ..I really like the airlines..this plane was smaller one ,pretty tight seating.
Again, flight was late. It’s expected of this airline now i guess.
Counter representative refused to check my luggage despite paying for it in advance
When I purchased the flights I included the luggage, the luggage was not added and got charged the full price anyway. Had to pay for the luggage at check in. Initial flight was delayed, we missed our 9am connection (flew with my wife), then the airline rebooks us to the next flights, putting my wife in at 1.40pm and me at 4pm, what a crazy wait time. We managed to fix it with customer service and they put me in the 1:40pm flight too, but they left my baggage behind in the 4pm flight. When arrived to my destination, of course no luggage. It was delivered to the address thankfully late at night. The experience sucked.
There is no snack and nit much that would be considered gluten free in yiur food selections. One of your snacks should be a gluten free cookie or small bar etc. maybe it was me but I didn’t see any free movies just internet connection and YouTube .
What do you expect from a Dash 8 plane? No seats really comfortable.
Delayed 8 hours, This is the 2nd time in a month that my flight was not on time.
The snacks could have been better, and maybe some warm drinks instead of just water cause it was very very cold.
The crew members were great. The flight was awesome. But I had trouble getting to any of the movies. I tried over and over. The free wifi though is a bonus which I appreciated. Re comfort I am not telling you anything you don’t know. There is nothing comfortable about air travel any longer. As someone with a back issue I am usually squirming about two hours into any flight. But safety matters most of all to me and I do feel safe with air Canada.
Would like whole can of pop for 2. Treats were not great . The garlic pretzels were terrible for someone who can't eat garlic. Passenger was 84.
I was very excited when we were to arrive 19 mins early . However that did not last long since there was no available gate and sat there waiting almost a hour.
I found check in difficult because I could only pull up one passenger. I got help.
The flight was cancelled, which led me to cancel my entire trip

Upgraded to sit at the exit door so good leg room.
Orderly boarding. The flight to Montreal was difficult to get to on time, but had help from staffer.
The food on this 5 hour flight was a cookie or pretzels.
Lack of WC assistance when returning to Toronto and my 92 year old aunt needed. To walk a fair distance with great difficulty to get to the exit and taxis. We were left without assistance after departing from the airport wagon.
