Everything was excellent service was good.Only one problem my trip san francisco to tapie was good but the Taipe to HongKong we change gate 3times a lot of walking n everyone has to rush around from gate to gate.By the time to board our flight i felt soo sick from running from one gate to another.That was the only problem i face

Eva Air's Business Class is pretty decent. With the given price, I think that the food can be better.

It was a pleasant fly with Eva Air from NYC to Taipei. The crew were friendly and the food was exceeded my expectation.

No ice for the drinks. Only gave a half a cup of your beverage. Not enough water. I got very dehydrated.

I hope their usb charging port works. None of their usb port is working. Boeing 777 LA to Taipei (vs)

Poor services. Not meet 5-star airline standard. Disappointed with the poor food and drink selections. Cabin crew is not attentive at all. They even skipped me during meal service (not sure if it is intentionally).

The flight went well. Everything good. Boarding. Meal service. Snack (crackers) & Drinks. (Could do with more selection like a sandwich). The seats did not have the annoying footrests (that dig into your shins when you stretch out your legs.). Entertainment was good as I watch 4 movies. Screens were bight (adjustable) but could do with privacy filters on them to prevent light from the passenger next to you shining in your face. They need to have milk for hot black tea though as coffee creamer just never makes tea taste nice.

Experience was good. Check-in at airport was slower than norm.

1.5 hours late departing YVR for a 14-minute flight. Packed waiting area. Full plane. Families with tired, screaming kids. 40-minute wait for baggage at YYJ. For a Dash-8. Obviously there was some kind of breakdown but there was no communication from anyone. Most of this was not WestJet's fault but it was an unpleasant night overall. I fell asleep in a chair waiting for the luggage carousel to start.

Nothing to like about flying in the Dash 8s. With very small seats, little legroom, and a very noisy plane, nothing about such trips is enjoyable.

Difficult to say. Over crowded but that is the fault of the airplane not WestJet

For some reason there was a change in the cockpit which delayed us by an hour

flight changed by airline. then could not check imto mew flight because kiwi had messed up the reservation. still waiting to depart…

Good. Really crowded and busy. Going to Winnipeg plane was crowded and seats very narrow Now I remember why I dislike flying 😈

Having a lot of delayed flights on West Jet, however things always work out. So no complaints.

4 hour delay, lost our bags, staff was loud and it was an overnight flight

The crew was doing their best on an old plane needing updating. Chairs that creaked and wouldn’t stay in position. My tray table was unusable as was on-board entertainment due the audio needing usb earphones (that were not provided). Prior to boarding in Toronto and despite being scheduled for a wheelchair and assistance, we were dropped off by clubcar without a wheelchair which I found myself by a gate. Due to no boarding gate assigned at that time we waited and when it was, it subsequently was moved from 64 to 95. No help could be found so I pushed my husband’s chair to that furthest gate in the airport at the highest speed possible for a 73 year old. And by that I mean I ran. It was a very stressful experience.

Wifi wasn't working on one of the UA flights after boarding.

Leg room was lacking. Legs crammed into seat in front.

the plane was old. the wifi didn’t work. the entertainment was boring and dated. the charging ports were impossible to find. i was mostly ignored by flight attendants that had no problem speaking to the man beside me. i got two drinks the entire time i was on the plane.

Crew was not very helpful. They forgot to serve me coffee and had to wait for a long time.It looked as if they were not very happy with what they were doing.

The flight I was connecting with waited for me even though my 1st flight was late. I really appreciated that.

Aircraft has better leg room than any of United's larger planes. We had requested mobility assistance for this and related flights. United's response to all was superb.

No snacks served! Seating in the kast row in uncomfortable.

The seat is too hard and my back and bottom are having servers pain

Flight was ok but being left waiting for over 2 hrs at baggage claim at destination and there being no air Canada reps on hand was totally unacceptable especially after you charged $31.50 to check the bag !! This should be refunded .

Fruit and cheese platter was dubious quality. The edges of the cheese pieces were dried, plastic looking. Old.

This was a fraudulent transaction. Kayak was at fault for accepting a stolen credit card. Kayak needs to change their verification process.

Airport staff super friendly. Even put us on an earlier flight because we arrived early.

Flight delayed. Thus connection to Paris missed. About 50 people were left alone in YUL for 22 hours. Extra fees involved. No back up from Air Canada. Then the next day issues with luggage (fee paid to Air Canada but flight transfered/ slided onto Air France) .

Air Canada are just not reliable …. Kept cancelling /delaying flights

No food. No Bluetooth for entertainment. Crying babies thought the cabin instead of placing them in the corners.

It was on time. It's all good when the expectation is met.

As usual with Air Canada, being on schedule would be nice. Tv kept shutting off and having to reset it by staff every time. Irritating.
