Very good, easy to check in, 24 hours to cancel, good prices, nice flight attendants!

Great flights. Only criticism is when landed I. Montreal, wheelchair service has no signage or anyone letting you know where to go , just an older gentleman at the desk looking confused

This is a regional jet. As far as those go it was average. Again poor quality for an expensive seat. Not worth the upgrade

We were reluctant to travel with Air Canada after reading many bad reviews; however, we were more than satisfied with the experience flying from San Francisco to Montreal and back. Seats were comfortable (although on the return flight we had very little leg room) and the crew was friendly and competent. The entertainment was outstanding, with hundreds of choices, from movies to shows to comedy. Our luggage was delivered in a timely manner (a little slow in San Francisco) and we were sent tracking notices all along the way through the Air Canada app. I wouldn't hesitate to travel with Air Canada again.

The flight departed more than an hour later than expected. The flight itself was good. No other problems.

It was pretty good. The transatlantic flights can be tough on any airline, but this was a decent experience. The only thing I disliked was the airline crew moved my carry on bag without telling me or explaining anything. If I was sleeping during that part, I would’ve assumed it was stolen.

it was by far the worst business class experience i've had. the food was awful, the staff was worthless and lazy, the drinks were warm, no blankets. dirty bathroom.

I could not even make this flight due to Air Canada delay on my first flight. I had to be booked with American Airlines and arrived 13 1/2 hours late. Terrible customer service.

Bad, we had 3h delay without clear understanding, which lead to missing my connection flight.
