Cons: "Too many pasengers had carryons. Lots of confusion on the plane for storage"

Pros: "Great service, a lot of legroom"
Cons: "Not really happy about the food choices"

Pros: "on time"

Pros: "The pods were great on 777"
Cons: "Couldn't plug in CPAP"

Cons: "Never been on a smaller plane. I've traveled private planes with more room!! Air was so bad, even the food smelled bad and couldn't even think of purchasing any. With a flight that long and people waiting for stand-by, you'd think a larger plane might be in order."

Pros: "All flights to Toronto were delayed due to weather, which really wasn’t bad, but these things happen. The crew, however, weren’t empathetic at all. When it came to food, they ran out and again their empathy was quite lacking. Air Canada really needs to step up their people skills. They will lose customers to airlines that demonstrate that they care (eg WestJet) if they keep this up. This is not an isolated experience for me. They have lost us as a customer. I won’t fly Air Canada again if I have other options, and I’m willing to pay more for the same flight just to avoid them."
Cons: "Non-empathetic crew"

Pros: "Affordable and timely."
Cons: "Hard seats, no room for carry-on luggage, and not even a free cracker."

Pros: "The food was delicious"
Cons: "Old movies. Nothing recent"

Pros: "Excellent accommodation/service"

Pros: "Nice crew"
Cons: "Bad food, no entertainment. Uncomfortable plane"

Pros: "I watched incendies and lion and both were great films so I commend your film options. The crew were all pleasant and the flight itself was good."
Cons: "The chairs have no low back support. I rolled up my sweater and put it behind my low back because the chair is so poorly designed. It seems to encourage a slouched position. maybe you have it that was to encourage people to upgrade their tickets. I hope that's not the case as that would be cruel."

Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Seats very uncomfortable."

Pros: "Had a flight out of LGA to Toronto after arriving on the red eye from Cali! The staff is amongst the best in the industry and love flying them! Polished, professional and courteous! For the money we pay to fly and be spoken to as if we're second rate citizens is absured and unacceptable. However every time I fly them, I find their employees make the entire experience a pleasure to fly! Thank you to the leadership team for empowering your staff and execution."
Cons: "Food can always be better but that's across the board!"

Cons: "Both flights were over 1 hour late. Weather was fine so difficult to understand delays."

Pros: "Flights were on time and very comfortable"

Pros: "Of the five planes we were on, all but one had comfortable seating (I'm 6'1" tall)"
Cons: "The lady helping us through the Toronto airport between flights made my wife cry. We had to stop to go to the restroom on the way to our gate, and the lady complained when I waited to go in after my wife came out. I told her I was going to do that, but she was apparently pre-occupied when I told her, because she was looking right at me when I said it. I then told her that I had let her know that was my plan, but she denied it, then told my wife she was just one of a hundred people. This left my wife in tears. This was a stain on an otherwise good flying experience, but it' tarnished the whole."

Pros: "Awesome crew, very attentive"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Air Canada is horrible! They have terrible customer service. Our flight was delayed, and we were on the phone for three hours trying to get things sorted out so that we got to our tour in Egypt on time. I had a few questions on our flight, so I emailed them and received a form letter that I would get a response in 25 business days. If you have any other choice, take it over Air Canada. I will never fly with them again."

Pros: "Comfortable flight, decent movies and food"

Cons: "We had to pay for the checked in luggage, food etc. The arm rest doesn't go back all the way. Small seat space."

Pros: "Crew was helpful"
Cons: "Didn't like the delay Had to check carry on"

Cons: "See the above review"

Cons: "The USB port in seat 26A was pushed in and wouldn't connect for power. Unless this was exactly the same plane it was true on both flight to and return from Boston. The LCD entertainment system is very slow to respond to touch. The default sound level is always too loud. The commercials take up the first 10 minutes (or longer) of the experience and make for an excruciating long wait."

Pros: "Quick easy flight"
Cons: "Asked flight attendant to fill up sons water bottle as we had to empty it before we went through security and I forgot to refill it. Flight attendant was very rude and made a big deal out of having to fill it. Just felt her reaction was over board and quite uncalled for."

Pros: "We liked the entertainment options and the crews were very friendly."
Cons: "We didn't like not having blankets on the round-trip flights between Seattle and Toronto."

Cons: "Flight was delayed. Was supposed to leave 5:15 pm but did leave until 9:30 pm. They could have given us a more accurate time so we could have not gone to the airport so early instead of saying 45 minute delay and then 1 hour and then constantly delaying it to 4 hours. Nothing was offered in compensation."

Pros: "In flight entertainment. Friendly staff."
Cons: "Slight delay but related to the weather and not to the airline."

Pros: "Seat width was good. Crew was very pleasant."
Cons: "Canada Air website was malfunctioning, could not check-in, pay for luggage etc. the night before. Said I had an horrible seat when I paid for preferred. 45 minutes on hold only to be told my seat was indeed preferred. Computer problems with the website, she said. Got to check in counter the recommended 3 hours early, no one there till 6 am. Then the check-in desk's computers were all malfunctioning. another 20 minute wait. Plane was small and very old. Didn't know those planes were still in the air. Not good in general for flying. the windows leaked condensation, the computer controlling the flushing of the toilets failed 45 minutes out from our destination. They did get it working just before we landed. The plane had some problem before takeoff and left late, landed late. I WILL NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINE AGAIN. Kayak, you need to end your partnership with them."

Pros: "The Seat"
Cons: "The fact that no food was planned for a flight around noon."

Pros: "Lunch"
Cons: "Some crew members attitude... Really bad and unhelpful. Also whose idea was it to out the video controllers right where you rest your arm???"

Cons: "I never received an e-mail to check in, and by the time I remembered (morning of), this resulted in me not having a seat assigned on my ticket. This caused a lot of needless stress, though to Air Canada's credit, they got all those waiting for a seat assignment on board. On my return trip, I did receive an e-mail - luckily, as the flight was overbooked again."

Cons: "I had to pay for Internet despite being a Superelite customer (top Tier flyer on their program). The service was expensive and slow so I only used 30 minutes for $4. Having curtailed my work, I looked for news feeds and Rio Olympic coverage. There was neither. It spoilt an otherwise great experience"

Cons: "The entertainment was non-existent unless you had an Apple device or paid the $10 to rent one for an hour or so. Really disappointing considering other Air Canada flights."

Pros: "I really liked that there were free in-flight movies/tv and that everyone had their own screens so you could choose what to watch or you could have a map pulled up on the screen to show you how far you have travelled and how much further you have left to travel."
Cons: "There wasn't any food offered, no free peanuts/pretzels or food to buy. It wasn't the end of the world or anything but it seemed kind of odd to me. It's also a good thing that I had a movie option because if I didn't then my entire flight would have been filled with the sounds of some children's show that was blasting from a parents laptop and could be heard throughout the entire plane. I was really surprised that none of the flight attendants either asked them to turn it down to a reasonable volume or requested that they give the child headphones."

Pros: "Everything on the international flight was great."
Cons: "Toronto to SLC was horrible. You have to pay extra for everything, even blankets."

Pros: "flight was smooth and on time."
Cons: "Maple Leaf Lounge at Pearson airport was shabby. We expected a bit more than soup and gherkins, but that's all that was available, except for some dry nacho chips. No electrical outlets. Indifferent staff. Shame on Air Canada! We have visited airport lounges all over the world and this was by far the worst!"

Pros: "Boarding is the best!"
Cons: "I do understand mechanical issues occur, but your communication of these issues was awful! My god, you cannot tell if your electronics are working before you board people. One thing I can say for America, they do not mess around.....they fix problems....your team sucked leaving Toronto Barcelona two weeks ago and then you suck leaving Toronto to SFO. Please understand, folks have flight connections and the number one thing then need from you, instead of water is information on whether their flight will be waiting for them!!!"

Pros: "The flight crew and the ground staff were nice enough."
Cons: "The new policy of charging $25 a flight just for a seat assignment means that it now costs $100.00 just to sit next to your travel companion. I understand charging extra something extra, like a service class upgrade or even some more legroom, but not just to get a seat next to your partner when you booked your flight months in advance. Bottom line: We didn't pay and ended up not just in different rows but in different boarding groups. However, now that we are at our destination, with the $100.00 we saved I'm going to sit next to my spouse at a very nice restaurant, enjoying a fine dinner! Seems like a better use of our money."

Pros: "Everything was basically on time."
Cons: "Air canada should still give snacks like west jet."

Pros: "Leg room is comfortable"
Cons: "Flight had one and half hour delay. I did not get E-mail reminder for Check-in, for my return flight from Toronto."

Pros: "The boarding process was extremely fast."
Cons: "Total lack of entertainment, out dated plane"

Pros: "The food was very good, and the alcohol was free even the second time around which i liked"

Pros: "Seats were wide and very comfortable"

Pros: "Nothing about the airline ."
Cons: "At the bwi airport they have to agent u can talk to except u have to wait when they are boarding a flight before u can see someone at the front desk . Lost my bag and even the airport police said it's a normal thing as they get complains every day . Called a million times and they still won't give me detail info. I classify them as the worst airline I've ever used in my 30th ears of travel and if they are the only airline on earth I rather never travel"

Pros: "Lines werent too bad, staff well-trained and great attitude to passengers, had entertainment system."
Cons: "There could be better access to snacks and drinks - came trhough twice on a long flight.entertainment system was so dark, hard to see."

Cons: "Not even pretzels"

Pros: "Haneda is a beautiful airport and the airline staff there were great, as service generally is in Japan."
Cons: "need to devise a better boarding process--small number of zone 1 and 2 passengers, then massses in 3, 4, and 5. More zones or more thought into how to improve customer experience for all."

Pros: "Not much to like."
Cons: "We flew Air Canada Rouge both to Maui and returning. On the way out, our plane had a "fuel pump" failure and we had to sit on the tarmac for almost 2 hours. On our first attempt at a return flight, we were delayed because they were missing a flight attendant. After she showed up, we were told that a seal on the plane was leaking hot air onto the fuel tank, and we were likely not leaving the airport that night. They kept us at the gate for hours because there was a (and I quote) "1% chance we could get the part from another island, but don't count on it" The time for them to legally keep the pilot and attendants came and went, so they all left... but we were still kept at the gate. The plane left the gate and STILL AC Rouge wouldn't officially cancel the flight, because then they would have to put us up in hotels. So no crew, no plane, and all of us sitting at the gate at 2 in the morning waiting for some guy in some mainland city to call and tell us we could leave. FINALLY, the call came in, and we spent another hour and a half waiting in line to get hotel vouchers. The next day, when we actually got on the plane, my brother in law sat down to all of a sudden receive a fountain of water pouring on his head from the ventilation system. When he asked if he could get some tape or something to plug the leak of water, the stewardess told him that they are not allowed to put tape anywhere. So he stood there with a waded up paper towel. Oh, and there was puke on my seatbelt. Sure , it is a budget flight. But I am paying less for not having a meal, cramped seats, and minimal service... NOT an unsafe plane that is literally peeing on our faces for being dumb enough to choose this airline. Congrats, Air Canada Rouge for our worst flight experience. Get some planes that aren't falling apart."

Pros: "Food was good, flight attendants were very helpful and friendly"
Cons: "Once in Toronto couldn't find anyone at the gate counter, flight delayed for 2 hours ( suppose to load at 11:15 and didn't even start loading tell 12:30). The flight didn't push from gate till 2am and flight crew kept saying that we were ahead of schedule. Poor service of the five different airlines I have flown"

Pros: "Nice staff"
Cons: "Cleanliness. There was a ton of garbage in business / frost class back pockets. Seats were dirty. Tray tables were dirty. Not the best entertainment options."

Cons: "Did not fly cause corona virus. Waited on the phone for 5 hours and did not get someone to help with refubd!"

Pros: "The captain kept us informed about a delay."
Cons: "The seats are cramped"

Pros: "Boarding went fine"
Cons: "Inflight Entertainment was terrible. I had to watch the trailer 3 times before it started. If picked another, started at a different point in movie. The flight attendants kept making announcements every few seconds interrupting movie instead of just one long one."

Cons: "Flight was delayed by 3 hours, but not United's fault. Also the snack selection not great. They did play movies on back of headrests, but we had no volume and no where to plug in headsets that I could see. So basically had to watch a movie with no sound."

Pros: "On time"
Cons: "Crew was not helpful, entertainment on screen was archaic and all but useless. Terrible leg room, no accommodation for carry on luggage and just generally in pleasant experience with united"

Pros: "the flight was scheduled 1h30"
Cons: "the seat comfort"

Pros: "It got me home"
Cons: "I got bashed by the cart many times"

Pros: "One of the smoothest (non turbulent) flights o have ever been."
Cons: "Was treated like a second class person as they would not even entertain my offer to pay for a seat upgrade. I am 6’7” and hoped to take one of the available exit row seats but because I bought a cheaper ticket they wouldn’t even speak about it."

Cons: "Fellow passengers; too many howling kids with clueless parents"

Pros: "The crew were very nice and polite."
Cons: "No snack options. Only pretzels. Seat cushion very thin."

Cons: "Flight attendants seemed completely unwilling to accommodate any requests outside of their "service time"."

Pros: "Was not offered snacks or food. Usually when I take united to california, which is a shorter flight, they give out pretzels or something. Was not even offered the chance to purchase breakfast."
Cons: "Stated above."

Cons: "More comfortable seat. The seat on this airplane offers little back support."

Cons: "NA"

Pros: "Everything was wonderful"
Cons: "The trip was too long but it is what it is"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "No one is actually caring. They read a script without emotion this making the safety inspection a nuisance rather than informative. Southwest is much better st this."

Pros: "Fast flight."

Pros: "free entertainment"

Pros: "The food was surprisingly decent."
Cons: "No entertainment."

Pros: "s This time my flight was on time so I was happy"

Cons: "I will never ever book a trip through Kayak again. You basically extorted money from me. Terrible experience. Customer service is terrible. The agent priceline is a terrible company, extremely unhelpful. I could not be more dissatisfied with your company."

Pros: "Drinks in flight movie"

Pros: "Very friendly staff and I was very comfortable. I will fly United again."

Cons: "Those delays I mentioned."

Pros: "The staff was most welcoming and helpful! The space was good and we really liked the overall comfortability. Also, we liked the individual T.V.'S too!"
Cons: "Really no complaints"

Pros: "Frontier and spirit are illegitimate companies. Please stop selling their tickets"

Pros: "Estuvo a tiempo. Y el vuelo fue agreeable."
Cons: "No tube ventana y fue muy incomodo el viene."

Pros: "Tailwind got it all over faster. The flight crew was professional."
Cons: "I paid for the insurance just in case I needed to change my flight. Well I did need to change my flight to get a few more things done before returning home. The answer I recieved when I called was that I had to pay 600 dollars for the change and then file a claim for possible reimbursement. The whole round trip flight only cost $250."

Pros: "I did like the everything was on the right schedule"
Cons: "the weather"

Pros: "The friendly co-travelers as there is no food or entertainment for people on a budget. Better than my flight TO SLC which was cancelled the first day, then delayed the 2nd day. Airport services saved my day by carting me to the connecting flight TO SLC from Denver as there was only 15 minutes to get from one end of the concourse to the other. A little difficult to run there at my age. Any chance of allowing people with connecting flights disembark first instead of last in this situation?"
Cons: "Due to inclement weather conditions no liquids were served. Small bottles of water would be great - less likely to spill over in bad weather and thirst would also be quenched. Lack of luggage space for those of us with the correct allowance hand luggage instead of all the extra large pieces because people don't want to go to baggage claims or pay for baggage. Truly their suitcase not paid for is the same as mine paid for. Difference is the inconvenience of having to keep my hand luggage at my feet because of the larger pieces filled by passengers in group 1, 2, and 3 over my designated seat area."

Pros: "Everything went very smooth except for the turbulence on the last leg home. Other then that everything was awesome. Loved it. I'll fly United again"
Cons: "That I couldn't get internet without having to pay. I'm sure I was doing something wrong thou"

Pros: "Nice attendants."
Cons: "Cancelled and rerouting of flights. Long waits in airports."

Cons: "Luggage over bins should limit one bag per costumer ., passenger broading in group 4-5., space for one bag over their seat. ., and not be penalty because if broading group ,"

Pros: "Everyone was very friendly and a very smooth ride"
Cons: "Everything was excellent"

Pros: "Crew"
Cons: "Baggage didn't make next flight"

Pros: "Boarding Zones included seats throughout plane so it wasn't so bunched up when putting luggage away."
Cons: "Seats too close together and no TV's"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Kayak did not confirm my seat. Was not able to get a flight. Called customer service and they told me to rebook. My card was charged twice. The airplane had faulted hardware. Waited in line for 2 hours to get a different flight. All flights to Phoenix were full. Didn't make the standby list. Couldn't make the rebook flight. Worst day ever Now, No one can give me a refund. mind you I took a day off from work this was a last minute. The reason this trip was so important to me is because my grandma is in the ICU. I hardly ever complain about any customer service experience. Overall to get a hold of customer service is awful."

Pros: "Everything was in time."

Cons: "Delay time boarding. Taxi time once landed"

Pros: "The crew was helpful to a family with a girl in a wheelchair."
Cons: "Tray table and windows were dirty. Don't care for the waffle cookie they serve."

Cons: "the older plane. not as much personal space per seat"

Pros: "The crew. The booking experience and the check in were all very good to great. I liked the plane on the Houston to cle flight. A 737 I think"
Cons: "The small planes to spend the day in cle to Chicago to slc And the small plane to Houston. Did not eat or use entertainment. No not used answer avail"

Pros: "I love to fly! Everyone with United was great. TSA was pleasant as well."

Pros: "There was a wonderful man named Mr. Hanson that helped me tremendously. This was the first time ever to fly and I was tremendously scared. He made my experience wonderdul. I intend to fly more often now. Thank you for hiring someone that loves his job."
Cons: "The seats on the layover flight were over booked. If Mr. Hanson had not of taken care of me on my my flight I would have had a different outcome on flying."

Pros: "Nothing. Due to weather delays, there should have been a much better approach to resolvong the problem. Customer service was horrible"
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "I think i only put this score down only because we were delayed, so it kind of sucked. It however was not completely their fault. this first delay was then we were delayed by the arrival of the president. Can't really do much to help that. :) Most of the crew were wonderful however I encountered a very rude and abrupt crew member at the airport. I was not a fan."

Pros: "Great experience...checked luggage even arrived promptly."

Pros: "Accommodating, T.v's, timely."

Cons: "It was delayed so much I almost missed my connection."
