Great - This was the last flight before hurricane closures and did a quick turnaround to get the plane heading north. Much appreciated.
I was able to select a gluten free meal for my outbound flight operated by KLM but my selection wasn’t saved on Delta so I ended up not having a hot meal. The cabin crew was nice enough to offer some cheese so I could pair it with some gf crackers I had. The seat would recline but slowly but surely would come back up so I couldn’t sleep as I would have wanted to.
Coach seating is debilitating, neither my husband or I can walk the following day
My husband is very tall and we generally fly Delta Comfort. We used our companion benefit, and our seats were coach and extremely uncomfortable........ horrid even
Great. Flight departed early and arrived early. Deplaning and baggage claim ww were quick.
Forced to check my bag which fit in carry on, boarded and then sat for over an hour waiting to take off with no explanation.
I actually received a notification from kayak on email but not one by text from Delta when my departure gait changed and I almost missed my flight
Confusing with Air Canada and United flight, it was a hell, no help, rude people there, stressful environment
Very poor.!!! They cancelled our flight and rebooked us with very little time to catch the flight. Our luggage was lost. As of now we do not have it yet. No clothes to change on the second day of vacation.
it was good but would be better if there were more clear directions as to how to clear or circumvent customs in Montreal.
The check in and boarding was handled well. The crew were pleasant. Our seats did not recline which we didn't realize so impossible to sleep on the night flight. There was no complimentary food offered on our 6 hour flight from Honolulu to Vancouver except garlic pretzels and a cookie! We were expecting at least one meal which was very disappointing.
The mid flight snack could have been more substantial than tiny bag of pretzels.
Flight was over an hour late departing and when we got to Montreal there was no gate and so we had to wait on the tarmac for over an hour!!!!!
No complaints l will always do Air Canada once they are flying where I want to go
Same problem with the entertainment controls being on top of the armrests than on the previous flight, also a Boeing 737 series.
2 weeks before the flight we have got a pilot strike notice. Luckily it didn’t happen but we had to buy a travel insurance. It was wasted.
No service in the main cabin whatsoever! I finally ask for water and was requested to get out of my seat and come back to the flight attendants if I wanted water. 3 hour flight, some bumps, but seat belt sign off for about half the flight.
