fine. only problem,,,, for some,,,,was that many people started trying to exit from the back of the plane,, . lots of irate people. there should be a flight attendant mid plane..to be sure that doesn't happen. The crew up front had no idea what was happening. One big guy started it..then a bunch of others followed his lead. could have gotten ugly... One man stepped in and questioned those rule breakers.. nothing bad happened,,,but......

Eddie, our flight attendant in the back was excellent. He was very kind and concerned for our happiness and comfort before and during our flight. He made the experience great. We had to deplane due to a ground delay and he made sure we had snacks and water to keep us comfortable while we waited. Overall, it was a great experience!
Flight was delayed which caused us to have to change our connecting flight. Grilled cheese sandwich was served very hot.
We were late so that was what was worst part
The Alaska app and website were not fully operational. I had to spend about 15 minutes at the counter doing things that should have been completed online. The agent was very nice and helpful, however.
Staff are helpful and patient. I don’t appreciate the almost 5 hours delay and also the delay of our luggage and being switched from one carousel to another to pick them up.
We waited over an hour for our luggage to arrive at the carousel in Seattle.
Good. They checked my bag FOR FREE so I didnt have to try to hoist it up into the overhead compartment. Also, they served free beverages, which I appreciated.
Everything was really good except it was really cold in the plane,
Delayed flight due to mechanical issues. You only serve water or apple juice which is pathetic. To get to connecting flight you need to take a train so dumb. All in all it’s certainly not about the customer is it? You make that perfectly clear. It’s the last time I fly with you no matter how cheap your fares are!
