Missed my connecting flight because of an equipment issue. Stranded in FLL. Had to pay for a hotel room after 6 hours of back and forth with Spirit, but hey…They gave me a $50 voucher for my time and inconveniences.
The flight was hindered because they somehow had the wrong birthday listed for the return flight. I had to return to the front desk to fix their mistake and I missed the return flight. I don’t understand how they can have different information for a return flight. The initial flight I didn’t have this issue. That airlines is horrible!
Whoever is in charge of the desk and door to the plan on both ends was an A**hole. I know they have to deal with a lot if stupid peple but come on. No one wants to get onto a plane angry. smh
The purpose of Spirit is to get you where you are going with no fluff, bells or whistles. It’s literally a well built, great engine, tuna can. I can’t complain about the flight as the price more than outweighs any complaints anyone could ever have but it’s not the most comfortable ride in the world. I have always felt safe on board and the take off and landing are always incredible. Some free water on board would be nice at least.
