I didn't have any problems during my flight. My main issue is with airlines in general, they keep offering less and less every year, AirTransat is no different.

Crew was good, helpful. Flight ran on time.would have liked to take airtransat home to MTL. But the price back from San Jose Costa Rica was MUCH more expensive than the flight from MTL to San Jose c.r.

i was not able to take my flight because the information i needed to book my dog correctly was not provided

We are a senior couple (70+) and chose emergency exit seats so we would have 2 seats together and neither of us had to sit in a middle seat. My husband is type 1 diabetic on an insulin pump and I monitor his blood sugar levels. I am 5'9" and 250 lbs and found the seats extremely uncomfortable. Toward the end of the flight I developed diarrhea which lasted a full 24 hours.

They never sent me a confirmation to say my flight time had changed so I cut my holiday short by 6 hours Had to pay over 50 American for my luggage to be checked on the way home and that’s more that it cost on the way there. Arbitrarily charging more for the same thing when the passenger has no options is shady The cabin was an icebox going there and back, if all the passengers have their gloves on and their hoods up that should be an obvious sign to turn up the heat

I was very nice to arrive earlier than scheduled. Very much appreciated. No issues with flight. All was good.

The on-board crew were professional and friendly and made the trip feel like we were taken care of well. The gate for the flight departure changed three times...not great but not terrible. Considering it was the day of the New Jalisco Cartel mayhem, we can't really complain.

Great crew and entertaining Captain. Seats were not what we had expected based on my booking but things worked out in the end. Of course, like all airlines these days not enough leg or elbow room.

The Turkish was good . I had a problem with air Transat terrible experience for me

Some crew were unfriendly or in some cases just straight up rude.

Putting people that close to the bathroom, where you have to look into the bathroom as people are exiting and entering was not great and the smell was also not great. I know the airlines are desperate for more chairs, but that seat is a crime.

one staffer was frustrated (it happen); the flight was late and the pilot mentioned they'll make amend but the snacks were the same, other than that the aircraft was clean and everything went smooth, no complaints

Flight delayed. Connecting to night flight was stressful but made it. Jusr in time. Ran.88Flight was fine.

ticket agent lady wás very helpful , she arranged wheel chair for my elderly mother

Entertainment kept turning itself off. Gave up on watching a movie.

Wifi took a while to kick in and we had a maintenance issue that took over 40 mins at the gate in Washington before pulling back

It was good, although we could not get our preferred seats, we did enjoy the whole experience from Costa Rica. I still don't understand why our luggage is not the first to come out at the band.

Not United Airlines' fault. It's ORL airport's fault.

Movie selection is good. Crew did not understand mileage program and were no help. Sick later. Food?

Boarding - 3 of 4 flights were delayed and the gate staff did an ok job of managing the lines for boarding. Lots of standing around in line - more than typical. Crew - accommodating. If you are looking for warmth, you will not experience it with AC. But I appreciate their hard work and relative efficiency on 8+ hour flights. Comfort - My first 2 flights were cancelled the morning I was due to depart. AC rescheduled me on 2 new flights that created only minimal disruption and change to my itinerary (a longer layover, several hours difference in arrival time) and provided a 15 dollar food voucher for the layover restaurant which was the equivalent of a measly sandwich. My seats were changed which is a huge issue for my physical size as I require additional legroom for medical reasons, and I was put in a very uncomfortable seat without the option for seat selection. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty and foul smelling to the point of being nauseating and I was next to it during my longest of 4 flights. Entertainment - I always travel with downloaded entertainment on my own devices and a power bank, and am glad I did! The entertainment was completely non functioning for my 8+ hour flight home. We were provided a 15% or 50 dollar voucher on a future flight by way of compensation. Food - always just poor to mid. I also travel with my own food when possible as in flight meals and snacks taste strongly of packaging. Overall, this was a poor to mid experience, and I am resigned to the fact that airlines are never going to improve.

I did not like anything because the flight was cancelled yesterday and I did not get to arrive on time in Toronto as I was rebooked with another airline. This caused me to be really stressed out as I am an individual with back injury and to be forced to stay longer in an airport to accommodate a change of airline and the transfers associated with it Due to this I am probably not going to book through your website to eliminate this potentially chaos in the future

shittiest airline in the hemisphere. To improve - start thinking you're flying people, not cattle

Boarding was not organized by zone - rather a free for all... AC promoted complimentary drinks but did ONLY one drink service on the 5 hour flight. In addition the one steward did not know they offered Heineken Zero even though it was announced before the service began, and is clear on the can label. I booked a window seat that promised a window - NOPE! I had to crank my neck to get a wee glimpse - the seat behind me had much more to view. And of course the seats are too close together. The audio was much better than the WestJet flight I had earlier - could get through the movie no problem.

Easy boarding, inflight refreshments came on time and comfortable seat

Flight attendants were ok. But it was a full flight.

It was good that our flight left early. It was a nice smooth flight and landing.

Despite exit row seating, which gave leg room, seating was so narrow, the next passenger spilled over onto my seat. WiFi did not work.

Complimentary food options could be better. There should be a little wait between people boarding with children under 6 and the rest of the boarding. There isn’t enough time to get yourself situated before take off.

I was tired enough to fall asleep soon after takeoff and slept until "we are starting our descent to Toronto" announcement. That's not bad at all.

Seats are absolutely not comfortable and large enough. There’s a limit and you stepped over it. I understand that there’s a business class, however for the price it costs, it’s just plain stupid for a 50 minute flight.

The employees at the gate were not communicating, they preferred to give the upgrade to pilots and not to the elite passengers Every flight I more disappointing, clients shooed be priority instead of other employees even if they are pilots, there was plenty room for pilots in economy

The crew was great! They waited for me as Air Canada flight was delayed by 1:15 hours from Ottawa to Toronto. I am a bit disappointed that we could only use wifi for entertainment but I survived! The only thing I would of liked is a more comfortable seat. The seat cushions are not thick enough for flights longer than 3 hours. Aside from that, everything was great.

After boarding, there was a small issue with the aircraft which caused a delay of about 45 minutes. During boarding and while passengers were being seated, the plane was being refueled. There were also a lot of unusual noises during the flight, which was not very reassuring. In addition, there was no WiFi or entertainment available.

I had bad experiences before now was excellent I am glad they have business class again

Horrible experience with Avianca, they delayed their flight and when we arrived to NYC, AVIANCA took 1 hr y 30 mins to park the airplane and all passenger get off the plane, it made me lost all my trains to get back home and I came back to my place at 3 am instead of 12 am. On the top of that their plane seat are so uncomfortable and is not enough space and killed my legs and knees, Avianca used to be good when it was a Colombian company, now after Brasilian company bought them, their service quality is bad and their flights are delayed and oversold.

It was delayed and I lost my connection flight to Cali and I missed my Mom's funeral

I upgraded to businesses class. Because of that the flight was comfortable.

I actually upgraded to the medium level of seats from basic and even doing that it may have been physically the most uncomfortable flight I have ever had. They packed everyone like is a train to death camp. It was a red eye so I hoped to get some sleep but it was physically impossible to find a comfortable way to rest. I met other folks on the same flight and they said the same thing. It was an utterly miserable flight and if I have any other options I will never fly with them again

Avianca has transitioned from full service legacy airline to "low cost" but has now became a strange hybrid (minimum leg space, started offering business class in domestic flights again, charges passenger for printing boarding pass, etc.). National and international coverage and destinations are really wide but service is not at its best
