We are a senior couple (70+) and chose emergency exit seats so we would have 2 seats together and neither of us had to sit in a middle seat. They never sent me a confirmation to say my flight time had changed so I cut my holiday short by 6 hours Had to pay over 50 American for my luggage to be checked on the way home and that’s more that it cost on the way there. Arbitrarily charging more for the same thing when the passenger has no options is shady The cabin was an icebox going there and back, if all the passengers have their gloves on and their hoods up that should be an obvious sign to turn up the heat

I was very nice to arrive earlier than scheduled. Very much appreciated. No issues with flight. All was good.

The on-board crew were professional and friendly and made the trip feel like we were taken care of well. The gate for the flight departure changed three times...not great but not terrible. Considering it was the day of the New Jalisco Cartel mayhem, we can't really complain.

I was supose to have a carrey on incluided for each passenger and they made me paid 75$ each at the gate.

Great crew and entertaining Captain. Seats were not what we had expected based on my booking but things worked out in the end. Of course, like all airlines these days not enough leg or elbow room.

The entertainment system was down; food by purchase only; several people did not receive their luggage. No one answers at the local office or online about the luggage.

The Turkish was good . I had a problem with air Transat terrible experience for me

I did not like I have been charged for my carry on

Onward flight was okay. return from Lisbon was poor as we missed our flight due to a long line at the passport control. Air Transat made no effort to accommodate us even though we were at the passport control 40 minutes prior to the departure.

I am an AA flyer for a very long time... AA has yet to disappoint.

Could we please end the loud announcements about credit card offers on your flights? We are trying to sleep, work, watch videos, etc. and if we need a credit card, we will ask for one. Flying is already not what it used to be.

The pilot greased the landing and the crew was fantastic.

Flight was late and boarding was confusing because gate changed and I didn’t get a notification

Things were delayed a little. But that didn’t affect my plans. It was fine. I was surprised it was so full thanksgiving day. The crew were friendly and professional.

Wish some foods provided rather than just biscuit/cookie for flight more than 2 hours

It was a typical flight. We had a delay which seems to be the normality now. And we had no in flight service due to conditions.

Lost luggage stuck no clothes and no word after 2 days leaving on cruise no stuff or clothes

Did not get the seat I selected and paid for.

AA re-routed flight from HNL to LAX due to delay. My group of 3 with reserved seats in row 9 was broken up, with one assigned to a middle seat, another in the last row of the plane. Not happy. No explanation to the delay. No apologies. No compensation. Would have been nice to be offered an Admiral Club admission or a voucher for the extra 3 hours of layover in LAX. Could not hear the boarding gate announcements in LAX. Adjacent gate was boarding at the same time. Loud speakers were competing against each other. Barely made my boarding group.

Boarding a bit chaotic, but that seems to be mostly about extra security in Lima, not AC. Left on-time, arrived slightly early. Good flight

The flight from Lisbon to Toronto was delayed and then our connecting flight in Vancouver was delayed due to “unscheduled maintenance “. We boarded and then had to get off the plane and wait. We were over three hours delayed in Vancouver and missed our final connection to Saskatoon. We were forced to overnight in Vancouver arriving in Saskatoon at noon the next day. That’s over a 12 hour delay getting home.

I want to thank Carlos at the Miami AC desk - he was amazing and went over and above to help us out. Thank you Carlos and all the best to you!!! You made our faith in AC feel great! Sincerely, David Cubitt

Flight was canceled due to mechanical issues. After a considerable wait in the queue, Air Canada customer service was very helpful to get us on another flight. I am disappointed to report our rescheduled flight is for three days from now. Three days of extra expenses and inconvenience is unacceptable.

The plane was almost an hour delayed and then once we were on board, they said that captain didn’t have enough hours left in his day to fly us so they had to find another captain. Surely that could’ve been figured out out in advance. Incredibly frustrating because I missed my connection in Toronto, and it has a result missed the first day of my conference in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Flight from saskatoon to toronto was by far the worst flight ive ever been on and roughest landing ever.

Mechanical issue caused me to be stuck in Vancouver for 2 days

The last 3 hours it was freezing cold in row 56. Multiple people had their winter coats on and were utilizing the blankets provided by the airline. I also did not have easy access to figure out how to book my food allergy and advance for my meals. Most of everything I received was something I couldn't eat. This needs to be made more accessible. Also, I'm 5'10 which is the average height of the American male. I flew from Philadelphia to Toronto and then to Tokyo and the seats were absolutely unbearable. For that long of a flight it is impossible to get comfortable when doing anything. Flights need to have more space and stop prioritizing costs over people.

The on-board entertainment system was horrible - we gave up watching because it just kept glitching.

We had originally booked our flight from Punta Cana to London Ontario but our flight from Toronto to London was rescheduled and we would of had a 14 hour layover in Toronto before caughting our flight to London which is unacceptable. So we canceled our flight to London with no compensation and booked Robert Q Airbus from Toronto to London. We are not planning on using Air Canada for any more travel trips. In the last year and a half, Air Canada has rescheduled my flight from Toronto to London 3 times and forced me to cancel the flight and take Robert Q to London to avoid a long layover in Toronto. I received no compensation for the flight which is unacceptable. I'm very disappointed in the way Air Canada always rescheduled my flight from Toronto to London.

I had bad experiences before now was excellent I am glad they have business class again

Horrible experience with Avianca, they delayed their flight and when we arrived to NYC, AVIANCA took 1 hr y 30 mins to park the airplane and all passenger get off the plane, it made me lost all my trains to get back home and I came back to my place at 3 am instead of 12 am. On the top of that their plane seat are so uncomfortable and is not enough space and killed my legs and knees, Avianca used to be good when it was a Colombian company, now after Brasilian company bought them, their service quality is bad and their flights are delayed and oversold.

It was delayed and I lost my connection flight to Cali and I missed my Mom's funeral and avianca lost my check in luggage

Provide free food and drinks on an international flight. Add updated head rests

Boarding was late due to the company’s that cleaned the aircraft (very poorly done) and the catering company. The entertainment system was not working for this six hour flight, uncomfortable seats in business (barely any cushion or recline). The airline staff is very good but the planes are horrible and not well maintained.

Deplaning was a mess, I sat in business (seats are horrible) and the front door had a problem so we had to deplane from the rear exit. The stairs were not tall enough to reach so there was a large step down from the plane to the top of the stairs.

Staff are the rudest in the industry … awful customer service … will never fly Avianca again

Pros: we leave and arrive on time Cons: the most uncomfortable seats ever. You cant recline at all your seats. No entertainment No TVs flight attendants didn't provide even a glass of water. You have to go to back of the airplane and ask for one. I am Colombian and I remember seeing the flight attendants very neat, elegants which is or was a staple of Avianca.it was one with tennis shoes, no male up, the hair was messy... that was really odd.

I like the crew members they're very friendly. Clean plane. The flight was on time. I dont like the comfort my car seat its better that the plane seats. They charge for everything. This airline was very good. Now it's a low cost airline

I like the crew they're very friendly. I don't like. on five hour flight they not offered snacks. Any drink. Not even coffee
