Overall it was a good experience. Stewards were very kind and professional. The departure and arrival times were as promised. Plane was clean.

I like the price. I did not like the seats: very little space and not reclining.

the landing was terrible. the plane touched down and had take off. the plane flew around and landed a second time.i understand the weather might of been the problem. It was a scary experience and no explanation from the captain.

Sat on plane at gate for an hour and 45 minutes and the information being provided was not frequent enough and at times not truthful (waiting for paperwork about a part that had already been replaced...then watched maintenance guy bring part on board, install and leave, then told part was just installed...doesn't inspire confidence

It would have been no e to have the option of a mid day flight and not super early or super late in the day.

Flight was delayed 2+ hours missed a concert because of it…

Horrible experience. 1st we were over an hour late. 2nd waited to board for 2hrs 3rd got off/on plane 2 times 4th each time we got on the plane we sat in rhe plane for 1 to 2 hours with no updated or water 5th we were given literally 4 different answers as to why we werent in the air yet

The plane itself felt old, rattled a lot, was louder than most planes, and made us so nauseous that our son vomited on both flights.

Crew members were ok, not really needed assistance. We sit & follow instructions.

I liked that bag check was rather quick and efficient. The airplane chairs on the first leg of the trip were hard and uncomfortable. Also, the cabin temperature was too cold. The lady giving seat assignments took entirely too long. She said she would call me back to the desk in 5 minutes, and she never called me back.
