Had to exit one terminal and redo security to come to another terminal
The flight was uncomfortable, no food and the flight tanden unfriendly
Both flights for this trip were respectively 3 and 4 hours late, without knowing upfront the actual delay (postponed of 30 min every 30 minutes, which means a day wasted at the airport waiting).
Nice to have free meals. Polite helpful staff.
What food...what entertainment. A cookie isnt food but its better than pretzels.
Cons: "Boarding was delayed due to crew unavailability. Entertainment did not work due to connectivity issued during flight. No cookies nor snacks were served vs outbound flight where they offered 3 snacks!"
Cons: "The plane was very cold"
Cons: "I ran to the gate from my previous flight, but it turned out this flight had been delayed. The flight boards and United app didn't show that though."
Cons: "I was flying with Air Canada. The UI for watching movies was not good, it had a hard time to respond to the inputs. It was also hard to move the videos forward to the part I needed. Plus, the audio wasn't working well with my own earphones."

Cons: "It was an older airplane. For a long flight from Montreal to San Francisco, a plane with more room would be more humane. People were lined up for the bathrooms most of the trip since could not use the small first class bathroom. If one wanted a meal, it was one you had to pay for. Broken monitor"
Pros: "There is nothing to like about Air Canada's Rouge service. Their sardine seat layouts are amongst the worst in the industry."

Pros: "Made a 50 minute connection (from Milano) flawlessly. We were going to SFO and the LAX connection was even closer, but United/Lufthansa helped those passengers with expedited transport. Impressive. In contrast, we missed a SFO-Frankfurt-Nairobi connection a few months ago due to VERY sloppily organized security clearance there (and no help from Lufthansa). Moral: Don't try for transfer times less than 2+ hours in Frankfurt when coming from the States no matter what United/Lufthansa says!"

Cons: "This new Basic Economy is really awful. You have to check any carry on and you cannot pick a seat. I’m 6’3” and to be stuck in a window seat with two next to me is painful. There is absolutely no leg room if you’re over 5’10."

Cons: "Improper handling of situation. There was flight scheduled later, but CS agent kept jerking us around. By the time I reached the United counter, the next flight was full. My total flight time was 36 hours. I still can’t believe that the pilot was missing. Worse yet, the agent at the gate could have made things much easier instead of telling everyone that a pilot was on his way to the airport."

Cons: "Our originally scheduled flight out of CMH was cancelled within minutes of getting through security. We were told to wait for another flight-which was scheduled to depart 3 hours EARLIER, but had yet to depart. 3 hours later THAT flight cancelled, and we were rebooked for a flight the following day. So we were out our first night's accommodations as well as transportation to/from the airport that day. The next day we boarded our scheduled flight, sat on the tarmac for awhile, then went back to the gate and de-planed for some unknown reason. We were then re-booked on a different airline. THAT flight was then delayed, which would have caused us to miss our connection to EDI. The ticket agent worked for an hour to find us a flight to EDI that wasn't going through Newark (delays from hell) or Chicago (weather from hell). She finally put us on a flight with an all-too-brief layover in Amsterdam after a connection in Detriot. At this point we have boarding passes coming out our arses, It's 5pm and I haven't eaten since 9am, and we're STILL not out of our departure city. Our projected arrival time was going to cost us ANOTHER night's accommodation, as well as cause us to miss previously paid for engagements. 2 more delays allowed us to finally land in our destination about 40 hours after our original itinerary, with no apology or effort to amend the situation in any way."

My trip was cancelled and I had no knowledge of this until my arrival to the airport.. I had to pay an additional 75.00 to go back to Racine then another 75.00 to head back the next morning. When i arrived to New Orleans I was charged an additional 30.00 dollars for parking!"
Cons: "The plane was tiny and the seats were tiny. Could not carry on a bag and it took a long time to get the bag back from having been gate checked."
