Air Canada was delayed on the initial flight causing us to be put on another flight that took us to a different airport that did not have our connecting flight. We had to rebook the flight from Tokyo to Bangkok when we arrived after clearing customs. We spent and additional 8 hours because of this. Return flight was also delayed on departure but we were able to make or connecting flight in Tokyo. The business seats need improvement, the seats are a bit hard for such a long flight.

Terrible, delayed flights lost luggage and lost hotel fees. Missed meetings. Overnight in airport every air canada flight was a cluster mess.

My light was not working, I requested a meal without carrots( due to an allergy). It was not provided, so during the 13 hour flight, I was only able to consume bread and a small fruit cup. The air host was not helpful at all.

In-seat entertainment was great. Gluten free food options were very good and they gave a lot of food.

They delayed all our flights and lost our luggage flying to Tokyo, Japan. Worst experience I have had with any airline. DO NOT BOOK.

It was ok. Last minute change of the gate. Small and non comfortable seats, terrible food, and very unpleasant service from some crew members.

Air Canada ignores economy passengers. At Narita airport, 6 ground crew members were catering to priority passengers in Area A, while no service was provided to the economy passengers at Area D. Over a hundred passengers were queued up at Area D, but no ground member came over to provide any directions. The self-help check-in system was malfunctioning, rejecting our luggage that weighted around 12kg as oversized. Hence the hundred or so economy passengers were really angry about the lack of support at Area D.

Narita to Montreal: Food was horrible this flight, both meals were inedible. Montreal to Orlando: We had less than a 1/3 full plane and we were not allowed to spread out for more room. Staff gave the excuse of "The plane needed us up front for balance." Total bs story.

It was delayed in Montreal but I did not have to go through the customs. And my luggage was very quickly out of the claim area.

I was delayed from Montreal to Tokyo for 3 hours and they didn't compensate anything
