On time departures, early arrivals, great crews. Can't ask for any better

Cons: "Prefer YUL to PBI FLL is in case that there is no flight available to or from PBI"
Cons: "crew could have been more professional, the signs for boarding were confusing"
Pros: "Amazing crew and Ground staff. Check in and bag check in was really smooth and fast."
Cons: "Maybe some more options of snacks. In flight entertainment was not working so can’t say much about it."
Pros: "On time, smooth flight, good movie choices"
Cons: "Cramped seating"
Pros: "Quick boarding and takeoff"
Cons: "The sound connections for the in flight entertainment was faulty. Bring your own device would be better. Seats were uncomfortable, they need replacing."
Pros: "It appears that Air Canada is doing the correct thing for passengers who have reserved their seats in advance....after many years of not applying their written policy of making them board after business class/disabled passengers/passengers with young children, they have created Zone 2 boarding which permits passengers with reserved seating to board immediately after them, therefore guaranteeing them overhead bin space. As we all know, a lot of passengers board with much more than one carry-on, which is a plague when boarding."
Cons: "The Sandiego flight has a delayed 1.5 hr I lost all my connections I pay insurance I what my money back I lost my meatting and now I’m flying back again"
Pros: "The 1.5 hours they turned the lights down and stopped the crew from going constantly up and down the aisle."
Cons: "We were traveling from 11 pm local time to 10:30 am local. However they kept all the lights on for nearly the whole flight. In addition, the crew was constantly going up and down the aisle with food or beverages. It made sleep impossible. To make matters worse I’m allergic to dairy and I tried to prebook an appropriate meal but couldn’t and everything had cheese."
Cons: "They changed planes and the seats I paid for at reservation were different on the new plane. No warning!!"
Cons: "flight cancelled. had to go down to ticketing. rebooked given a $10 food voucher and told we would get a hotel room when we got to Toronto since we were getting in real late because of the delay"
Pros: "Movie, but not a bit of food that we didn't have to pay for except for a tiny bag of pretzels."
Cons: "Not v99j.j on direct flight from Calgary to Toronto on our way home ad we were on our way out."
Pros: "The passengers, the Brussels airport retail area, 1 of the flight attendants who was polite and welcoming, and the entertainment selections. Finally being connected to Swiss staff."
Cons: "The crew was not very welcoming and was borderline rude when I asked any sort of question such as why I was not allowed to wear my headphones prior to take off. I was patient in not wearing them, but could not relaxing into the trip for the 40+ minutes we remained on the ground mostly not moving. I was tired when boarding and fumbled with my documents and was very curtly told to just hand them over. Another time I accidentally mistook headphones the stewardess was handing out for something else. I took a pair and then immediately gave them back with an apology that I didn't realise what they were, but thanked her anyway. This was met with a scowl and a bit of opposition. There was one stewardess that was very nice and accommodating out of the entire crew. On top of this the toilet seat on the plane was broken, so it fell on you when you were trying to go to the bathroom, and the soap dispenser was broken. I didn't dare mention these things to the flight crew though. The plane was late taking off from Montreal, and so was late landing in Brussels. No effort was made to provide connections assistance, or provide directions on where to go to rebook our missed connections. I and all others traveling to Zurich spent the entire morning trying to find anyone from Air Canada to help us rebook our flights. We literally were going from desk to desk between two terminals, and consulting each other as we went to limit the amount of leg work we all had to do. We all had to finally leave the terminal area and go to Swissport and stand in a long slow line. By that time any afternoon flight was already overbooked. So I and a group of other passengers were booked for an evening flight which forced me to book a hotel in Zurich because I couldn't get to where I needed to be that evening. After being rebook, I still tried to get on an earlier flight by going directly to the gate. It was confirmed that there was some extra space available, but they would not switch me to the earlier flight because I had a checked bag that I could not separate me from. Ultimately my bag was lost which made me have to stay awake and in the Zurich airport even longer after I finally arrived going from one lost baggage representative to another, and then waiting in another line to finally fill out paperwork because my bag had never been scanned in Brussels. The Zurich representatives were very polite, helpful, and efficient compared to anyone I encountered in Montreal, or Brussels. I was without my bag for 3.5 days of what was supposed to be a 10 day trip. My trip was reduced to 9 days because I spent an entire day in the Brussels airport and then had to spend the night in Zurich. I arrived in Zurich on Saturday night, and received my bag on Tuesday afternoon. All in all it was not a good experience until I got to Switzerland."
Pros: "Comfortable aircraft with enough room for an average person. I like the Embraer 190."
Cons: "Unspecified maintenance issue seemed to manufactured to allow the gate crew to get off the hook for shortfalls."
Cons: "Air conditioning too cold. No screen for inflight entertainment Big gap between seat and window prevented resting head for sleep."
Pros: "Food was okay. Crew was okay."
Cons: "Plane was so packed and tight we felt like sardines. Even a few more inches of room would make a huge difference. They also added two or three extra rows to the back of the plane. Folks were practically sitting in the crew staging area and literally directly next to the bathroom door. So glad we didn't get one of those seats."
Cons: "Flight was delayed both lengths. We have been offered one cup of water and no other drinks on 8 hours flight from Toronto to Budapest! There were no flight attendants asking us if we need anything. We had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes at Budapest airport for our luggage."
Cons: "I am glad I survived this experience. It was worse than PanAm flights in the 1980s... no TV, basic care ... except PanAm served better food. I was really sorry for the flight crew that they have to serve on this plane."
Pros: "Clearing immigration in Vancouver is very convenient"
Cons: "Food choices are limited and expensive."
Pros: "I didn't like anything. This was a major disappointment."
Cons: "It was delayed 2 hours. Also, they announced at the airport that there were no monitors on the plane and we should download the Air Canada Rouge app. The connection at the airport was poor so I couldn't download the app but my friend did but she still couldn't watch anything on the airplane even though we were told we could get the app and get the on plane entertainment. I just couldn't believe that in 2017 there are allowed airplanes in such poor condition in the air. Also, I was traveling with 2 children and the airline didn't accommodate me at all. Many seats were empty and they put me in a full row. I had to sit on the floor for 8 hours so my children could stretch and sleep and the fly attendant didn't even bother to ask how I was doing but they would frequently bumped into my children's feet in the aisle. Also, a passenger's seat behind me fell apart. I could write an essay about this airline. Never again!"
Cons: "They sold my mom's tix. Didn't let her board. She had to buy new ticket!!! For 1200!!! Terrible experience"
Pros: "easy flight"
Cons: "small flights"
Cons: "I could not travel due to the fact that Im pregnant and it is of really high risk and the airline did not help me. I lost my money and could not even get a credit to travel later."
Cons: "Constant gate changes. Getting a seat number assigned was tedious"
Cons: "People who insist on bringing their "carry on" luggage on board. The cases are clearly over sized and then they get to put them in the hold for free, meanwhile, those of us who are honest about the size have paid to check their luggage from the start. Everyone should be able to check one bag for free and anyone who brings more than real carry on should be charged a fee. It would speed up onboarding and off loading and would not create the danger of suitcases falling on people's heads when they are put in the overhead bins."
Cons: "Even as a member and my status within the Aeroplan program (which I am allowed to have up to 3 bags checked free of charge) I was charged."
Pros: "See my other flight comments"
Cons: "See my other flight comments."
Pros: "Good flight once we got on board."
Cons: "Plane was about an hour late taking off, seems the maintenance guy lives 45 minutes from the airport and we all had to wait on him to get there to look at a paint chip on the nose, which took about a minute. They might want to have someone on hand."
Pros: "I liked the variety of entertainment options on the iPad app."
Cons: "Unless you knew ahead of time that the entertainment system was housed entirely in an app, you wouldn't know that you needed to have a smart phone or tablet on the flight and needed to download the app. A few people in our traveling party either didn't have a smart phone or tablet, or had trouble downloading the app while on the flight. Also, a few people had issues with the app freezing while in use. There was very little legroom between seats, resulting in an uncomfortable flight. We flew economy on our connecting flight, and the seats were much more comfortable. My reading light didn't work using my button, but it turned on & off during the flight like it might have been connected to someone else's button. There weren't individual air vents for passengers, so some of us were very hot and some were very cold."
Cons: "Flight left late"
Cons: "After crossing in a 787 from Zurich this small older jet to Austin looked and felt like 15 years ago. Bathroom was bad for a 6'2" guy."
Pros: "Easy flight to DC."
Cons: "First time at Pearson Airport needed some help finding my way around the airport"
Pros: "Free movies and t.v. Friendly flight attendants On time flight and when delayed, everyone is very responsive about moving as quickly as possible. The ticket agents are much friendlier than other airlines"
Cons: "In a 2 hour 20 min flight, the flight attendant finally asked me for something to drink with only 45 min left in the flight. Why was only one person serving the whole plane? Also, we should be offered at least a complimentary snack of pretzels/peanuts. Lastly, the carry-on luggage "sizer" at the counter is way too small. My carry-on that I take with me all of the time didn't fit. But when I was able to take it on without using the sizer, it fit just fine."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Everything"
Pros: "The flight was great, friendly staff, great food, new plane, lots of options on the new AC entertainment system. The new Star Alliance terminal (T2) at Heathrow is also so fast and efficient! No complaints at all!!!"
Pros: "Seats are confortable, meals good and the crew are very nice"
Pros: "Service,"
Cons: "Small spaces for legs, dinner taste... No tv screen in the seata back"
Cons: "The flight attendants were not that friendly."
Cons: "There was no complimentary checked luggage. Not impressed because usually this is only done by the cheap budget airlines not a national airline."
Pros: "Seats were comfortable."
Cons: "No personal TVs. Could download the app however staff notified you of this after already on board and free wifi was not available. I could have downloaded it while waiting at the gate of they announced it. Also, my overhead light didn't work. I couldn't watch anything or read. Very long flight without being able to do these."
Cons: "The flight was fine, but when I got home, I had two charges on my credit card from Air Canada. When I called, the woman didn't know what they could be for, so she told me to email Air Canada flight feedback. I still haven't heard from them."
Pros: "This was a standard flight..."
Cons: "I was surprised to see that there were no usb chargers, personal video screens or cabin-wide movies on the trans Atlantic portion of the flight."
Cons: "Never made it because of long delay of connection flight. Toronto airport is extremely poorly organized. Huge lines everywhere. Air Canada staff had no idea how to help. Rebooking very slow because 4 out of 5 staff was out for dinner. Air Canada overall: Awful service. Disorganized. Staff lack information."
Pros: "Crew very polite and professional."
Cons: "My luggage didn't arrive at destination, so this caused a bit of a problem for me as Philadelphia was not my final destination. I had to take a bus the next morning at 7AM to Pittsburgh. My luggage finally was delivered to me within 48 hours, so that was great."
Pros: "We got upgraded into the Elite section, which we excitedly thought would be business class with a nice full recline, as we had been up for more than 24 hours when we left Seoul, but were disappointed. It was more like the Economy Plus on United. A forward cabin with wider seats with a bit more legroom and maybe little bit more recline as a result. On one meal we were served fon china like from business, but on the breakfast, I got china and my husband got the typical plastic and foil square trays. The restroom for the cabin was foreward and was not crowded, which was nice."
Cons: "What I really disliked about the special Elite section was that the arm rests are immovable and the trays embedded in the arms, just like when you are in a bulkhead seat. That's one reason why I avoid the bulkhead seats. So, even though I was sitting next to my husband, it meant that we couldn't remove the 4-6 inches of hard chair arms between us. i could not curl up with my head or feet in his lap, the way we could in a regular economy seat. Therefore I did not sleep on the flight the way I had on the comparable trip outbound."
Pros: "Friendly crew and nice experience overall, entertainment top notch"
Cons: "Could not buy food with my debit card.....was hungry"
Pros: "Direct flight from Toronto to Budapest was awesome"
Cons: "There was no air vent, poor movie entertainment selection and no free alcohol for transatlantic flight"
Pros: "the flight was on time, without any delay"
Cons: "Variety of movies needs to be improved asap A bag of Pretzels or any type of snack would be a plus"
Pros: "Left on time, arrived on time, staff were organized and efficient, luggage came out fast"
Cons: "Workers never helped to get us on our flight even though the delay was caused by Air Canada's technology errors. Had to pay $200 for a rebooking fee , rather than accommodating us for Air Canada's error. Highly disappointed after hearing such great things about this airline."
