2 transfers in Germany requires Schengen visa. Lufthansa representatives ensured us that this is not the case. Yet, we were not allowed to board. Lufthansa even refused to refund the fees we paid separately to purchase seats.
Did not like . My whole itenery was changed. They canceled my flight. You even did not informed me. Very poor service. Never come back to you.
The only really annoying part was the TV screen. It was kinda messed up. Like it would just randomly turn off or switch. It was also not responsive. Which gets annoying on an almost 12 hour flight
No food and drink was served on a three hour flight. The seats were crammed and not comfortable, my knees could reach the seat in front of me. No flight entertainment.

They could Isaac's announced our gate at Atlanta. Whet we arrived at the gate he thought we were joking and we didn't board. The plane left without us

Cons: "The flight from Tampa to Toronto was delayed for 2 hours, with no explanation. Therefore I miss my connection to London. This was my first time flying WestJet. When I booked I thought it would be easier then flying out of the States, like I usually do. Not really in my opinion the walk from aircraft to aircraft is so long in Toronto. This was a surprise to me this part of the journey. Will think twice before booking again."

A couple of minor delays in boarding but very professional and efficient staff.
The crew was great and handled our unexpected detour with proactive communication.

Flight delayed 3 times and also delayed again and by the time I reached Sydney, I couldn't get my Virgin Air as my flight was delayed and I was asked to contact here and there and asked to go to this and that terminal and was told there's no other flight as flights are all full to Melbourne. Thank God, at the very last minute, I was put into Qantas and didn't arrive till 7.30 pm in Melbourne instead of 2 pm. Will never use Air Canada again. Besides, the sittings is so tight and can hardly stretch a bit and eat without elbowing my side passengers. It was indeed a very uncomfortable flight.
This might not be the fault of Air Canada, but every time I fly this leg out of Geneva to Montreal, there is a problem.. either it's because they can't get a proper fly slot to cross the atlantic and then get delayed by about an hour to take off, or like this trip, there is a technical issue with the plane after the boarding and the plane needs to go back to a gate to call for a maintenance crew and check what's wrong. This time it was the oil level in the Engine #2 hydraulic generator (?) that raised an alert. After a maintenance team was called to check, it turned out that it was filled too much and overflowing, thus causing the alert on the board computer. Once it was fixed, we could pull back from gate and take off.. 2 hours lost and many people missed their connecting flight on arrival in Montreal. .
Air Canada needs some competition on routes to Toronto. They are too big to care
I had to cancel flight because of an injury so this whole trip that I supposed to go on was poor.
Boarding stalled because they ran out of overhead room for carry on.
Departed 3 hours late. Missed connection and they rebooked the convention but didn’t announce that in the cabin. Crew seemed stressed. Polite but not friendly. Cabin service in economy didn’t offer the usual water, soft drinks, coffee or tea, only offered things for sale. Had a roasted veggie sandwich that sounded so good but it was shrink wrapped, with cold, soggy bread, and a minuscule amount of vegetables. It was awful.
I wish it can be twice to collect the garbage . I could not finish my water first round. Then I just have to leave my empty cup around my seat
Air Canada lost both of my pieces of luggage including all my medication which required me to return home early. Spent one whole day in an airport trying to see if they could locate it, only to be told a firearm I had packed and had gained a Non Resident firearms permit at my point of entry had been seized. Canadian Customs and Border confirmed it had not been seized and this was strictly the fault of the airline. Complete nightmare, will never fly on Air Canada again.
Beverages were offered once from Vancouver to Toronto. I forgot to fill my water bottle so was quite thirsty.
Pros: "The check-in and boarding process and time was great and quick, respectively. And the crew was quite friendly and courteous. Also, our luggage was waiting for us once we deplaned (could be due to low level of travellers)."
Cons: "Nothing really. This was by far the best and fastest flight door-to-door."
