C$ 396 Find cheap flights from Saskatoon to France

Delays happen but communication and care were very low on what ended up being a long day.

they forgot to load our luggage onto the plane and we were without it for half of our trip to Paris. Didn’t seem to have much interest in getting it to us expeditiously.

Terrible experience at the gate. Charged for carry on luggage despite them meeting the requirements for sizing.

Loved everything, especially during check in, very amazing people, they were so patient with me cos my bag was overweight. Loved their service. I’ll be using them again.

As per usual, lately, the flight was delayed. I can’t recall the last time a WestJet flight was on time.

Check in agent was good, stewardess was unfriendly and certainly did not have the care of the passengers in mind Spent the whole time on her phone

It was not clear that a shopping bag with gifts would need to be checked. Lucky that my friend checked her carry on so that she could take mine on. It contained fragile items ( and expensive). Plus they charged me $100 for that last minute change.

we were upgraded to business class, not sure why, so the flight exceeded our expectations. Perhaps this was because the flight Cancun to Calgary was a nightmare , not even guaranteed a seat upon checkin at the airport.

Never been on a long haul flight that didn't have on flight entertainment. I hope the way back is better !

Average at best. Typical of WestJet these days. Crew far from friendly.

Announcement of flight cancellation when we were at the gate for boarding. Yelling that the only thing they would do is hand out taxi or hotel voucher. Group of us were travelling to the same location and we were not accommodated to travel together. I was sent to Montreal with barely enough time to make connecting flight and when I got to La Guardia my luggage was sent to Newark. I got a damaged suitcase next night (after 11 pm).

It had weird outlets to connect to the entertainment. I wasn’t willing to pay for earbuds, so I read captions throughout the movies. The second security check and customs almost made us miss the flight. We thought we would be going through customs in Phoenix.

Flight was delayed a few times but that is just something that can happen. We were glad we had a long layover before our next flight.

As previously mentioned in last review , seats are small and uncomfortable, and baggage fees are high!

It was all a very positive experience. Look forward to the return trip.

Easy boarding, punctuality, decent service. I can only complain about the measly snack.

Never made this leg of the flight since we rebooked through United instead. Did not make it to immigration/US custom due to the delay. Had to spend the night on our own dime in Toronto

Although check in crew at the counter was helpful, gate agents were not forthcoming with delays and eventual need for overnight stay at Toronto. No voucher was issued for the delay and promised that Toronto crew will take care of us with vouchers for hotel stay, food and transportation to md from the airport. Toronto gate agents pointed to customer service who flatly refused. I will never fly Air Canada again

We got home a day late because of mechanical problems and that they wouldn’t put us on available other flights.

Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we finally got to Montreal at 9PM, instead of Houston where we were supposed to be. Several flights we could of got on and fixed our situation were nixed as they wouldn’t put us on a plane w/o our bags, but when they finally canceled our original plan they easily located and relabeled our bags. No one seemed to care.

The flight crew did a good job, the main problem I had was in the layout of the pod itself. I know it does not matter but the connection for the head phones was not A- easy to find, B- very difficult to do based on the placement ( behind the right shoulder, very hard to reach, the type of plug on the frame vs the actual plug of the headphones), C due to the location and the way it connected, it did not allow me to use my own headphones, D- very low quality and very uncomfortable headphones, E- Surprisingly, very old selections of movies, for me, at least. I will still fly with Lufthansa as you deliver a very good product overall and I enjoy the quality of service, the ease and the prices. Thank you.

Seats in the center row have obstructed leg room. Entertainment center did not respond well. Staff was good, but coukd be of limited help

Definitely service quality is going down. With all those flights delays and several days luggage delays Lufthansa reputation of used to be a reliable air line is now compromised. The flight from JAX to Washington was almost 4 hours delayed: as a result I never checked-in at Warsaw Marriott Hotel and was not refunded. My Delsey hard shell luggage was destroyed (got a big crack on it!!!) upon several hours delayed arrival from Frankfurt. On my return trip my 2 luggages did not arrive with me to JAX and I only was able to get them 2 days later. The online agent with a heavy accent spoke broken English and was not able to provide me with information on missing luggages. Guys, you need to do better.

Boarding was 20 minutes late. Had to ride shuttle bus to plane in order to board.

Crew had connection details for only 2 other flights and gave less than empathetic guidance.

Flight boarding was delayed. Old, low capacity overhead bins requiring many to gate check their carry-on luggage. Beverages other than water were at a charge.

This time it was not good. The plane was not clean. It had a bad smell as if the cabin was not cleaned properly. The small sit pillows were dirty and blankets (even though they were packaged) did mot smell clean. Decaf coffee was disgusting and tasted like instant coffee.

We bought tickets with Lufthanza from Kayak for flight operated by United..

It never happened. Bumped 2 times then cancelled. 4 cancelled flights after that
