Premium Economy is not worth the extra money you pay. You are neither economy nor business. The seat doesn’t recline enough to relax your legs. Maneuvering while seated is cumbersome. Don’t recommend Premium Economy at all.

Boarding for business class passengers can be improved. Also, when debarking the aircraft, Economy passengers are let off first due the way the configuration of the cabin upstairs.
Good flight overall. Good options of food on NY-Dubai-Mumbai leg. Not that good reversing back. The flight crew is courteous and professional as always. The seating was much more comfortable going into Mumbai than coming back. Cheers!
The boarding process was smooth and the stewardesses were nice. Some delays with drinks at the end of the flight, but no issues.
Had to cancel flight due to strike. Hope things will be better next August when we will rebook. Very disappointing as it was our 50th wedding anniversary celebration l!

The crew were fabulous. The flight was bumpy and I always like the captain to tell me what that is about or my imagination gets carries away.
Overall great. The crews were lovely. The seats are awful. I always emerge with a back ache.

Would like whole can of pop for 2. Treats were not great . The garlic pretzels were terrible for someone who can't eat garlic. Passenger was 84.
I had boarding pass on my phone. Husband and I were seated together. Agent printed out boarding passes and we were separated for the flight
1 hour late No hot drinks No restroom in the back of the plane
You was on strike and I had to get another r flight and you did not give me my money back
Food can be better. Taste and option, the pasta wasn't the greatest.
