Air Canada lost both of my pieces of luggage including all my medication which required me to return home early. Spent one whole day in an airport trying to see if they could locate it, only to be told a firearm I had packed and had gained a Non Resident firearms permit at my point of entry had been seized. Canadian Customs and Border confirmed it had not been seized and this was strictly the fault of the airline. Complete nightmare, will never fly on Air Canada again.

The food was horrible and the customer service from air Canada at Montreal airport was rude and unprofessional 3 hours delay without even an apology or an explanation! I went to see a person from a air canada at a desk at the boarding gates and he wouldn't even have the courtesy to give me 1 minute of his time to explain why the plane is late his awnser was wait for the announcement and you will see his attitude was very apathetic. Overall I was very disappointed"
Cons: "Delay on the runway because issues with the aircraft, then the aircraft needed gas then we had to go back to the terminal to drop someone off. No entertainment. Kept the lights on until very late, when people were trying to sleep. Missed my other flight in Nice and had to buy a new flight."

Cons: "Had to load my own suitcase on the luggage belt - I am elderly, with back issues, traveling alone. Attendant was courteous and helped me, but stated that staff "doesn't do it any more" because of safety issues. No help will be given in the future. Plane left two hours late - I missed my connection. Was given a stipend for an overnight stay, but no explanation was given about the delay. Staff couldn't tell me if my checked baggage was on the plane the next morning. I probably won't fly Air Canada again."

Delayed, no space, no good food, no fruit, so many little things missing, limited entertainment options. LBP airport is the most inefficient airport in the world, always wait forever for my luggage with lots of rude staff everywhere. Some 400-600 people were trying to leave the airport through two lines to pass off the last sheet which is unnecessary. They should take a lesson from other airports like Hong Kong and Singapore. Absolutely despise going through Toronto airport as well as Air Canada gates when departing."

Pros: "A reasonable amount of leg room (I'm 6'1" and didn't have my knees pressed against the seat ahead), decent selection of films, and regular food--airplane food, but decent for that."

The crew were very nice and had a good sense of humor. They were the best part. And at least I got an aisle seat--in the very last row of the huge plane. There must have been 500 people on board, and it was full to the gills."

Yesterday, the flight was again delayed for 90 minutes while mechanical repairs were needed. Several people missed connections. It is making me think that I cannot trust the timing of your flights and as I am going to Paris through Montreal on Sept. 25th, I feel I should change my flight to give myself more time to make my flight to Paris. I currently have 1 hour and 5 minutes to make the flight. Do you think I should change my flight and will I be charged for it. Please advise."
Cons: "When boarding the plane, they called the zones too quickly. Then there was an Air Canada representative giving bad directions to the passengers as to where to get in line. Then she got annoyed and was disrespectful to the passengers as they were trying to get in line. She needed to give better directions or change the way they called the zones. Air Canada knew the flight to Montreal was delayed when we left London. They changed our reservation to Toronto to a flight that we still couldn't connect with because of timing. It would have been easier if they were more realistic with the timing of the flight and booked us on a later flight to Toronto."

Entire flight told to go home and return next day.waited on phone for customer service for 1 hr and in line at airport for 1 1/2 hrs. Eventually flights took off and successfully travelled standby contrary to agents instructions."
Cons: "Flight was delayed over 4 hours due to Air Canada needing a mechanic to check and sign off on the tire tread on one of the wheels, the ground staff enforced the carry-on bag size arbitrarily and inconsistently, and the entertainment system froze up and reset itself at least 3 times on the flight. Apart from the captain, the rest of the Air Canada staff exhibited the usual bureaucratic and defensive behavior I have unfortunately seen multiple times before. They're expensive (with a nasty computer algorithm that raises the price by over $100 each time you browse flights. The first time I checked, it was $300+; by the 3rd time it was over $600. When I used a VPN, the price magically went down to $300 plus, which was still a lot) and the experience is generally unpleasant. I have to brace myself for their lack of common sense behavior every time I deal with them. If I didn't have to fly with them, I wouldn't."

Cons: "Had to settle for flying into Heathrow even though we ultimately needed to get to Brighton and had been originally booked on a Luftanza flight to Gatwick. We needed to get to a conference that began Wednesday 3pm, but didn't get in until midnight that night, so we missed the first day of the meeting. The Air Canada service desk didn't exist, so we had to go through two different managers before we finally got an upgrade to business class. After that, the flight was very enjoyable. Once we got to Heathrow at 9pm, we ended up having to pay 60 pounds per person to get to Brighton, finally arriving at our hotel at midnight. Needless to say, we will be contacting the Air Canada customer service and lodging a very large complaint by email...apparently the only way to contact them."

Cons: "After weather forced us to miss our flight to Delhi from Toronto (understandable), Air Canada booked us on an AC flight to London and then an Air India flight to Delhi from London. In Toronto they told us that we couldnt get our bags because they were in storage, but that they would be on the plane to London and then to Delhi. Upon arriving in London, Air India told us that Air Canada never booked us on their flight to Delhi - that neither of our names were on their manifest. Air India was helpful in getting Air Canada's mistake fixed. Upon arriving in India, my partners bag was nowhere to be found. It would be logical to assume that his bag was in London and never made the imaginary flight Air Canada booked us on. However, even though our bags sat in Air Canada storage for 24 hours, his bag was never even loaded onto our flight to London. He didn't receive his bag until 6 days into our trip, causing all of us to miss out on multiple experiences, including the ability to leave Delhi because of our need to get his bag and multiple missed and promised deadlines from the airline."
Cons: "The flight needed canada transit visa and you guys dint even said me. Moreover when I contacted vayama as my bookings were proceeded by them even they dint helped me and then I had to cancel my ticket. I expect you to refund my money because of your fault I could not board the flight and had a horrible experience"
