This flight was a superior flight in all regards. Extremely pleasant experience.
Korean Air is unlike any other major airline I have flown with. The grace and respect that the staff has from check in to de-boarding is unmatched. The flight attendants this time were especially wonderful to my five little children. They helped us rearrange to more suitable seating, brought our children’s meals, and patiently waited for them in the aisles when they had to use the bathroom. We felt so welcome and comfortable. I really appreciate the meal voucher when our flight was delayed. I am grateful to have had such an stress-free experience.
long flights are difficult but the crew and amenities made it a very good experience
The carry on baggage was collected before boarding without further information where the passengers can collect them . When the flight arrived at Tan son Nhat airport, it was very complicate to find the luggage

Great crew, decent food Charging plugs were broken on both seats next to me. Only the USB port was available, and that charges, very, very slowly. Seat was also broken, it would not lock into position when reclining.
Customer service is not a top priority from boarding to while on flight, was belittled on boarding Some staff speak english at almost a 0% fluency
2 hour connection time in Seoul to make plane to Bangkok. Giant security lineup. Lots of worry over making flight reduced joy of flying via KE/Incheon. This was a repeat of my flight in Nov 2022, so apparently is the new normal for KE. Flight was boarding after I was forced to jog what seemed to be 2 miles from security to my departure gate. Please fix this. I still cannot understand that if you have already been screened in Canada for dangerous items, and there is no opportunity to obtain any between one plane and the next, why you should be screened AGAIN.
Flight was on time and the crew was very attentive ,friendly and helpful
Boarding was slow and could have been faster. Flight delayed over an hour and mad rush to catch the connecting flight which was very stressful for seniors! Luggages did not make it and no compensation whatsoever. Although announcements on plane was made for passengers with connecting flights to disembark first, reality was different as not adhered.
I didnt experience it but i saw them and heard that some are not good in customer service. They dont know how to talk with respect and in a nice way.with persons who needs it. Especially with seniors and people who does not know how to speak english that much.

Worst airline. They had 3 security checks just to get onboard and no notification prior. Had to throw away any liquid bought at duty free because one of the security checks was prior to boarding the plane. My onboard media console was not working, the flight attendant said they will check on it but did nothing. Pretended we did not ask for it to be rectified for a 17hr plane ride. Horrible experience. My first and last time taking Philippines Airlines.

The food was ordinary, this could be improved. Sleeping was comfortable enough for several hours sleep. The layover time in Manila Mabuhay lounge for 17 hours was awful. Surely I could have been given a flight to Perth within that time on another airline. At 74 years of age I find that far too long and stressful and will probably not travel with Philippine Airlines again for that reason. The food offering on board and in the lounge was also a little underwhelming. The crew were wonderful and the flight comfort was good also.
The checkin was unacceptable. Agent took about 3-5 min minutes with me, standing in front of her, and not in acknowledging my presence. Finally, when she started processing my check in as a priority passenger, she neglected to give me a lounge pass until I reminded her . when I went to the lounge, they didn’t have me registered. However, the agent there still accepted me Did not tag my luggage as priority, so I had to wait until almost the very end before my luggage appeared. My Wi-Fi as premier elite did not work. This was not a good start to my lengthy flight.
Free wifi or cheaper wifi rate will be better. Or upgrade your entertainment system.
this flight was exceptional due to the plane itself being updated with longer seat belts so no need for the extender and access to a tv.
Air Canada has very professional , friendly and co operative crew.
Crowded and tight fit on Rouge. Entertainment requires your own mobile device. Small bag of pretzels is only food for 3.5 hour flight.
Flight from saskatoon to toronto was by far the worst flight ive ever been on and roughest landing ever.
Really had a bad experience with air Canada. My flight cancelled one day before my trip. When I reached at airport before 1:30 hours before the departure time. They said boarding was already closed. I called the customer support and emailed them they didn’t respond me even once. I had to buy another ticket on the spot.
The AC could have been better . Other than that , all was good
My flight was delayed, causing a shortened connection to my second flight, which led to a stressful experience. Additionally, I had to pay the luggage fee twice, for which I have receipts. Since Air Canada and United Airlines collaborate, their partnership should aim to provide better service, rather than leaving passengers to bear the consequences of an unprofessional experience.
Our flight was rescheduled causing us to miss our connecting flight, then missed our option of a ferry.
Not very comfortable when stuck in a middle with passengers that encroach on your personal space.
Excellent experience. Smooth boarding, flying and the staff was courteous.
