You have to prepare for the waiting time for immigration to Vietnam, it takes 3 hrs to go thru and it is easy to get mad of it
TomFlew with Asiana Airlines-Jul 2024
We spent our long layover in the transit hotel in terminal 1 of Incheon Airport. The room was small, but was also very clean and well kept. I'd highly recommend this hotel if you have a long layover. The price wasn't bad at all.

Very long flight time. Still better than a connection flight. Staff is very good at service. Vegetarian food is not very good.

The business class is excellent. I loved the food, and the crew was very attentive and professional. From boarding to arrival, everything felt smooth and well-organised.

Lousy entertainment system. Crews are excellent. Meal is just mediocre.

Great service and comfort level. You can have more of vegetarian food options.

It’s great, long flight and arrive safe at destination

Everything was excellent as I expected. They also had a very caring crew. I had a headache and asked a Tylenol. The crew members kept checking with me how I was doing.

I can't believe they put my wife and I in the two middle seats! It is a very long flight and we had single flyers on either side of us blocking the way to the bathroom! There's no reason to not give one of us the isle seat so we could have managed bathroom needs and snacks with convenience. So I think very poorly of Korean air to put us both in the middle, I've never had that happen before and will probably avoid this airline in the future because of this. We tried to have them change it but they didn't so you pretty much lost a customer because of it.

There could have been better spacing of the passengers, it was crowded in some parts of the plane then other while rows were empty

Plane took off on time and I had the whole row to myself!

One of the flight attendants stepped on my foot. I was on the aisle seat. A lady inside needed to get out. So Instood. Just then, a flight attentendant came wuicklybtheoughbthe aisle and stepprd on my sock covered toes. I let out a small sound. She stopped momentarily, but didn’t ask how I was just took off of the aisle. Never came back to see how I was. Fortunately, I was not really hurt other than a slight soreness in my toes. But I found that to be very negligent.

Tightest knee space ever experienced on any budget airline. Crew polite and efficient, take off and arrival on time. Surprised that they did not offer water on flight except as sales product. Questions about Food and entertainment not applicable since neither are offered.

At the boarding gate, Jeju airline accepted "carry on" bags for checking in for free due to the "limited cabin space". This is because most passengers were carrying multiple bags that exceed the size and weight limit for carry on items. Rather than inspecting carry-on bags at the counter and requiring excess bags to be checked in for a fee, they allowed freeloading at the boarding gate to to the detriment of those who paid the fee for checked bags. This is totally unfair.

As posred earlier the crew was very accommodating & professional. Thank You Allen

All though you can not help it the kids was loud and unruly, The crew was very accommodating and professional. Thank You Allen.

No priority counter check in for families with young children.

The flight was delayed from GUM to ICN, there was no notification on how delayed the flight would be. Although we received notice, there was no specified time given. The flight was also very uncomfortable.

Flight was really good, considering the semi bad weather in MNL. Food was great. Crew kept offering throughout the flight. Wifi signal was intermittent though.

Purchased exit row window seat for extra leg room and sleep. Worth the price. Attendants maintained restrooms regularly. No snacks/chips/nuts/cookies beyond what was served with meals.

Expensive and yet uncomfortable. Was told by the crew to get back to us for the breakfast meal but never returned, my child was hungry

Flight was delayed and caused us to miss our connection. American Airlines did nothing to compensate us and they lost 2 out of 4 of our checked baggage. They have not returned inquiries into customer service and have not offered us compensation. Terrible.

First and foremost it was a Philippine Airlines.my experiences ,number one non- stop flight no lay over not other airlines, number two ,boarding they calling by ground letter.number 3 stay on time no delay flight

When I checked in, there was no option available for selecting a gluten-free meal. The lounge offerings were inadequate for someone with a gluten-free diet, and the staff in the lounge were not helpful at all.

Biz class is way below what other airlines offer. The food was mediocre at best. A WiFi was intermittent and movies were dated. Honestly the best part of the trip was that the Mabuhay lounge in SFO was closed and they gave us pass to Air France lounge. My advise, fill up there before boarding plane.

Checking in was okay but boarding a little bit slow

Upgraded to a business class by an auction and it was the cheapest bid.

We were told at check in that my wife and I will be sitting together. We were not. Our mistake was we did not check our seat assignments on the boarding pass until we got on board. At that time there was no solution because the flight was fully booked.

For budget airline, it’s not bad at all. It’s definitely value for money. I added on the priority check in and eSIM. It’s well worth it.

Late departure, late arrival, and personal items on laps during takeoff and landing. Departure gate opened on time, but no direction as to whether to board at front or rear of plane based on seat number. Fashionable staff with sunglasses inside the plane and cockpit remained for ten minutes after the boarding complete announcement. For a scheduled 80 minute flight, adjusted to 65 minute as noted on takeoff; the total time on the plane with delays was r more than two hours. No confidence had there been an emergency that anyone would have been able or aware of what to do.

VietJet is a discount airline like EasyJet, Flair or Spirit. I flew 3 flights in 2 weeks and all were Airbus 321's. 2 of the flights left and arrived on time and 1 left and arrived about 45minutes late. Seat pitch in economy is 29" but exit row seats have super-generous leg room. There are no power ports or entertainment of any kind. Food is best purchased on-line before the flight but there is a limited selection available in flight - cash only. The aircraft are clean and the airline is run as well as any other airline that specializes in economy passengers.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

VietJet was 2 hours late, but Kayak is not able to track my travel correct.

Very bad experience and will never try their service again. Not even water serve for 8hr flight. Will have to wait for every prepurched to cimplete before can buy water.

They do not even give you water. Have to pay for that and not cheap. Staff had some friendly and some very unfriendly. Terrible experience

I wasn’t able checkin on line so wasn’t given option buy food so I had to site watch everyone eat when I was hungry. That’s F-up

The actual flight was ok, everything else terrible worst airline in South East Asia, delayed twice and eventually took off late again, waiting in room at gate before flight no staff there no information about second delay, jammed on bus with doors closed waiting to be taken to the plane, just a disgusting airline, do not ever rely on this Vietjet will always cancel or delay your flight, and it’s not cheap when you see luggage price and other add ons, if possible try to book a better airline Bamboo air etc

No in flight entertainment, no food, not even drinking water, uncleaned flights, smelly bathrooms, and above all no baggage allowance, they charged us 53700 yen for the baggages.
