They apologizedon't many times but no compensation, seats were first row but not first class, business, economy, or premium economy. They said it's called "J" class! You still get 3 pcs of luggage and pay business class price! Never JAL again domestic, maybe international or Never ever!"

The crew at the airport were very helpful, and a lady brought me to the security gate, and run out and checking in for me. With their help, I was able to catch the planes and arrived my destination on schedule. Thank you so much."

The food and beverage options were comparable to most airlines like Delta, United, etc, but presentation was better so they get style points. Their wifi connectivity was far better than Gogo's services, which is the provider for most domestic airlines. The real improvement compared to most my travel was the level of service. The staff was incredibly attentive."

Also, when will one of these airlines start providing balanced meal options that are actually palatable. JAL's food was okay, but heavy on starches and fats with low quality protein or vegetables to accompany them."

Cons: "On my way from Chicago to Singapore, they had an old plane and the business class was mediocre at best. The seats were uncomfortable. They were stacked side by side and did not have a "personal pod" formation which in my honest opinion is quite a waste of thousands of dollars you paid to travel. Additionally, the entertainment was just okay. There were not too many great options of movies and for the old plane, the screens were really bad."

I also like that you have 3-4 different meal or snack options each service. CLEAN BATHROOMS!!!! Also, the flight attendants are very polite and courteous. You never feel like they just don't care. They even help with families traveling with small children. A+ guys!"

The entertainment was amazing - I watched four Hollywood movies that I had been wanting to watch, and that was one section of the movies. There were also TV series and music available, both in English and Korean."

Cons: "Once we landed in Doha to board omthe connecting flight, ground staff was waiting right outside the hate to let us know that our flight was overbooked. We were then informed that we were put on the following flight arriving after midnight at our destination. Our compensation was going to be 250 USD and a free entry to the lounge. What a way to start our holidays."

Cons: "You canceled our flight in the last minute. we were starting our holidays and missed one day included the booking reservation. We didn't get any refund regarding this issue. On the other hand, i booked my special meal and never received it."

Cons: "Lack of communication. Flight was two hours late from Boston to Doha. Not once were we told about the length of delay or what we need to do about connecting flights. And toilets were very smelly right from the start as it seemed that itinerary has seeped into the floor over time. And there were only two items as a main course and one of them in very small quantity. I was told that too many veg main courses were loaded by mistake and very few non veg."

Pros: "I was promised Wifi on all flights when I called customer service and I was frustrated I only had it on 2 out of the 4 flights ... And the connection was bad. I needed to work and planned on it after I heard the wifi was available for purchase."

Cons: "They changed my seats twice and it was near the bathrooms and I hated it. They refuse to give me a better place when I requested. I didn't choose the seats they put me in and the crews couldn't handle the other passengers attitued and actions. I asked for a below but they didn't bring it to me."
Pros: "Qatar Airways is a nice airline and it's obvious they work on making your flight a pleasant experience with a lot of food, entertainment, etc"
Cons: "My flight was delayed 4 hours upon initially arriving to the airport. While it was important for me to be there when I found out this information because I needed to reschedule my connecting flightso due to the delay, this should not be required. Qatar Airways, knew the flight was going to be delayed at least 10 hours before they announced it. They should have already began the process of rescheduling connecting flights and figuring out problems before passengers arrive to the airport. I probably spent 45 minutes at the ticket counter working things out."

By the time for of the plane and reached my connecting gate t8gey were already boarding . Dubai is too big"

Leg room SUCKED (and I am not a big person).....maybe 30-31 inches, but my knees were banging up against the seat in front of me!!! I booked this ticket thinking that economy would have more room than US-based carriers and it did not. It did not help to have a very large man spilling over into my seat from the middle seat (although he was very nice....still resent paying for a seat I don't have full "bandwidth" for),"
Cons: "The flight got cancelled, and it was impossible to reach your customer service. It was the first time to use and last time."
Pros: "I definitely love Emirates' use of the A380 as it is more spacious and therefore offers a more comfortable ride. It also helps that their cabin crew were accommodating and the services offered onboard were good."

Cons: "Boarding experience was cumbersome and overly complicated. After going through the whole security screening process to enter the departures area (I boarded in Singapore), the whole security process is performed again to get to the gate. Why do I and my carry-on luggage need to be checked twice? Once at the gate, all passengers are herded like sheep into an area that has insufficient seats for the number of passengers, so many are left to stand or sit on the floor. If the airline wants to use a plane that carries 500+ passengers, then use a gate that can accommodate that number."

Cons: "Should watch on how many beer/champagne the steward serving to the customer as we had an old man who is super drunk sitting beside us and keep asking for more. Should also include toothbrush for our overnight flight as we reached Melbourne in the morning."

Cons: "No information re cancelled flight, board at Dubai indicated flight delayed with no time or boarding gate. Over 300 people at Emirates / Qantas customer service desk and 2 operators. Only found out that the flight may be cancelled from an email from kayak. Eventually got on a flight 6 and a half hours later. When leaving the board still said ek5101 delayed. I am sure if left up to Emirates / Qantas we would still be sitting at Dubai looking at the board."

Cons: "Is from Jhb to Dubai were not Cartered for our foot socks had to were shoes to keep warm regards the long flight, and cover our eyes too ,but every thing was the best regards that only"

However the service, food, comfort and entertainment are the best I have ever experienced. The staff when able are more then helpful. They are friendly and engaging. The baggage allowance is amazing as well."
