I was upgraded to business class. Seats same size but better food. Polite service.
Just overall a poor experience with little to justify the price of the ticket!
OK, would prefer some meat for dinner, not just pasta although was tasty. There was only one dish, no choices
My Austrian Air flight from Montenegro to Vienna was delayed by three hours because their plane de-icer was broken and they had to wait for the sun to come up before the ice could melt. This meant we missed our United flight altogether. So I can't speak about United, but I was not impressed by Austrian Air. They made us check in two carry on bags for a 60% full flight, and the bags didn't find us in the US for ten days. The re-routing they arranged included an extra leg, a midnight taxi ride across New Jersey and New York, and a five hour sleep in a hotel. Not impressed.
Most of the crew members were rude, flight arrived late and we missed our connecting flight, they damaged my friends suitcase so badly that two wheels had been destroyed.
Great! They got my vegetarian meal right, flight was comfortable, they helped store my heavy luggage. Pleasant crew and flight staff.
We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.
They lost our luggage and there has been no news for 5 days. I called their office and they said they can’t help us, we don’t do anything about it.
Food: my selection was pasta with vegetables, though it was potatoes not pasta. Breakfast was 2 rolls and some sort of spreads— not sure what they were. Worst thing was that we had to wait for over 90 minutes for our bags to show up at O’Hare

Excellent service from LOT!!! The entire experience was smooth and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the journey. Everything was well organized, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I would definitely fly with LOT again and highly recommend it!
The seats are very narrow. Communication regarding bids for better seating could be better
The flight itself was pleasant and on time. Crew was very good. However, breakfast food was barely acceptable. Unfortunately this satisfies the recent industry standards. I asked for a sandwich with ham (another choice was cheese), but received a sandwich with roast beef.
Bags lost no more to say, bad communication and no urgency to get it back to the hotel by the airline properly the worst airline I have used.
Plane is super outdated, seats not that comfortable for business class. Lounge also out dated. They need to catch up to 2024. Don’t think I’d ever fly again.

They broke my luggage. I’m pissed off about that. Service was slow and inconsistent.
The staff was good. Very friendly and respectful. The airline not so much. They aren't very informative at all.
My bag was lost despite an almost 8 hour layover in Warsaw. Nearly 12 hours after my arrival, I have not heard anything about it.
late arrival on a TK flight meant I missed my next TA flight. Had to wait a day to get a flight and they would not reschedule me all the way back to Denver. I had to buy a last-minute ticket from Washington Dulles to Denver on top of paying over $6000 for a business class ticket. I don't think I would ever fly Turkish Air again.

The seats were extremely small. Boarding was not communicated correctly. It wasn’t a pleasant trip.

Paying extra for premium seats was wasted. Turkish Airlines takes 2 seats for bassinet. The lady next to me had a baby with bassinet Bassinet was in front of my seat
Except for spending an extra day in Istanbul due to late departure from Athens on Saturday and missing the connection flight TK0044 to Cape Town and again arriving 45 min late on Monday in Cape Town, it was all good.

Vegan food tasted good. Restroom could be kept cleaner. Seat tray table was a bit tilted so food tray kept sliding down a bit. Flight crew can be a little more friendly, caring and approachable. Their faces lacked smiles and tone was stern.
Very old plane on the Istanbul to Bangkok flight, had an emergency exit isle row, no where to put anything, on a plus point loads of leg room. Food was the best I have had in 39 years of flying.
Plane was ancient, poor seating, layover time for flight to Raleigh was insanely short and total disaster, plane arrived in Vancouver late, luggage did not arrive in Raleigh with Raleigh flight. I lost cell phone in customs because of rushing to catch next flight.
Delayed for 15 min due to maintenance. We were asked to wait to board as a family, but took longer than if we were not asked anything.
I’m a thin guy, but my hips were plastered on either side of the chair. These chairs are so unbelievably small now. It’s miserable flying in them for anything longer than an hour

I n the Toronto airport I had trouble finding my zone. It was 47. I went from Zone 1 to the end of the line.didn't find it. Then saw my zone somewhat by accident over by where you first come in. Signs could be more helpful or more personnel directing people like me.
Air Canada is the worst but the only option for my route
The space in exit aisle seat was great. Having the entertainment controls in the middle of the armrests is a joke. Your or the passenger next to you will unintentionally push the controls, mainly the sound bar.The placement of the controls need to be on the back of the seats or on the inside of the seats. This crazy placement may only be on the Boeing 737 series but need to be addressed.
Everything was excellent. Could not have been happier! Would happily fly with them again.

The female crew member was rude and dismissive. The male crew member was good and positive. At lease we got a tiny bag of pretzles on this flight. (Only drinks on the domestic connection). The plane was so small and old, some of the overhead compartment doors were broken off so made for less storage. But the plane worked and got us to and from safely. Boarding was ok, but it took them a long time to get all the baggage to fit u der the plane. Then they had tp go back in to rearrange the baggage to balance the plane. It made us even later at the destinTion and a number of passengers missed their connecting flights.
Food was terrible. Bamboo utensils are just not working out. A lot of plastic waste. Pillows and blankets were not good, a lot of static electricity. Crew did their job well.
Original Lufthansa flights were canceled and the alternative route that was offered required cab transfer in New York from JFK to Newark at my own expense. Who can refund these $218?

Expect Business Class seating to be 2 passengers per 3 coach seats, with center blocked. This is typical for flights within Europe on most airlines. Service was excellent!
They gave us chocolates twice (for whoever would like an extra chocolate - kids did!). I asked for an extra water, and I was given one. Crew was very friendly!
My mother is 87 years old and has knee problems. I have reserved a wheelchair indicating that she is immobile. For her it is very difficult to walk short distances. On arrival in Frankfurt, I was called via my mother's phone, by the female employee who had my mother in a wheelchair. She asked me how many and what color suitcases she has, which I explained. I was very surprised when 15 minutes later my mother walked out with her cane and balancing with great difficulties assisted by a young couple who were pushing her suitcase. Where was the wheelchair and the airport employee? I find this to be a disrespectful and abusive behavior of elderly people. It also raises the question of professional misconduct of the airport personnel in Frankfurt i.e. the female employee who abandoned an 87 year old immobile person by the luggage lane. I would like to inquire about the details i.e. name of that employee.
Crew was nicer to some people than others for no apparent reason. I had to get an older lady’s attention because she was too busy talking to passengers.
The flight was wonderful, especially the special assistance from airplane to airplane!
All flights cancelled with no way to reach the airline
The passenger next to me Goran Goranov (elderly man in his 70s on his way to visit his children and grandchildren in Washington, DC) dropped his neck support pillow while boarding - none of the ground crew helped him. He subsequently lost his green card somewhere on the plane or on his way to the other airplane. I hope he found it. I am worried about him. His son had requested an agent to wait for him at the gate - nobody was there when Mr. Goranov came out of the plane Sofia- Frankfurt. Other passengers had to help him get to the next gate for Washington, DC. I hope Mr. Goranov found his Green card and got safely to Washington, DC to spend time with his family during the holiday season.
