third trip overseas with delta recently where the TV did not work- not acceptable for a 8 hour flight! your food really has declined crew great and I am loyal to delta
After a 5 hour delay waiting at the gate (3 delays adding up) with no clear reason provided, we finally boarded flew 3/4 of the way to Toronto then were turned back to New York. As we neared New York, the pilot declared that it was his fault, something to do with timing and him not being allowed into the country???? How could the airline let his happen? They had hours to prepare and make sure they had a crew available for the flight! We ended up in Toronto a day late with no sleep.
I loved having a most black flight crew during Black History Month; rather by design or accident I appreciated the representation. ❤️
Although the flight left late, we arrived early. It was one of the quickest boarding and off boarding experiences I’ve had. It was kind of annoying the only drinks they had were water, coffee, and tea. The flight was very smooth, temperature was just right, and flight attendants were friendly.
Rode in a smaller plane and short trip meant no snacks, no free wifi or tv. It was only 30min flight so honestly wasn’t a big deal to lack these items.
Everything was ok!! Just bags came up a little be late.
Overall, terrible. Flight from SFO was delayed due to “air traffic control issues”, and we were all mislead about connecting flights. Told “you have 20 minutes to catch your connection”. Reality was 5. We got to watch the plane sit at the bridge. Won’t fly Delta with a connection again.
Flight left early and arrived early. the whole trip was excellent.
We were forced to wait nearly 50 additional minutes before leaving the terminal.
I appreciated friendly service from check-in, to boarding, to in-flight amenities! Attendants were accommodating and helpful. Thank you! Elaine
We are extremely impressed with all aspects of flying with Air Canada.
Just kinda of a bus ride … we could do better. Delay in the flight :(
It was just ok, after a weather delay and had to take 3 planes in one day I asked for another cookie and she said no only one per passenger, found that a bit pity after spending my whole day in airports and planes
They delayed all our flights and lost our luggage flying to Tokyo, Japan. Worst experience I have had with any airline. DO NOT BOOK.
They did great as being my first time flying with them I will consider flying with them again on my next trip.
1. Nowhere to sit at the gate D4 2. No control of lining up in different zones 3. People pushing in during the line up of zones. 4. Certainly not in a dignified manner.
Both meals (chicken option for dinner and omelette for breakfast) were lacking in good texture and taste.
The experience with air Canada, was not really good, first they try to charge for the seat again in the counter after being paid in advance, second we have to wait for a hora inside the plane before departure for mechanics problems
It was great. Although when I got my luggage it was broken.
Flight was delayed going and coming from my destination for over 5 hours. All I was given was a $15 meal voucher that wasn’t even able to cover my lunch or dinner.
