Figure out how to pre-order food and drink if you’re seated in the rear of the plane if you want to eat or drink something to start warm on such a short flight.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

Clean modern comfortable. Food could have been better, I only ate breakfast I wish they wouldn’t wake sleeping passengers who would rather sleep through dinner. No tea or coffee for breakfast

Never book through Kayak. They can offload booking to third parties that are completely horrible.

A little more room from the reclining seat in the front of me.

It was okay. I feel that Singapore Airlines isn't as good as it used to be but it's still not bad

No frills airline with minimal leg room and no entertainment

a completely full flight - felt quite carmped in, despite being on the window seat. Meal served could better. Surely different from pre-covid trips I used to take to and from Bangkok.

SQ service is great as always. However, the food quality seems to have gotten a lot worse recently.

The consistency with Singapore Airlines is fantastic. Crew are always brilliant and food delicious in business class

Wish the underseat compartment don’t have a restriction, can fit a personal item such as backpack fully like most Boeing

Excellent airline. Seats were very comfortable with lots of legroom. In flight service was excellent as well

We were pleased with the flight experience. Nothing to complain or shout about. Unfortunately the rating scale in this survey will skew the results and give a false impression of what really happened. For example, we didn’t use the entertainment system yet we are forced to reply. A far more insightful scale would include “not applicable.”

We flew business class this time. The food in their economy class is much better in general. Also only coffee, tea and orange juice is free. Beer can be bought only. Same as economy, so their business class service is poor.

Nice flight, stress-free but why bother serving a meal on a 55 minute flight. From what I saw there was a lot of waste because travellers weren't interesting in eating on this short trip. Get rid of the meal and cut the price.

Generally good. I didn't have any food on the flight so I can't make a judgement. It smelled good.

Efficient, comfortable and clean-very good flight with friendly staff and crew

On a 45 mins flight to Koh Samui from Bangkok we were served delicious shrimp pad thai and hot tea. The flight crew did an awesome job serving a full flight.

Seats are tight and leg room so small. We had deep impressions under kneecap from the seat in front. A sign that Bangkok Airways is fully aware how small it is built is the cutout in the table. Very uncomfortable for people in size 1.80 m or more.

This is my 2nd flight with this airline. Service is very good. I was surprised they served a meal on such a short flight. The airplane landed so smooth that most people were unaware the plane had just landed. About half of the people on board applauded.

The staff were helpful and very pleasant. The food is tasty and there’s plenty of water provided. Flights are well air conditioned.

Food no choice just give it seams trying to finish what ever you have in hand

The crews were very professional and courteous. Pleasant flight and thank you!

They wouldn't let me on the plane. The 3rd party apparently didn't pay for the tickets properly?

Overall experience is good but if the food menu can change to authentic Malaysia food will be good. I.e. Nasi Lemak, Char Kueh Tiew and etc

Surprised that the safety briefing was only conducted in Malay language and no English despite there are foreigners on board. MH should take safety more seriously.

Flights were delayed, Food was good but only 1 meal instead of 2.

Food was good but only 1 meal and 1 pie, instead of 2 meals. Both legs were late.

We are row 11, when the crew came to us, only one meal choice was available.

OK seats comfortable, easy boarding/embarking, excellent connection to domestic Malaysia flight with baggage checked through without customs. Catering especially drinks borderline ok luckily less important aspect

Comfortable seats in economy, managed a few hours sleep in an o night flight but the food was terrible. Surprising as Malaysia airlines has been good in the past. Service was mediocre this time too.

Boarding was not as per sequence Light snacks were not available Window had hair oil stains and water condensation

3 hours delay ,we changed plane after boarding and waiting inside

Apart from the staff at the airport who were amazing the rest of the experience with scoot was disgusting a very basic flight packed and uncomfortable no consideration to a disabled traveller. And even worse from Singapore to Vienna. All about the money. Not even a complementary coffee or juice. From the airline. The staff at the airport didn't look at me as been disabled and no help not even a wheelchair was offered. The food on the plane was cheap and tasteless and expensive no entertainment on plane and WiFi which had to be paid for was intermittent at best.

Uncoordinated boarding, seat comfort is terrible, even toilet is so small that overweight people wouldn't fit in. Baggage scam with additional fees. Stay away from this airline.

Forthright communication to the customers regarding services offered and any fees involved.

Scoot is a no frills budget airline. Do not expect a legacy airline experience.

I have taken more than 50 flights in the past year and this is the worst onboard experience that I've come across. There's always a risk with budget airlines and their creative views of customer service. Having bought a standard seat, we boarded at the assigned seat - we naturally couldn't choose ourselves as that would be extra cost. After take-off, the person in the row in front leans back their seat. As a frequent flyer, I believe this is their right, so I try to lean my seat back as well to have the same space available. However, my standard seat could not lean back, as the row behind was an exit row. As I had paid for a standard seat, not a less space than standard, I moved to the completely free row behind me. This was not allowed, as due to extra legroom, this would cost extra. Subsequently spent the next 30 mins discussing this scenario with the crew. I have no issues with budget airlines and additional charges, but if I pay for a standard seat, I want a standard seat, not one with less space. As you do not offer me a discount for the less space, do not try and charge me a premium, when I find a free seat with more space. It works both ways Scoot.

Finishes were quite worn, including our very scratched up seatback. No entertainment available, and the WiFi (even for “ScootHub”) was very slow. Crew were somewhat friendly.

Food & lower the prices. Look at Air Asia food look better & affordable

Not a frequent user of their website booking. Booked my check-in baggage and only realized that I did not book my check in baggage for return flight. The receipt was not clear in identifying that as well. Was charged exorbitantly at check in counter. Bad taste for sure when it is a business trip and not leisure trip. Baggage was delayed for more than an hour at belt back in SG.
