Cons: "Sore all over and a lousy cough"
Pros: "Space in the aircraft. Good customer service"
Cons: "Not much, if anything."
Pros: "When I got sick, staff were friendly, helpful and soothing until the arrival of the ambulance. They made me feel much better during a very stressful situation."
Pros: "No food given. Flight was delayed on the way there because a crew member called in sick -- making me miss part of my work conference. No entertainment on the way back to NL."
Cons: "Would have preferred Westjet but they do not offer a flight from NL to PEI."
Pros: "Staff all friendly and helpful, both at desk and in plane. Seats were pretty comfortable with sufficient leg room (I am tall), but if you are a wide person (or next to one) it would have been pretty cramped. Neither of my flights (to Newfoundland) were full so we all had a bit of extra space. Food was adequate but could be improved with fruit instead of dessert."
Pros: "The flight was as good as it could be for a red eye."
Cons: "Had a long layover and then the fight was delayed. The food court at the airport is a mess no order and unorganized. The central bar was ok though."
Cons: "there were no complimentary snacks"
Pros: "Air Canada is great"
Pros: "friendly flight attendants good entertainment options"
Cons: "it was fine. I was pleasantly surprised after the first leg of my trip from Seattle to Toronto, where the staff were much less professional."
Pros: "Flight went fine - we got where we needed to get"
Cons: "Very cramped and fairly uncomfortable. Boarding was a free-for-all."
Cons: "The seats were a little narrow and it made eating the meal a little difficult."
Pros: "Everything is bigger than. Economy! The seat, the screen, the meal, the service, and general comfort."
Cons: "When the seat in front reclined on you, you were basically trapped!"
Pros: "Good travel, pretty comfortable flight with Air Canada"
Cons: "Not the most amazing meal but well, not too bad for a plane meal."
Cons: "And I paid for the preferred upgrade"
Pros: "Trouble free"
Cons: "Very costly - then we were hit with an extra $172 in baggage fees for 1 bag each."
Pros: "We needed a wheel chair assistance. From Toronto to the gate, it was very good."
Cons: "Much delay before take off without real announcement to that effect. Unbearably heat once we got on board and waiting to take off- afraid of fainting."
Pros: "Captain had made up for delay we had at the take off so we came in Paris almost as planned."
Cons: "Crew and service was rushed our and food was handed to us without direst addressing or eye to eye contact. It was on bases "TAKE IT IF YOU WANT"."
Pros: "The price of the flight was excellent and the service totally reliable."
Cons: "Small aircraft for a fairly long overnight flight. Made it difficult to rest as the flight was full."
Pros: "Let the announcements be delivered in both language successively."
Cons: "As expected with Air Canada, the service is awful with bitchy stewardesses, the food is poor, the plane is falling apart. Midway through the flight, the plane looked like a pigsty with garbage everywhere. When serving the meals, the stewardess just said to everyone, "You want it or not" and moved quickly with many people wondering why she was behaving so rudely. In addition, we couldn't get clear information about the baggage allowance. This is partially due to booking through Kayak where they don't tell you the baggage limit and some of the flights were code share flights even though all were with Air Canada. Couldn't tell if we had 1 or 2 bags included. This didn't help with our packing. In the end we had 2 bags and wish we bought more stuff."
Cons: "Even though we checked in early, and had a three hour layover, they managed to delay our bags. It will be also 36 hours until we have them."
Cons: "Needed subtitles on movies"
Pros: "The flight was on time and that is something really important to me. There was really no complaints about this flight"
Cons: "My headsets weren't working but it was a really minor problem."
Pros: "Wonderful crew, enjoyable flight!"
Cons: "Neighbor on flight was clueless to the rest of the world & left light on, video on, and used me as a pillow"
Cons: "Too much late. I missed all my itenerary planned by Campus France. I had to pay for a taxi and a new train ticket."
Cons: "very comfortable flight with free movies."
Cons: "In Toronto they told us that we most likely will miss our flight. Why?? Plenty of time!! No need for miss information. Ground crew not well trained. No boarding pass was given (which is fine). 1 hour wait because of power failure at the airport in Montreal and then we are about to take off and there was an engine failure so we had to come back again . Not good stuff!!!! How would you feel flying again air canada?"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Never happened since the first fligh never landed. Has to be rebooked on a united flight which took me to destination."
Cons: "Flight attendants and customer service were horrible"
Cons: "Again flight delayed 4+ hours yet no email notifications whatsover"
Cons: "Seriously no leg room on long flight, uncomfortable, cramped Very delayed flight again."
Pros: "I liked the fact that the flight ended."
Cons: "The "ping" concert. Since some designer genius (thanks, Boeing!) put all the controls in the armrest, exactly where any normal human being will rest his/her elbows, the controls keep activating every time you lay your elbow in the armrest. That means, your games will cancel and restart a thousand times, your volume will keep shifting from deafening to mute, and the button calling for help from the crew keeps going "ping" all over the plane. The crew ignored the calls, surely since they know what goes on with the plane, but I wonder what would happen if somebody really needed help. In addition to that, the seats are incredibly uncomfortable, narrower than ever and hard as brick. Every time I board a new plane I wonder what can they do to make it even worse, and plane designers never cease to amaze me with new medieval tortures."
Cons: "I find it very strange that you have to pay extra to ship a bag. Air Canada advertises that all fees are included in their fares. However you are getting hit at the back end after you make your booking. Just about everyone travels with a bag to ship. After having to Leave fort Mcmurray due to loosing our home we had to pay an extra fee to ship three bags. It does not do much for the image of Air Canada be a leader in the industry and be up front all the way."
Cons: "It was dirty. A lot of trash."
Pros: "Movie's"
Cons: "Cramped very crowded plane."
Pros: "We left and arrived early, the seat was surprisingly comfortable (it helped that there were lots of empty seats, including next to me), my full-size carry-on fit easily in the overhead bin, despite it being a small plane, the in-flight entertainment was always on and pretty good... everything went well."
Cons: "Only the things I've grown to expect on any domestic service (e.g., no food)."
Pros: "Boarding experience and cleanliness of the plane. Much better entertainment experience than other air canada planes"
Cons: "Seats were horrible - did not recline at all (seat 23k)"
Cons: "Upon purchase of my airline tickets I was immediately shifted from Kayak to one of your support groups Airfare.com. On three separate occasions I contacted them on the phone and each different representative was either rude or aloof at best. This was my first and last time using Kayak services. Gabriela Bartlett"
Pros: "Everything Price Departure Flight Food, even the wine! Service Arrival Baggages Will certainly fly with again"
Pros: "Trip was fine. Staff were nice. Nothing special, though. Best part is we arrived safely."
Cons: "Flight staff was good; staff person I talked to on the phone the day before was impolite until I came right out and asked him not to be. Then, he changed and was much better helping confirm my flight info. THE AIRPORT IN TORONTO IS RIDICULOUSLY BIG. IT NEEDS A SHUTTLE OF SOME KIND. Elderly people and folks with disabilities would be exhausted, even with help from golf carts."
Cons: "The seats could have been a bit more roomier but other than that I can't complain."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Air Canada service"
Pros: "The flight was smooth and quick. The crew was good communicators."
Cons: "Boarding in Toronto was tough as there was a flight to Dubai adjacent to our gate and we had to compete for the ability to get through the crowd to the boarding gate. Once past that point boarding was smooth."
